<p>Puskesmas Mojoagung telah menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) hingga saat ini, akan tetapi dalam penggunaanya masih sering terdapat keluhan dari beberapa pengguna SIMPUS yang merasa tidak puas dengan SIMPUS yang telah berjalan, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari ketidakpercayaan pengguna terhadap data pasien yang dihasilkan SIMPUS. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan analisis tehadap penerimaan SIMPUS ditinjau dari persepsi pengguna di Puskesmas Mojoagung dengan menggunakan metode <em>Technology Acceptance Model </em>(TAM). Jenis penelitian yaitu analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan <em>cross sectional. </em>Jumlah sampel yaitu seluruh pengguna SIMPUS di Puskesmas Mojoagung berjumlah 33 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner guna memperoleh informasi mengenai persepsi pengguna SIMPUS. Tahap penelitian dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi masalah yang ada pada SIMPUS di Puskesmas Mojoagung, lalu penyusunan instrument yaitu kuesioner yang selanjutnya disebarkan ke responden sebagai pengambilan data dan yang terakhir menganalisis data sehingga menjadi kesimpulan.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel <em>Perceived Usefulness</em> dengan <em>Acceptance of IT </em>atau Penerimaan Sistem di Puskesmas Mojoagung dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari p-value (Sig.) yaitu 0.031 yang. Begitu juga dengan variabel <em>Perceived Easy Of Use </em>terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan <em>Acceptance of IT </em>atau Penerimaan Sistem di Puskesmas Mojoagung yang meiliki nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari p-value (Sig.) yaitu 0.012. Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa penerimaan SIMPUS di Puskesmas Mojoagung memiliki hubungan yang signifikansi terhadap persepsi kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunanya.</p><p align="left"> </p><p align="left"><strong><em>Abstrac</em><em>t</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><em>Mojoagung Public Health Center had been using Public Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS) until now, but in application there are still many complaints from several SIMPUS users who are dissatisfied with the system has been running, it can be seen from the user's mistrust of the data that exist in SIMPUS. The purpose of this research are to analize and identify the success of SIMPUS in terms of user perceptions at the Mojoagung Public Health Center by using TAM method. The type of the research is quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. Sample were all of SIMPUS users at the Mojoagung Public Health Center there are 33 users. The methods to collect data in this research used a questionnaire to obtain information about the perception of SIMPUS users. The research started identifying problem of SIMPUS at the Mojoagung Public Health Center and then composition of instrument is questionnaire that subsequently disseminated to respondents as data retrieval and the last analyzed data to conclusion. Result of the research are significant correlation between the variable Perceived Usefulness with Acceptance of IT at Mojoagung Public Health Center with significance values is smaller than p-value (Sig.) of 0.031, as well as variable Perceived Easy Of Use is significant correlation with Acceptance of IT with significance value is smaller than p-value (Sig.) of 0.012. So it can be interpreted that the acceptance SIMPUS</em><em> at the Mojoagung Public Health Center has a significant relationship to the perception of the benefits and convenience of its users.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>
Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) was part of a health information system that provided relevant information resources throughout the organization to supported effective decision made and hospital administration. This studied aims to analyzed the impact of system quality, system users, and organizations in the utilization of HIMS performanced. The type of researched used was the type of explanatory researched. The population in this studied amounted to 258 and 158 samples. Based on the tested results there was the influenced of system quality on system users with t statistics 3,219 (t statistics> t table 1.96). In addition there was no effected of system quality on the organization with t statistics 0.483 and there was no organizational influenced on the user system with t statistics 1.489. Furthermore there was the effected of system users on the utilization of SIMRS performanced with t statistics of 5.838 and there was an organizational influenced on the utilization of HIMS performanced with t statistics 3.589. The results were interrelated between variables so that to realized the utilization of HIMS performanced. <br/>Keywords: System quality, System Users, Organization, Utilization of Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to develop a decision support system in early detection of hepatitis using artificial intelligence based on android Hepatitis is a virus that causes inflammation of the liver and can cause severe damage over time. The most common types are hepatitis A and B but hepatitis can also be caused by our immune system (autoimmune hepatitis). Common symptoms of hepatitis are yellow skin or jaundice. The method of early detection of the type of hepatitis in this study uses certainty factor. The result of this study is to provide accurate information in early detection of hepatitis type based on the patient's evidence.
Qualitative analysis is a review of filling medical records relating to the consistency of the contents of the medicalrecord. A good medical record must contain complete medical records. This study aims to analyze qualitativeinpatient Medical Record Documents (DRM) in pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Tongas Probolinggo RegionalHospital in the first quarter of 2017. This research type is descriptive with a qualitative approach with datacollection techniques of observation and interviews. The results of this study are that there are still documentson pulmonary tuberculosis medical records at Tongas Probolinggo Regional Hospital which are still incompleteand inaccurate. One of them is in the administrative qualitative analysis, which is the incomplete patient addresswriting100%, because nurses pay less attention and remind patients / guardians in filling out informed consentsheets. In addition, medical staff did not apply 100% of the writing of the tuberculosis standard abbreviationcontained in the SOP of the Tongas Hospital Standard Standard, because there was still a lack of socializationfrom the RM unit to medical personnel related to the use of the tuberculosis standard abbreviation. In aqualitative medical analysis, there were no X-ray examination results on patients who had X-ray examinationsas many as 19 documents, because in Tongas Regional Hospital did not have an examination result sheet, sothe results of the examination were not written in the DRM. So the quality of DRM in patients with pulmonarytuberculosis both administratively and medically is still not good. It is better if the accuracy and discipline ofmedical staff are needed in filling DRM
Keterlambatan pengembalian berkas rekam medis dapat mempengaruhi pelayanan rekam medis dan akan menghambat kegiatan selanjutnya, seperti kegiatan assembling, koding, analisis, indeks. Pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo masih mengalami keterlambatan. Pada bulan januari sampai dengan februari total berkas rekam medis rawat jalan yang terlambat sebanyak 282 berkas (0,016%) dari 17.616 berkas. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis faktor penyebab keterlambatan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Rekam Medis, Petugas Penanggung Jawab Operasional Unit Rekam Medis, Petugas Filling, Petugas Pengembalian Berkas. Penelitian  dilakukan pada bulan februari sampai bulan maret 2020. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu pengetahuan dan sikap beberapa petugas masih belum paham dengan SOP pengembalian berkas rekam medis dan kepatuhan sikap petugas pengembalian masih kurang baik. Sarana dan prasarana sudah mendukung, hanya kurangnya ketelitian pada sumber daya petugas pengembalian. Sudah diberikan motivasi oleh koordinator pelayanan Unit Rekam Medis, dan sudah terdapat (SOP) pengembalian berkas rekam medis. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah memberi tahu perawat tentang batas waktu pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan, kepala rekam medis memberi teguran kepada perawat yang terlambat mengembalikan berkas rekam medis, memberikan motivasi kerja dan sering melakukan sosialisasi SOP terkait pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan.
