The objective of the research is to study the relationship between knowledge about ecosystem, perception about environmental health and motivation toward the environmental preservation and students attitudes toward the environmental conservation. The total number of sample were 120 students chosen by multistage random sampling at the University PGRI Palangka Raya. The research indicates that there are positive correlation between: (1) knowledge about ecosystem and students' attitudes toward the environmental conservation, (2) perception about environmental health and students' attitudes toward the environmental conservation and (3) motivation toward environmental preservation and students' attitudes toward the environmental conservation. Therefore, the higher the levels of knowledge about ecosystem, perception about environmental health and motivation toward environmental preservation, the more positive students' attitudes toward the environmental conservation will be.
The purpose of this study are to knowing the teaching with dictat and the difficulties of it, properness of ecology dictat according to lectures and the opinion of college as a user, the result of study of college after using the dictat. To reach that purpose, the dictat tried to college and evaluation from lectures. The sample of this study are class A of 2012 colleger at first semester 2013/2014 who are programming ecology subjeck in geography education couses. Data was got by enquette and observation and than analysed by quantity description with distributed frequenty and table presentation. The result of this study are the ecology dictat properly for teaching according to colleger, reviewer and lectures with the value is 4,1 (good category), and the study result of college on the average of 70,00 (good category), the opinion of collegers they feel happy using dictat as one of literature in their study. But there are some opinion that the dictat must be added with pictures and illustration to completing abstract material before publishing.
Dalam mata pelajaran geografi di sekolah-sekolah, tujuan dari pengajaran geografi tidak akan tercapai apabila siswa hanya mendengarkan ceramah dari guru di dalam kelas, namun akan lebih mengena dan berkesan dalam benak siswa apabila mereka langsung berhadapan pada permasalahan praktis di sekelilingnya. Hal ini sesuai dengan studi analisa geografi yang meliputi analisis gejala manusia dengan gejala alam, analisa penyebaran, interelasinya dan interaksinya dalam ruang.Salah satu bentuk belajar mengajar yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut yaitu dengan belajar mengajar di luar kelas, salah satunya melalui kegiatan karyawisata.Kegiatan karyawisata dapat mengarahkan siswa untuk mencocokkan hal-hal yang mereka peroleh di dalam kelas dengan kenyataan di masyarakat maupun pada kenyataan di lingkungan sekitarnya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahuipeningkatan aktivitas pembelajaran siswa dengan menggunakan metode karya wisata sebagai metode pembelajaran geografi. 2) untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar geografi setelah menggunakan metode karya wisata. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X/IIS SMAN 6 Palangka Raya tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 35 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahap siklus I aktivitas belajar siswa rata-rata hasil pengamatan aktivitas yaitu 70,15% dan siklus II rata-rata hasil pengamatan aktivitas meningkat menjadi 96,51% terdapat peningkatan 26,36%. Hasil belajar siswa yang didapat dari penilaian hasil post-test siswa pada siklus I dengan hasil persentasenya 64,0% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 97,5% yang terdapat peningkatan 33,5% dari kedua siklus tersebut. Hasil belajar menggunakan rumus N-Gain pada siklus I adalah 0,41 (sedang) dan siklus II 0,75 (tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X/IIS SMAN 6 Palangka Raya pada saat pembelajaran geografi dengan menggunakan metode karya wisata lebih aktif.Ada peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar geografi siswa setelah menggunakan metode karya wisata
Artikel ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana pembelajaran tatap muka di era new normal, model pembelajaran seperti apa yang dapat diterapkan guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era new normal. Student’s learning achievement is influenced by internal and external factors. This research aims to determine the correlation between learning motivation and parental attention with student achievement in geography subjects at SMAN 10 Palangka Raya City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research is ex-post facto. Based on the variables, this research is a correlational study to determine the relationship between motivation and parental attention with geography learning achievement. The population of this research was 351 students of SMAN 10 Palangka Raya City, with a sample of 100 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used analysis prerequisite test which consisted of normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The data analysis method uses simple linear correlation analysis and multiple linear correlations. The results showed that: there is a positive relationship between learning motivation and student geography learning achievement, where t=3,900 is greater than t0.05(98) = 1.99, so H1 can be accepted; There is a positive relationship between parental attention and students' geography learning achievement where t=4.325 is greater than t0.05(98) = 1.99 (ttable) or P-value = 0.000 less than 0.05 so that H2 can be accepted; and between learning motivation and parental attention is positively related to the geography learning achievement of SMAN 10 Palangka Raya students where F=17,038 is greater than F0.05(98) = 3.13 or P-value = 0.000 less than 0.05 so H3 can be accepted
