The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge to village officials and the community of Pujon Kidul Village about the importance of the Village Profile. The Village Profile is very much needed as a means of socializing and actualizing the potential that exists in the village. However, Pujon Kidul Village, which is known as the Tourism Village, does not yet have an official village profile. So that the socialization of village potential is not optimal. The special target to be achieved in this service is the compilation of the Pujon Kidul Village profile which is officially managed by the community and / or village officials with online media in the form of websites and offline media. For this reason, training in making a good and attractive village profile is needed so that the aims and objectives of creating a village profile for socialization and promotion of village potentials will be carried out well. This service was carried out using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method which involved village officials and BUMDes managers which resulted in three agreements. First, a more adequate and informative website was developed. Second, a village profile video was made and a booklet was compiled. Third, the use of the media is to maximize village promotion through online and offline.
On 15 September 2020, the UAE normalized relations with Israel, which sparked controversy on Twitter with the #AbrahamAccords. By using Digital Movement Opinion (DMO) and the concept of sentiment analysis, this study aims to determine the sentiment of public opinion that develops on Twitter media related to the normalization of this relationship. This study used a qualitative approach through the use of text mining methods using Natural language Toolkit (NLTK) as a platform in Python to analyze 4900 tweets with #AbrahamAccords. The results of the study showed that the sentiment of public opinion that developed on social media Twitter was a positive sentiment with 75% of the 490 tweets. It also showed that views on the relationship between the UAE and Israel on social media Twitter via #AbrahamAccords tend to support this normalization. Some factors that influenced the positive sentiment were the role of the mass media and political actors. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pemakaian metode teks mining dengan menggunakan Natural language Toolkit (NLTK) sebagai platform di Python guna menganalisis 4900 tweets dengan #AbrahamAccords. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sentimen dari opini publik yang berkembang di media sosial Twitter adalah sentimen positif dengan 75% dari 490 tweet yang di peroleh. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pandangan terhadap hubungan UEA dengan Israel pada media sosial Twitter melalui #AbrahamAccords cenderung mendukung adanya normalisasi tersebut. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi sentiment positif yang terjadi ialah peran media massa dan aktor politik.
ASEAN Community has been officially implemented since early 2016. Although there is a long time between the idea of ASEAN Community agreed and accepted in 2003 and its implementation in 2015, the understanding of society about ASEAN Community still low. Even though, ASEAN Community is ready to integrate Southeast Asian society through political-security, economic, and socio-cultural dimensions. Therefore, it takes a lot of efforts to develop awareness and ASEAN we feeling, one of them through community service program. This paper describes activities of community service program to develop ASEAN we feeling in Senior High School Diponegoro Tumpang in Malang Regency, East Java. These activities include socialization of ASEAN Community and ASEAN socio-cultural, decor classes competition with ASEAN-themed, ASEAN Corner initiation, and development of ASEAN-oriented schools. These activities are to increase students knowledge about ASEAN and ASEAN Community and developed ASEAN we feeling as an ASEAN society. A. PENDAHULUANMasyarakat ASEAN (ASEAN Community) telah resmi diberlakukan oleh negara-negara ASEAN sejak 1 Januari 2016. Masyarakat ASEAN merupakan upaya negara-negara anggota ASEAN untuk mewujudkan cita-cita ASEAN menjadi kawasan yang terintegrasi, damai, stabil dan sejahtera, saling peduli dan diikat dengan kemitraan bersama yang dinamis (Direktorat Jenderal Kerja Sama ASEAN, 2015). Cita-cita itu diwujudkan melalui tiga pilar dari Masyarakat ASEAN, yaitu Masyarakat Politik-Keamanan ASEAN (ASEAN Political-Security Community), Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (ASEAN Economic Community), dan Masyarakat Sosial-Budaya ASEAN (ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community). Meskipun baru diberlakukan pada awal 2016, namun ide dan gagasan pembentukan Masyarakat ASEAN telah disepakati sejak 7 Oktober 2003 pada KTT ASEAN ke-9 di Bali. This study aims to explore the efforts of the ILO in overcoming cases of forced labour that occurred to Indonesian crew members on foreign fishing vessels. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study. This study shows that the ILO's efforts are to make and adopt ILO Convention No. 188 of 2007 concerning Manpower in Fishing and recommends that Indonesia ratify the convention. The ILO also facilitates several meetings and projects, such as the ILO Marine Fisheries Project, the Bali Forum, and the Southeast Asia Forum to End Human and Forced Labor in Fisheries. This study aims to develop an initial framework for integrating public services in Batu City. The integration of public services in Batu City is formulated into the Integrated Public Service (Public Service Mall). This research is preliminary, meaning that researchers wanted to identify potential public services developed in Batu City. Furthermore, the discussion of the initial framework focused on three aspects, namely institutional, management, and human resource management. This research used a mixed-methods approach. Furthermore, data collection was carried out through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, and literature studies. The results uncovered that the integration of public services in Batu City has the potential to be developed through Public Service Mall. The strategic placement of Public Service Mall locations is also needed to provide affordability for the community. Public Service Mall can also expand the types of services from 118-130 to 130-140. From an institutional perspective, Public Service Mall remains under the Batu City One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) supervision by coordinating with technical agencies from the public and private sectors. Then, in terms of management, the implementation of the Public Service Mall requires physical and network infrastructure in the service process. Finally, the HRM (Human Resource Management) aspect needs to pay attention to the competency skills of the apparatus, both as implementers and control systems.
