Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t-value -2.32 >t-t abel 1.96.Namun pada variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukan tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan karena nilai t-value 0.00
The students of State University of Jakarta (UNJ) try to apply the bio pore hole technique to restraint the flood problem through the community service program. The purpose of this program is (1) sharing knowledge to campus community about application of science and technology, (2) adding skill to general community especially the college student of UNJ in using bio pore holes technique to avoid the flood problem, (3) Improving the image of UNJ as a supplier of versatile functional technology to the developing regions.The method that have been used for this community service program are lecturing, discussing and direct practicing after material delivery through individual and groups.
This research aims to analyze the relationship between digital marketing on quality service, digital marketing on sales performance, quality service on sales performance, and digital marketing on Sales performance through quality service. The research methodology is a quantitative method and divided into research design and research subjects, data collection methods, and analysis methods. The study is conducted on 125 small and medium (SMEs) in Banten, Indonesia in the digital region. The study uses primary data based on the results of distributing online questionnaires to 125 managers of SMEs in Banten who were selected by simple random sampling. The questionnaire was designed online, and each question/statement item was given five answer options, namely: strongly agree (SS) score 5, agree (S) score 4, neutral / doubt (N) score 3, disagree (TS) score 2, and strongly disagree (STS) score 1. The method for processing data is by using PLS and using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. Based on data analysis by SmartPLS, digital marketing has a significant effect on quality service, digital marketing has a significant effect on sales performance, quality service has a significant effect on sales performance, and digital marketing significantly affects sales performance through quality service in the digital era.
This paper aims to explain the factors that influence of entrepreneurship education and entrepeneurship literacy of vocational students (SMK). A paper based on research on 1,440 vocational grade XI students in 12 provinces in Indonesia obtained through random techniques, in the sense that each student has the same opportunity. Primary data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires to students and analyzed by SEM techniques through the help of the Lisrel program version 8.70. The study found that the variables of school management, the role of teachers, teaching factories, and community participation had a positive influence on supporting facilities variables and entrepreneurship education variables. Facility support itself has a positive effect on entrepreneurship education, furthermore it has a positive effect on students' entrepreneurial literacy. On the other hand, external cooperation indicators contribute the strongest value for the school management variable, competent educator indicators of the teacher role variable, production training in the factory teaching variable, production marketing assistance in the community participation variable, and capital assistance information in the supporting facilities variable. In the entrepreneurship education variable, the indicator that contributes the strongest value is the identification of business prospects, while the entrepeneurship literacy variable is an indicator of business creativity. The implication is that entrepreneurship education efforts need to pay more attention to the above influence variables as well as indicators that have the effect strength of each variable. The training program has the ultimate goal and the knowledge gained in the training can be transferred back to work. This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Supervisor support on Transfer Training through Motivation to Transfer. The sample in this research is the PMQ employee at PT. Sumatra Prima Fibreboard. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, namely employees who had participated in the PMQ Skills training program with a valid total response of 203 respondents. Data collection was done by collecting questionnaires using the 5 Likert point scale. The data analysis method used in this study was Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using WarpPLS version 5. The results showed that Self-Efficacy, Supervisor Support, and Motivation to Transfer from a positive and significant provider for Transfers of Training. Self-Efficacy and Supervisor Support are positive and significant variables in influencing Motivation to Transfer. The results of the study also showed that Self-Efficacy and Supervisor support had a significant and significant effect on Transfer Training through Motivation to Transfer.
