Peran pengurus RT/RW tidak hanya sebagai pelayan publik yang bersifat administratif saja, tetapi juga sebagai pelayan kepentingan warga masyarakat secara lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, peran mereka perlu untuk dioptimalkan agar aspirasi warga dapat tertampung. Namun, luasnya wilayah dan padatnya jumlah penduduk seringkali membuat pengurus RT/RW terkendala dalam mempercepat akses pelayanan dan meningkatkan efektifitas kegiatannya. Peran teknologi informasi menjadi sangat penting, mengingat pemanfaatan teknologi telah banyak terbukti berhasil dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Pemanfaatan suatu sistem informasi yang sudah ada belum tentu sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kebijakan daerah terkait. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan suatu sistem yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kebijakan daerah, khususnya Desa Terusan, Kecamatan Sindang, Kabupaten Indramayu. Dihasilkan sebuah aplikasi Smart RT/RW yang memiliki lima fitur utama, yaitu lapor kejadian, undangan kegiatan, pemungutan suara, transparansi dana, dan cetak laporan.

Providing satisfaction to students and preventing students from all campus facilities services is very important to improve the quality of higher education. Therefore, this study aims to build a system to measure student satisfaction with campus services using the fuzzy servqual method. The number of samples is 100 students. The measuring instrument used in the study was declared valid with a significance level of 5% or a 95% confidence level. The reliability test with the result of 0.746 means that the measuring instrument used has high mobility. Data processing is done by calculating the value of fuzzification, defuzzification, and calculating the value of GAP between students' perceptions and expectations. From the results of the fuzzy servqual gap ranking with 5 variables, it shows that empathy gets to level 1 with the smallest value of -0.74. Level 2 is an assurance with a value of -0.85; then level 3 is reliability with a gap value of -0.89, the 4th position is the reaction force with a gap value of -0.97, and the 5th position is real with a value of -1.27. The results obtained can help the Indramayu State Polytechnic in improving the performance and quality of service.

Abstrack -As the developments in advanced technology as data information medium. Today the world has recognized the technology known as the internet. With the internet everyone can communicate and provide or search news information about education. The schools under the supervision of Indramayu District Office are more accurate to be implemented in one of the Districts, in terms of progress and quality. So it takes a mapping to know the location of the school. If that is not done, then the consequences of the unorthodox development led to an unequal school presence from the state of the population. With the development of today's information world making many facilities, one of the technologies being developed extensively is the Geographic Information System (GIS). Information System on school mapping is a combination of GIS and web technologies allowing the information to be displayed on the website. The system is built using the Google Maps API to display a map of a school location in the district of Indramayu in Regional Patrol. School data obtained from Indramayu Regional Education Office. Using Geographical Information System, has provided information to the community and the Education Office about school information and school mapping in Indramayu district. In the implementation of this information system the author uses PHP programming language in the form of Yii framework.Intisari -Seiring perkembangan di bidang teknologi yang maju sebagai media informasi data. Saat ini dunia telah mengenal suatu teknologi yang disebut dengan internet. Dengan internet semua orang dapat berkomunikasi dan memberikan atau mencari informasi berita-berita tentang pendidikan. Sekolah yang berada di bawah pengawasan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indramayu lebih tepatnya dapat diimplementasikan pada salah satu Kecamatan, dari segi kemajuan dan kualitas. Sehingga dibutuhkan pemetaan untuk mengetahui letak sekolah tersebut. Apabila hal itu tidak dilakukan, maka akibatnya arah pembangunan menjadi tidak tepat yang berakibat tidak berimbangnya keberadaan sekolah terhadap keadaan penduduk. Dengan berkembangnya dunia informasi saat ini membuat banyak kemudahan, salah satu teknologi yang saat ini banyak dikembangkan adalah Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS). Sistem Informasi mengenai pemetaan sekolah merupakan gabungan antara teknologi GIS dan web memungkinkan informasi tersebut bisa ditampilkan ke dalam web page. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan Google Maps API untuk menampilkan peta lokasi sekolah di wilayah Kabupaten Indramayu pada Kecamatan Patrol. Data sekolah diperoleh dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indramayu. Dengan adanya aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis, telah menyediakan informasi ke masyarakat dan Dinas Pendidikan tentang informasi sekolah dan pemetaan Sekolah di kabupaten Indramayu. Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu perangkat pembelajaran yang penting keberadaannya. Terlebih lagi di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini, dimana anak membutuhkan media yang bisa membantu anak dalam memahami materi. Salah satu media yang bisa dignakan dalam membantu anak dalam mengenal huruf adalah media permainan kartu huruf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media permainan kartu huruf untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada anak usia dini di TK MNU 25 At-Taqwa Jatinegara Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan media kartu huruf terdapat peningkatan nilai persentase kemampuan mengenal huruf yaitu, pada kondisi awal sebesar 35,70%. Kemudian pada siklus 1 rata-rata persentase meningkat menjadi 61,10%, dan rata-rata persentase pada siklus II mampu meningkat menjadi 83,73%. Dari data di atas terlihat jelas bahwa pemainan kartu huruf dapat meningkatkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada Anak Usia Dini.

During last six years, Indramayu had a high number of maternal and baby deaths. Even in 2016, Indramayu was as a third rank in number of maternal and baby deaths in West Java. The main cause of this problem was that there was no system to monitor the most causes of the maternal and baby deaths. Public health office could not plan what they should do because they did not have enough information about the real circumstance of pregnant mothers during their pregnancy. For consequence, public health office could not prepare well both the first and advance aid for the pregnant mothers who had a high risk for their health. That is why we propose a system that can provide features to monitor the progress of pregnant mothers especially in terms of four main causes involving the maternal and baby deaths happened, called E-SIBAYU. E- SIBAYU is developed for both mobile and web based. The mobile based app is used by midwifes to entry the health information of pregnant mothers, while the web-based app is used by public health officers to monitor all health information of pregnant mothers. The infor-mation is not only stored in cloud but also can be visualized in graphs and charts. E-SIBAYU has been used by public health office of Indramayu since 2017, and it has shown a positive impact on the decrease of number of maternal and baby deaths in that year. This paper presents the design and implementation of a tele-monitoring app for monitoring pregnant mother and babies called E-SIBAYU. This work is an initial work of future work to develop a wearable health device that will be able to measure the blood pressure of pregnant mothers and heart rate of babies in real-time where the future device will be possible to be mass produced to support industry of e-Health technology implementation.
