Penerapan protokol kesehatan di segala aktivitas merupakan syarat mutlak saat menghadapi kondisi baru masa pandemi Covid-19. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi penanganan pelayanan penumpang dan barang di pelabuhan selama pandemi dalam rangka menekan penularan Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan analisis deskriptif menggunakan survey online. Variabel yang diamati adalah pelayanan kapal penumpang dan kapal barang secara umum, pelayanan kapal penumpang dan terminal penumpang, pelayanan kapal barang, terminal konvensional dan petikemas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan wilayah pulau di Indonesia maupun berdasarkan institusi, secara umum pelayanan kapal dan barang dianggap cukup baik, dengan kisaran nilai rata-rata di atas 90%. Sementara itu, dari sisi pelayanan kapal dengan kisaran nilai rata-rata di atas 80%, dari sisi pelayanan barang dengan kisaran nilai rata-rata di atas 65% hingga 80%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih belum terpadunya tingkat pemahaman, pengetahuan, pematuhan, kemanfaatan terhadap aturan regulasi terkait PSBB serta kurangnya koordinasi yang erat dengan pihak Satuan Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19. Perlunya peningkatan pemahaman, pengetahuan, pematuhan, dan terimplementasinya aturan regulasi terkait PSBB serta peningkatan koordinasi yang intens dengan pihak Gugus Tugas dan peningkatan pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan sosialisasi secara terus menerus terhadap implementasi terkait protokol kesehatan yang telah diterbitkan serta penambahan protokol teknis di pelabuhan dan di dalam kapal.Anticipating Review of Ship and Goods Services at The Port During the Covid-19 Pandemic. Implementation of health protocol in all activities is an absolute requirement when we faced with new condition in Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to provide recommendations for handling service of passengers and goods at the port during the Covid-19 pandemic in order to suppress the transmission of Covid-19. A descriptive analysis method with online surveys used for this research.. Variables observed was the service of passenger ships and general cargo, passenger ship services and passenger terminals as well as services of freighters, conventional terminals and containers. The results of analysis and discussion showed that based on archipelago territorial within Indonesia and based on institutions, in general ship and cargo services are considered quite good, with an average value above 80%, meanwhile, in terms of ship service with an average value above 80% and in terms of goods service with an average value above 65% to 80%. The results concluded that the research showed that there is still no integrated level of understanding, knowledge, compliance, benefits to regulatory rules related to PSBB as well as a lack of intense coordination with the Task Force for The Acceleration for COVID-19 Handling. The need to increase understanding, knowledge, compliance, and implementation of regulatory rules related to PSBB as well as increased intense coordination with the Task Force and continuous improvement of understanding, knowledge, and socialization of health protocols that have been published and publish technical protocol at port and on board.
Antara Pendidikan dan perkembangan masyarakat tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lain. Sekolah dan masyarakat memiliki hubungan yang lebih erat dalam mencapai tujuan sekolah atau Pendidikan dengan efektif dan efesien. Sekolah juga harus menunjang proses pencapaian tujuan atau pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat, khususnya kebutuhan Pendidikan. Anatara sekolah dan masyarakat perlu dibina dan dikembangkan suatu hubungan yang harmonis. Pada dasarnya setiap sekolah mendidik anak agar menjadi anggota masyarakat yang berguna, namun pada kenyataanya Pendidikan di sekolah sering kurang relavan dengan kehidupan masyarakat. Kurikulum banyak hanya berpusat pada bidang studi yang tersusun secara logis dan sistematis yang tidak nyata hubungannya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari anak didik. Selanjutnya apa yang terjadi apa yang di pelajari anak didik tampaknya hanya memenuhi kepentingan sekolah untuk ujian, bukan untuk membantu totalitas anak didik agar hidup lebih efekif dalam masyarakat.
Pelabuhan Cabang Biak yang berada di lingkungan PT. (Perseo) Pelabuhan Indonesia IV dalam 3 tahun terakhir terus mengalami peningkatan dalam arus barang dan petikemas maupun kunjungan kapalnya, sehingga memerlukan kajian untuk pengembangan fasilitasnya. Dalam rangka mengantisipasi kebutuhan fasilitas digunakan pendekatan demand forecast untuk periode 20 tahun ke depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pada tahun 2030 sampai dengan tahun 2035, Pelabuhan Biak memerlukan tambahan 1unit tambatan dermaga baru sepanjang 130 meter, karena berdasarkan prediksi volume bongkar muat petikemas tidak bisa dihandle dengan fasilitas dan peralatan yang ada dan harus bekerja dengan menggunakan 3 shift. Tambahan dengan 1 unit tambatan sepanjang 130 meter ini yang dapat melayani kapal-kapal dengan LOA antara 100 sampai dengan 120 meter dan berbobot rata-rata 10.000 DWT.
<p>The aim of this study is to identify the internal and external factors in the company after being taken over by the Government of Indonesia from Japanese investors and to formulate appropriate strategies to improve the performance of the company after the takeover by Indonesian government to be supporting the national aluminum industry that can fulfill the needs of the domestic aluminum and simultaneously increase profitability. This type of research is action research, with a population of 78 (seventy eight), which consists of five Directors, 21, General Managers, 49 Managers and 3 consultants in the aluminum industry. Data were analyzed with IFE and EFE matrix, then analysed by SWOT analysis and IE Matrix which produces Grow and Build strategy with the strategies used are either integrative strategy of backward integration, forward integration, as well as horizontal integration and diversification.</p>
One of the Islamic Education figures in the modern era is Rifa'ah Baḍāwῑ Rāfi' Al-Ṭaḥṭawῑ. He was considered successful in formulating educational innovations following the times. This paper aims to describe the concept of Al-Tahtawi's education and relate it to the Islamic education system in Indonesia. This paper uses a type of literature-qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using the appropriate written reference source documentation technique. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive, content, and comparative methods. The results of the study show that Al-Ṭaḥṭawῑ has developed educational reform in Egypt through innovations such as the distribution of education based on age levels, universal education, education for all groups, gender equality, democratic education, and dynamic education. The political concept of Islamic education in Indonesia is the synergy between the state, politics, and education which encourages the formation of education following the ideals of the Indonesian nation. Meanwhile, the relevance of Al-Ṭaḥṭawῑ's educational thinking to the politics of Islamic education in Indonesia is that there are similarities in objectives in the delivery of education. These were marked by the development of educational innovations, educational renewal following current issues, the democratization of education, and improving the quality of human resources capable of mastering science and technology
