PT Pertamina EP sebagai salah satu perusahaan industri besar dan beroperasi secara internasional memiliki permasalahan mendasar dalam penerapan CSR, yaitu perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program CSR tersebut, serta indikator yang dipakai PT Pertamina EP agar mampu menerapkan CSR yang baik mengacu pada dokumen MDGs, perundang-undangan serta ISO 26000. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengukur efi siensi pelaksanaan serta tanggapan dan keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program CSR yang dilakukan
The company is a group that has the aim to get the maximum benefit possible by utilizing existing resources as optimally as possible. Companies in general will not be able to finance all of their operational activities by using their own capital, because of limited funds from the leadership of the company. hence the company tries to utilize the resources they have such as tangibility and the company's growth rate to obtain additional capital. This study aims to determine how much tangibility and growth rates can influence companies in setting capital structures. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the end of the 2013-2017 period. In this study using purposive sampling technique in sampling and obtained a sample of 19 companies with 95 observations. Panel data regression analysis in this study uses the help of the E-Views 8 application and tests CEM, FEM and REM to determine the best model. The test results state that tangibility has a positive and significant effect on company leverage, while the growth rate does not significantly influence company leverage
COVID-19 is a virus originating from Wuhan, China that spread rapidly throughout the world. Indonesia began to be infected since the beginning of March 2020. The impact of the spread of COVID-19 caused losses to many countries, especially in the economic field. In the field of education, learning activities carried out in class are replaced online as a result of the spread of COVID-19 starting from elementary school to tertiary level. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods that describe online learning activities at STMIK Komputama Majenang during the COVID-19 pandemic that was held at home online. The object consists of 5 students of STMIK Komputama Majenang. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire containing questions related to online learning at STMIK Komputama Majenang during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the results of research, online learning activities at STMIK Komputama Majenang have been effective and run well. Some applications used in online learning are Web E-learning, WhatsApp, Telegram, Edmodo, YouTube, Zoom, and Google Classroom. Constraints experienced during online learning are problems with a bad internet connection, limited quota, difficulty in learning, and the presence of other people's distractions when learning takes place.
Legal arrangements regarding land acquisition for public use in Indonesia have undergone a process of development since the unification of the Basic Agrarian Law No. 5 of 1960. However, in practice this provision has caused many problems that cannot be carried out effectively. Then the government issued Presidential Decree Number 55 of 1993, as revoked by Presidential Regulation Number 36 of 2005 concerning the release or transfer of land rights, which was then revised by Presidential Regulation Number 65 of 2006. Various problems existed in the acquisition of land for development for public use tried to be minimized through these regulations. Reading is something that everyone should do, from children and teenagers to adults and parents, because reading allows them to keep up with all the changes happening in the world.
