This study aims to find out how the influence of apprenticeship programs and life skills training partially or simultaneously influences the growth of new entrepreneurs. This research was carried out in the city of Medan with a total sample of 100 community members who had been nurtured through apprenticeship programs and life skills training organized by the North Sumatra UMKM Center. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with MPDEL multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The results show that all indicators of apprenticeship program variables, life skills training, and new entrepreneurial growth are valid and reliable so that they are worthy of being used for sample testing. The results of the sample test show that partially apprenticeship and Life Skills Training influence the growth of new entrepreneurs. Simultaneously there is the influence of apprenticeship and life skills training on the growth of new entrepreneurs. PENGARUH PEMAGANGAN DAN PELATIHAN KECAKAPAN HIDUP TERHADAP PENUMBUHAN WIRAUSAHA BARU KOTA MEDANABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakan pengaruh program pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru. Penelitian ini laksanakan di kota Medan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang warga masyarakat yang telah dibina melalui program pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup yang diselenggarakan oleh UMKM Center Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah teknik angket dan wawancara. Kuesioner yang dikembangkan terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian disebar kepada sampel. Model analisis data penelitian adalah model regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua indicator ukur variabel program pemagangan, pelatihan kecakapan hidup, dan penumbuhan wirausaha baru valid dan reliable sehingga layak digunakan untuk uji sampel. Hasil uji sampel menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pemagangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru, dan Pelatihan kecakapan hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru. Secara simultan pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru.
This community service aims to utilize the cultivation of Coffee (Coffea Sp.) and Aren (Arenga Pinnata) plants in the manufacture of Aren Coffee with Non-Alcoholic Wine Flavor as an alternative to plants producing raw materials for innovative processed coffee products in Suka Makmur Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The benefits obtained are increasing positive acceptance responses in the Suka Makmur Village community so that this area becomes an alternative for the use of coffee and aren Aren plants as raw material for coffee innovation products. Non-Alcoholic Wine Flavor which can be a new variant of coffee product innovation and increase people's economic income, as well as increase people's knowledge and skills on how to make Non-Alcoholic Wine-Flavored Aren Coffee. The result of the program is the achievement of many understandings and perceptions from the people of Suka Makmur Village who agree and are enthusiastic about becoming a center for the development and planting of coffee and sugar Aren plants. The formation of a technical team for making Non-Alcoholic Wine Flavored Aren Coffee to produce a mainstay product in Suka Makmur Village. The formation of an “IT” team that produces video tutorials and a marketing team (how to make Non-Alcoholic Wine-flavored Aren Coffee and how to cultivate coffee and sugar Aren plants, as well as sell products on social media). Producing ready-to-drink processed products of three in one size of 20 gr, 100 gr, 250 gr, 500 gr and 1000 grams for sale thereby increasing the community's economic income and planting from the availability of 1000 seeds of coffee and sugar Aren plants to the community so that the forest in Suka Makmur Village becomes productive forest.

The purpose of the implementation of the research is to understand the magnitude of the influence of free or independent variables of job satisfaction, work discipline and also motivation on performance generated by employees working in PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus. In the implementation of this study, the population used was 60 officers and while the sample was as many as 60 survey respondents. In the implementation of this research, the method used is a quantitative approach, and while for this research technique uses multiple linear analysis. The results of this research conducted show that simultaneously or together that variables are free or independent of job satisfaction, work discipline and also motivation contributes a significant influence on the performance produced by employees working in PT.
