Background: Family influence in the formation and development of the child's personality is very great because the family is the first social group where children can interact, where children learn and declared themselves as social beings. Families can also provide a basis for the formation of behavior, character, morals, and education for children. Parenting is the attitude of the parents interacts with their children. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of parenting parents with the development of preschool children in kindergarten Aisyiah Tawang District of Tasikmalaya. Methods: the methods used is a quantitative research using a cross-sectional design. The population in this study all students kindergarten in kindergarten Aisyiah Tasikmalaya, preschool, and their parents who totaled 43 people. The sampling technique in this research is using saturation sampling technique, with a total sample of 43 children and their parents. Results:The results showed that the greatest percentage of parents' parenting preschoolers in kindergarten Aisyiah Tasikmalaya city is with positive parenting, the largest percentage growth of preschool children is to have appropriate development. Statistical test results stated that there is a significant relationship between parenting parents with preschool-age child development. Conclusion:Most parenting preschoolers in kindergarten Aisyiah Tasikmalaya categorized as positive and progress is being made by his age.
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui kelompok teman sebaya terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kehamilan tidak diinginkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian pra eksperimen denganrancangan one group pretest-posstest. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh remaja awal usia 10-14 tahun dan remaja tengah usia 15-16 tahun yang berjumlah 186 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dan diperoleh 65 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rerata pengetahuan -19,41 dan rerata sikap -10,75. Perhitungan uji t menunjukan terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui kelompok teman sebaya terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang kehamilan tidak diinginkan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 14,909 > t tabel 2,000. Sedangkan untuk variabel sikap nilai Z yang diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan dengan uji wilxocon sebesar -7,026 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 signifikan ρ<0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui kelompok teman sebaya terhadap peningkatan sikap remaja tentang kehamilan tidak diinginkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan melalui kelompok teman sebaya dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kehamilan tidak diinginkan. Kata Kunci : Remaja, pengetahuan, sikap, pendidikan kesehatan AbstracResearch objectives is to find the influence of health education peer groups their peers to knowledge and attitude teenagers about unwanted pregnancy.The method used is the method of experiment with the kind of research experiments with pre design group pretest-posstest one. The population in this research was all the teenager early ages 10-14 year the middle and teenager years the age of 15-16 which totaled 186 people, the sample collection technique use probability sampling techniques namely 65 people. The results showed mean knowledge -19,4123 and mean -10,7538 attitude. The calculation t show is the education health peer groups their peers on increased knowledge about unwanted pregnancy worth t count of 14,909 > t table 2,000. While the value for the z obtained from the results of by test wilxocon of -7,026 worth significantly by 0,000 significant <0,05 it means there were influence education health peer groups their peers on increased attitudes about teenager unwanted pregnancy.Based on the research done can be concluded that health education through groups their peers can increase of knowledge and attitudes about teenagers unwanted pregnancy.
Masa kehamilan dan sesudah melahirkan merupakan masa yang rawan bagiseorang wanita untuk mengalami gangguan tidur, gangguan tidur yang dialami olehsebagian besar ibu hamil disebabkan oleh perubahan fisiologis yang terjadi selamakehamilan. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan pada 10 orang ibu hamil trimester III 4diantaranya mengalami durasi tidur rendah (5-6 jam), 5 orang mengalami durasitidur sedang (7-8 jam), dan 1 orang dengan durasi tidur tidak baik (9-10 jam).Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam hamil terhadap kualitastidur ibu hamil trimester III.Metode yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen dengan one group pretestposttest.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III diWilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sukamerang Kabupaten Garut yang berjumlah 100 ibuhamil, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Stratifeid Random Samplingyaitu sebanyak 50 orang.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Sebelum dilakukan senam hamil sebagian besarpada kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak 33 orang (66,0%). Sesudah dilakukan senamhamil seluruhnya 50 orang (100%) ada pada kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil ujistatistik diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil daripada nilai (0,05),maka H0 ditolak yang artinya bahwa ada pengaruh senam hamil terhadap kualitastidur ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sukamerang Kabupaten Garut tahun2018.Senam hamil berpengaruh terhadap kualitas tidur ibu hamil trimesterIII.Hendaknya ibu hamil selalu melakukan gerakan atau senam hamil yang dapatmeningkatkan kualitas kesehatan ibu terutama kualitas tidur ibu
Sikap seksual pranikah pada remaja dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor antara lain pengalaman pribadi, pengaruh orang lain yang dianggap penting, pengaruh kebudayaan, media massa (akses situs pornografi di internet), lembaga pendidikan dan lembaga agama. Sikap tersebut dapat berupa sikap positif dan sikap negatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan frekuensi akses situs pornografi dengan sikap remaja tentang seksual pranikah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey research method dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa/i kelas VII dan VIII yang berjumlah 680 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratifield random sampling sebanyak 252 orang. Remaja yang memiliki frekuensi akses situs pornografi dengan kategori rendah memiliki sikap seksual pranikah dengan kategori positif sebanyak 181 orang dan pada remaja dengan frekuensi akses situs pornografi kategori sedang memiliki sikap seksual pranikah dengan kategori negatif sebanyak 58 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square diperoleh hasil tingkat signifikansi (ρvalue) sebesar 0,000, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai ρvalue < α (0,000<0,05) yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara frekuensi akses situs pornografi dengan sikap remaja tentang seksual pranikah di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Tasikmalaya.
Background. Stimulations are important in the golden period (age 0-3). Children who receive directional stimulation will develop more quickly than children who have less or no stimulation. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of stimulations by parents and the development of toddlers aged 24-36 months in Bungursari Village. Methods. This research was an observational quantitative research with cross-sectional approach. The populations were mothers and toddlers aged 24-36 months as many as 92 respondents. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, with a total sample of 42 respondents. Results. The results showed that the largest percentage in the implementation of gross motor stimulation, fine motor skills, speech and language skills, social skills and independence by parents were in the frequent category, the largest percentage of toddler development aged 24-36 months according to the appropriate category. Spearman rank statistical test results obtained rho value of 0.417 with p value of 0.006, where p value was less than α (0.006 <0.05), this showed that there was a positive relationship between the implementation of stimulations by parents on the development of toddler. Conclusion. There was a relationship between the implementation of stimulations by parents and the development of the toddlers. It is suggested to involve parents in conducting stimulation and development screening in order to improve their growth and development.
