Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani berdasarkan indeks massa tubuh pada siswa SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan tes kebugaran jasmani dan tes antropometri pada siswa SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik Cluster Sampling. Analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan persentase untuk menggambarkan frekuensi dan persentase dari data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 68% siswa memliki indeks massa tubuh yang kurang, 18% siswa memiliki indeks massa tubuh normal, dan 14% siswa memiliki indeks massa tubuh gemuk. Sedangkan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa menunjukkan 39% kurang, 42% sedang, dan 19% baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani dan indeks massa tubuh pada siswa SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara masih rendah.Kata kunci: tingkat kebugaran jasmani, indeks massa tubuh. Abstract The aim of this study is to find out the vitality level based on the body mass index on students of SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara. This study was conducted by performing physical vitality tests and anthropometric tests on Students of SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara. The samples of this study were takenfrom cluster sampling technique. Data analysis used in this study was the using of percentage to describe frequency and percentage of data obtained. The results showed that 68% of students had a low body mass index, 18% of students had a normal body mass index, and 14% of students had a fat body mass index. While the students' physical vitalitylevels showed 39% less, 42% moderate, and 19% good. Therefore, it can be concluded that the level of physical vitality and body mass index on students SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara still low.Keywords: physical vitality level, body mass index
The research was carried out aimed at solving problems in selecting the best administrative staff at the Vita Insani Hospital. This problem is overcome by designing a decision support system that is able to help decision makers to select the best administrative staff. This DSS was designed using the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE) method. From the results of this study it is concluded that the Electre method is very appropriate to use as a decision support tool where the best alternative is the Vita_staff_001 administrative staff which eliminates other alternatives by having a value of 1 as much as 3 which is more than the value of 1 for the other alternatives.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tendangan sabit seluruh perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian desktiptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah siswa perguruan pencak silat tapak suci . yang mendapatkan hasil yang sama pada tiga belas indikator mengenai tendangan sabit pada pada perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu. hal ini tentunya menunjukan bahwa tendangan sabit pada perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci semuanya mempunyai langkah dan gerakan yang sama. Sedangkan untuk analisis data berdasarkan tes kemampuan tendangan sabit mengambil objek pada ke tiga puluh (30) siswa perguruan tapak suci Kota Bengkulu.Hasil yang di peroleh dari tigapuluh (30) siswa dengan waktu 10 detik sehingga diperoleh berapa banyaknya tendangan sabit yang di dapatkan .skor sebesar 25-ke atas termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali sebanyak dua (2) orang atau sebesar 6,67%, pada skor 20-24 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik sebanyak delapan belas (18) orang atau sebesar 60%, untuk skor 17-19 di dalam kategori Cukup sebanyak 10 orang atau sebesar 33%, untuk 15-16 di dalam kategori kurang tidak ada atau sebesar 0 %. Dan untuk kategori kurang sekali dengan skor 14-ke bawah juga tidak ada atau sebesar 0 %. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan tendangan sabit yang dimiliki oleh siswa perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu masuk dalam rata-rata kategori baik dengan persentase 60 %Kata kunci : Tendangan Sabit ,Tapak Suci , Kota Bengkulu AbstractThis study aims to determine the sickle kick of all martial arts colleges in the city of Bengkulu. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. In this research, the subject of research is the martial arts pencak silat college students. Who got the same results on thirteen indicators on sickle kicks at the martial arts college in Bengkulu City. This certainly shows that the sickle kick at the martial arts college Tapak Suci all have the same steps and movements. While for data analysis based on test of sickle cycling ability take object at thirty (30) student of sacred treadmill of Bengkulu City. The result is obtained from thirty (30) students with time 10 seconds so that obtained how many sickle kick get. Of 25-over are included in the excellent category of two (2) persons or equal to 6.67%, on the score of 20-24 which fall into either the eighteen (18) or 60% category for the score 17-19 In the category Quite as many as 10 people or by 33%, for 15-16 in the category of less absent or by 0%. And for the once less category with a 14-down score is also absent or 0%. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan lay up.dalam permainan bola basket. Metode yang di pakai adalah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievments Division (STAD). Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian di lakukan pada siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Pada penelitian ini melihat hasil uji pra siklus, siklus 1 dn siklus 2 serta lembar observasi guru dan siswa. Nilai tes uji pra siklus di dapat 33,3% yang mendapat nilai baik artinya masih sangat kurang dalam keterampilan lay up permainan bola basket . Pada siklus 1 di dapat 69,4% terjadi peningkatan keterampilan lay up pada permainan bola basket namun belum mencapai KKM dan dilihat dari observassi guru mendapat nilai 72 % dan observasi siswa 65%. Pada siklus 2 didapat nilai tes sebesar 83,3%, sedangkan lembar observasi guru sebesar 84% dan lembar observasi siswa sebesar 80% semua telah menunjukan ketuntasan nialai atau kkm 75%. Dari nilai tes siklus 2 dapat disimpulan pembelajaran teknik lay up dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievments Division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan ketermpilan lay up permainan bola basket dan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Peningkatan ini dikarenakan siswa bersemangat dalam proses belajar dan saling membantu didalam kelompok masing.Kata kunci: Metode Kooperatif Tipe STAD, Keterampilan lay up , Permainan Bola Basket AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement of lay up skills in basketball games. The method used is cooperative learning type Student Team Achievments Division (STAD). Types of Research is a classroom action research. The research was conducted on the students of class X.MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah, wihch amounted to 36 students. This study looks at the results of pre-cycle test, cyle 1 and cycle 2 and teacher and student observation sheet. The value of pre-cycle test in 33,3% can get a good value means still very less in the skills lay up basketball game. In the 1st cycle in 96,4% there can be increased lay up on basketball games but have not reached KKM and viewer from the observasition of the teacher gets 72% and studebnt observation 65% in the 2nd cycle obtained the tes value of 88,3%, while the teacher’s observation sheer of 84% and student observation sheer of 80% all has shown maked kialty or KKM 75%. From the value of the test cycle 2 can be conclueded the learning of lay up techniques by using the cooperative learning type Student Team Achievments Division (STAD) can increase the lay-laying of basketball games and improve the students' learning spirit. There are still physical education students who are unsure of their ability to participate in sports psychology learning. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine the level of self-efficacy of physical education students in attending sports psychology learning. The method used is the descriptive research method. The population used was 26 students. The total sampling technique was used to take the size of the research sample. The research techniques and instruments used were in the form of a questionnaire with a validity value of 0.72 and a reliability of 0.73. The mean ideal and standard ideal deviation are used to determine the category, and the percentage is used to determine the percentage of students. The results of the study stated that: 1) male students had a mean score of 51.11 and a standard deviation of 6.67 in the high category; 2) female male students have a mean value of 51.33 and a standard deviation of 6.83 in the high category. So it can be concluded that the level of self-efficacy is in the high category with a frequency of 20 students or 76%, and there is no difference between male and female students.
