This research aims to find out how the class management in SMKN1 Toraja Utara, how the implementation of character education in SMKN1 Toraja Utara, and to know how much impact the management of the class on character education in SMKN 1 Toraja Utara. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive methods describe the state of the data without compromising or adding data as is. The results showed a positive correlation between class management and character development is 0.328, categorized as being in a weak category. while the value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0.002 were less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the relationship between class management variables and character development is significant. In contrast, the value of R Square or the coefficient of determination is 0.108. It means that the percentage of class management variable capability size explains the variation of character development variable in SMKN 1 Toraja Utara by 10.8% while the rest is determined by other variables/factors not included in this study.
Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang diadakan oleh Dosen Program Study Manajemen Pendidikan Pascasarjana di Yayasan Pendidikan Cawan mensosialisasikan alternatif pembelajaran penggunaan daring pada masa pandemic covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk 1).Membuktikan Ketidak siapan Sekolah Melaksanakan Pembelajaran Daring, 2). Membantu Keterbatasan Sarana Dan Prasarana di Yayasan Pendidikan Cawan, 3). Meningkatkan penguasaan Tekonologi Tinggi guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Cawan, 4). Membangun Jaringan Internet Kurang Memadai di Yayasan Pendidikan Cawan, 5). Meningkatkan Gadget yang dimiliki siswa di Yayasan Pendidikan Cawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif sebab akibat (causalitatif) dengan pendekatan Pohon Masalah , Pohon Sasaran dan Pohon Alternatif . Hasilnya : 1). Ternyata Pandemic covid -19 memaksa guru-guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Cawan untuk dapat menggunakan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, 2.)Ternyata Kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan tekonologi pada proses pembelajaran merupakan salah satu indikator kesiapan sekolah dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring, 3). Ternyata Inovasi dan kreativitas dalam menggunakan media teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran menjadi hal yang mutlak diperlukan di era globalisasi, khususnya di masa pandemic saat ini, 4).Ternyata Pemberdayaan guru melalui berbagai pelatihan penggunaan teknologi, informasi dan computer yang ada dapat membantu guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dasarnya sehingga dapat menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. This research is about the perception of students on the implementation of higher education curriculum based on Indonesian Qualification Framework (IQF) 1 . The purpose of doing this research is knowing the students' perception on the implementation of higher education curriculum based on IQF. It was conducted at the Postgraduate Program, Universitas Kristen Indonesia by applying a survey design with a quantitative approach. There were 69 students were chosen from 342 students to be the respondent of this study, they were chosen purposefully. The instruments used in this study were questionnaire sheets which are consisted of 24 statements with Likert Scale and interview guidance sheet. The research data taken through the instruments were analyzed by using questionnaire tabulation and then described the result. From the analysis and description, it is found that the perception of students on the implementation of higher education curriculum based on IQF is at the interval of 80% -100% which is mean "Strongly Agree". Then it is concluded that the implementation of higher education curriculum based on IQF has been well implemented.
The purpose of this study was to develop an online-based learning resource for Indonesian language teachers. The development step started with the identification of learning objectives, learning process, analysis of learning resources and environments, formulation of specific objectives, design of assessment instruments and learning strategies, selection and development of teaching materials, design and evaluation of formative development projects, and making of good terms. The findings showed that the formative evaluations by experts showed the agreements of 89.23% from educational technology experts, 97.50% from material experts, and 90.00% from multimedia experts. The agreements informed that the online-based learning could be recommended for Indonesian language teachers. Furthermore, the average results of individual trials were 89.21%, small group trials (97.13%), and field trials (89.04%). The online-based learning resource established in this research and development study was feasible and useable. Implications of the findings are also discussed.
The objective of this research is to study the effect of instructional strategy and learning independency toward learning outcome in Dermatology studies. The research was conducted at the Christian University of Indonesia, with 58 university students as samples, selected randomly. And using experiment method with 2 x 2 factorial design. Finding of the research are as followed: (1) learning outcomes of the students with cooperative strategy are higher than those who received expository strategy; (2) there is interaction between instructional strategy and learning independency of the students; (3) learning outcomes of the students with high learning independence are higher when cooperative strategy is used than when they learn with expository strategy (4) learning outcomes of the students with low learning independence are higher when cooperative strategy is used than when they learned with expository strategy. Result of the research showed that students' learning outcomes on Dermatology studies could be improved by applying appropriate instructional strategy with considering university students' capability.
