The research was conducted to overcome the problem of selecting a location for the opening of a new branch of the Murni Sadar English Course. The increasing need for the community to learn English has made Murni Sadar English Course to expand and open a branch of English courses in a new location. This problem is overcome by designing a support system that functions to help facilitate the selection of new branch locations. This DSS is designed using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method using 5 criteria: population density level, access to locations, crowd level, rental costs, and population income. From the results of this study it is concluded that the ARAS method is very appropriate to be used as a tool in decision support where the best alternative location is Patuan_Anggi_Street with an alternative value of 0.1778.
The rapid development of skin care products (Skincare) through social media has changed the paradigm of the digital marketing model in general. This article discusses digital marketing models that skin care products use in marketing their products. The method used was Krippendorff content analysis which was carried out through digital observation on the Instagram account of skin care products (Skincare) Elvicto @ elvicto.id from March 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021. The results of this study indicate that Elvicto is more engaged in a digital marketing communication strategy through marketing. Instagram @ elvicto.id which is dominated by personal selling strategies.

Proses pentranskripsian teks menggunakan pencatatansecara fonetik dengansistem International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). Hasil transkripsi dan terjemahan kemudiandiolah dengan komputer menggunakan program shoebox untuk menghasilkan database daninterlinear text. Hasil penlitian sebagai berikut. Pertama, kearifan lokal teknologi tangkapikan tradisional (acar, paca”, ginte”, mukat, jala, tubay, dan bubu). Kedua, kearifan lokaladat berladang dan bergotong royong (nunuw, kemaraw, tugal, nugal, bantun, mantun, dangutung-ruyung). Ketiga, kearifan lokal menyabung ayam dan bermain gasing (rabuYK danpaKkT”). The data sources were three Iban stories from Rimbas Basin, Sarawak,Malaysia, namely Kumang Nupi’ Sawa’, Entimu Nupi’ Keli’, and Tekura’. The text transcribingprocess used the phonetic transcription with the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA)system. The transcription and translation results were computerized using the shoeboxprogram to generate the data base and interlinear text. The results of the study are asfollows. The first is the local wisdom in the traditional fishing technology (acar, paca”,ginte”, mukat, jala, tubay, and bubu). The second is the local wisdom in the farming traditionandmutual cooperation (nunuw, kemaraw, tugal, nugal, bantun, mantun, and gutungruyung).The third is the local wisdom in the cockfighting and spinning top playing (rabuYKand paKkT”). Call center staff is a staff who work in providing repair or servicing services by telephone. This staff is in charge of explaining the solutions to be carried out by the company in obtaining answers. Call center staff must have a good temperament and smart. In getting good staff, companies can use a decision support system with the VIKOR method to select and select these staff. Five criteria will be tested in determining the staff. The results of the VIKOR method can help companies find call center staff that match company expectations. The ranking results can determine the level of results of the VIKOR method test on call center staff who are used as candidates or alternatives. By implementing this method, the search for call center staff will be better.
The number of People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) is steadily increasing. HIV/AIDS is caused by a virus that infects the body and weakens the immune system, making it difficult to fight germs, viruses, fungi, and other pathogens. HIV and AIDS are still considered taboo diseases that should not be openly discussed. People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) are discouraged from seeking treatment due to stigma and discrimination. Eliminating stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV/AIDS will improve the process of preventing and overcoming HIV/AIDS cases. In addition, therapeutic communication also affects interpersonal relationships. This research aims to figure out how the therapeutic communication efforts of People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) become survivors. The method used in this research is phenomenology, where the informants in this study are people with HIV/AIDS who live in Surabaya. This study concludes that therapeutic communication efforts to People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) are by presenting volunteers who help people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) based on the same fate as People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). The presence of volunteers (PLWHA) assists and bridges the gap between patients and therapy, fostering a sense of comfort for PLWHA. They also make other patients feel more at ease while they are receiving treatment in the hospital.
