Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani berdasarkan indeks massa tubuh pada siswa SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan tes kebugaran jasmani dan tes antropometri pada siswa SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik Cluster Sampling. Analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan persentase untuk menggambarkan frekuensi dan persentase dari data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 68% siswa memliki indeks massa tubuh yang kurang, 18% siswa memiliki indeks massa tubuh normal, dan 14% siswa memiliki indeks massa tubuh gemuk. Sedangkan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa menunjukkan 39% kurang, 42% sedang, dan 19% baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani dan indeks massa tubuh pada siswa SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara masih rendah.Kata kunci: tingkat kebugaran jasmani, indeks massa tubuh. Abstract The aim of this study is to find out the vitality level based on the body mass index on students of SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara. This study was conducted by performing physical vitality tests and anthropometric tests on Students of SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara. The samples of this study were takenfrom cluster sampling technique. Data analysis used in this study was the using of percentage to describe frequency and percentage of data obtained. The results showed that 68% of students had a low body mass index, 18% of students had a normal body mass index, and 14% of students had a fat body mass index. While the students' physical vitalitylevels showed 39% less, 42% moderate, and 19% good. Therefore, it can be concluded that the level of physical vitality and body mass index on students SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara still low.Keywords: physical vitality level, body mass index
Abstract The number of weaknesses in football matches, especially weaknesses in terms of passing a ball, is one of the keys to the failure of a team in a match. This research aims to develop a form of passing football practice. This study uses a development research approach with a sample of UNIB PJKR students. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with calculations through SPSS version 16. The t-test results showed that the coefficient of significance was 0,000, this coefficient was compared with the significance level of 0.05. Based on the comparison it turns out that the coefficient of significance is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the passing training program has an effect on the ability of passing students. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing soccer passing training model has a significant influence on the ability of passing from students, so it can be concluded that this passing training model can be used for students or students who are just practicing football passing.. Keywords: Development, Model, Passing Abstrak Banyaknya kelemahan dalam pertandingan sepakbola terutama kelemahan dalam hal mengoper bola menjadi salah satu kunci kegegalan suatu tim dalam bertanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bentuk latihan passing sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan dengan sampel mahasiswa PJKR UNIB. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uj-t dengan perhitungan melalui SPSS versi 16. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa koefisien signifikasi sebesar 0,000, koefisien ini dibandingkan dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Berdasarkan perbandingan ternyata koefisien signifikasi hitung lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan program latihan passing memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis model latihan passing sepakbola telah memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kemampuan passing dari mahasiswa, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan passing ini dapat digunakan kepada mahasiswa atau pelajar yang baru berlatih passing sepakbola. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tendangan sabit seluruh perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian desktiptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah siswa perguruan pencak silat tapak suci . yang mendapatkan hasil yang sama pada tiga belas indikator mengenai tendangan sabit pada pada perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu. hal ini tentunya menunjukan bahwa tendangan sabit pada perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci semuanya mempunyai langkah dan gerakan yang sama. Sedangkan untuk analisis data berdasarkan tes kemampuan tendangan sabit mengambil objek pada ke tiga puluh (30) siswa perguruan tapak suci Kota Bengkulu.Hasil yang di peroleh dari tigapuluh (30) siswa dengan waktu 10 detik sehingga diperoleh berapa banyaknya tendangan sabit yang di dapatkan .skor sebesar 25-ke atas termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali sebanyak dua (2) orang atau sebesar 6,67%, pada skor 20-24 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik sebanyak delapan belas (18) orang atau sebesar 60%, untuk skor 17-19 di dalam kategori Cukup sebanyak 10 orang atau sebesar 33%, untuk 15-16 di dalam kategori kurang tidak ada atau sebesar 0 %. Dan untuk kategori kurang sekali dengan skor 14-ke bawah juga tidak ada atau sebesar 0 %. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan tendangan sabit yang dimiliki oleh siswa perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu masuk dalam rata-rata kategori baik dengan persentase 60 %Kata kunci : Tendangan Sabit ,Tapak Suci , Kota Bengkulu AbstractThis study aims to determine the sickle kick of all martial arts colleges in the city of Bengkulu. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. In this research, the subject of research is the martial arts pencak silat college students. Who got the same results on thirteen indicators on sickle kicks at the martial arts college in Bengkulu City. This certainly shows that the sickle kick at the martial arts college Tapak Suci all have the same steps and movements. While for data analysis based on test of sickle cycling ability take object at thirty (30) student of sacred treadmill of Bengkulu City. The result is obtained from thirty (30) students with time 10 seconds so that obtained how many sickle kick get. Of 25-over are included in the excellent category of two (2) persons or equal to 6.67%, on the score of 20-24 which fall into either the eighteen (18) or 60% category for the score 17-19 In the category Quite as many as 10 people or by 33%, for 15-16 in the category of less absent or by 0%. And for the once less category with a 14-down score is also absent or 0%. The purpose of this study was to increase the interest, motivation, and learning outcomes of students in learning sports sociology by applying blended learning with the jigsaw method. The research method used was an action classroom with two cycles. The research subjects were students of the fifth semester with a total of 39 students. The results showed that in the pre-cycle students' interest in learning was in the low category, learning motivation was in the sufficient category. The results of cycle 1 showed that interest in learning student increases in the high category with a percentage of 70%, learning motivation was in the high category with a percentage of 75%, learning outcomes were in the high category with a percentage of 70%. The results of cycle 2 showed that student interest in learning increases in the high category with a percentage of 80%, learning motivation was in the high category with a percentage of 85%, learning outcomes were in the category high with a percentage of 85%. So it can be concluded that the application of blended learning with the jigsaw method can increase the interest, motivation, and learning outcomes in learning sports sociology.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan ekstrakurikuler futsal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah 9 SMP Negeri di Kota Bengkulu. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah Observasi, Angket, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase perkembangan futsal ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri Bengkulu berkembang 6 sekolah 66,66%, belum berkembang 3 sekolah 33,33%. Setelah mendapatkan persentase data maka dapat dilakukan perbandingan perkembangan ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Negeri Kota Bengkulu tingkat bengkulu 6:3. Berdasarkan perolehan data perkembangan ekstrakurikuler futsal di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Bengkulu harus memperhatikan indikator yang baik seperti peran siswa, pelatih yang kompeten, manajemen yang baik, fasilitas, metode pelatihan. Jadi hasil data yang diperoleh dari sembilan sekolah ada 6 sekolah yang memiliki indikator baik. Sementara 3 sekolah belum terlihat perkembangan indikator yang belum memenuhi proses mendukung pengembangan futsal ekstrakurikuler.Kata Kunci : Perkembangan, Ekstrakurikuler, FutsalAbstractThis study aims to determine the development of futsal extracurricular activities. The method used is descriptive research method. The research subjects were 9 Middle Schools in the City of Bengkulu. The instruments of this study are Observation, Questionnaire, and Documentation. The results showed that the percentage of extracurricular futsal development in Bengkulu State Middle School grew by 6 schools 66.66%, not yet developed 3 schools 33.33%. After getting the percentage of data, we can compare the development of futsal extracurricular activities at Bengkulu City State Middle School bengkulu level 6: 3. Based on data obtained from the development of futsal extracurricular activities in Bengkulu State Junior High School, it must pay attention to good indicators such as competent students, good management facilities, training methods. So the results of data obtained from nine schools have 6 schools that have good indicators.
