Background and purpose: Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. The problems facing adolescents are often related to reproductive health, one of which is fluorine albus. Many teenagers do not care about the fluoride of albus despite the enormous impact on women's reproductive health. One reason is the lack of knowledge about fluorine albus. Based on KISARA data there are 90.91% of girls in Denpasar City do not know the cause of fluorine albus. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in knowledge of young women before and after being given counseling about fluor albus. Method: The research design used was pre-experimental with one group pretest posttest design using 70 respondents taken by stratified random sampling. The results showed that the average score of adolescent girls' knowledge about fluor albus before being given counseling was 11.56 and after counseling was 14.23. There was an average increase in knowledge of 2.67. Results: Statistical test result using wilcoxon test get value p = 0.000 so that hypothesis accepted. Conculusion: It can be concluded that there is difference of adolescent knowledge about fluorine albus before and after given counseling.
Introduction: Hospitalization is a crisis that occurs in children when they are sick and hospitalized. Pre-school children who undergo hospitalization try to adapt to the hospital environment so that it will be a stressor for both children and parents which can cause anxiety. The reactions shown by pre-school children who underwent hospitalization were rebellious, issued inappropriate words, and were less cooperative when nursing actions were carried out. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of hospitalization on pre-school children (aged 3-6 years) in the Anggrek Room of the Regional General Hospital of Tabanan Regency. Methods: This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a cross sectional approach, respondents were selected by purposive sampling with a sample of 30 pre-school children using an observation sheet. Results: This study shows that the description of the impact of hospitalization on pre-school children in the Anggrek Room is in the high category of 19 respondents (63.3%) and in the low category of 11 respondents (36.7%). It was also found that most of those who were treated were aged 3 years as many as 14 respondents (47.6%), male sex as many as 17 (56.7%), most of whom are only children (50%), have parents, most of whom have high school education (63.4%), some have undergone hospitalization (50%), and some with chronic disease (50%). Conclusion: The impact of hospitalization on school children (aged 3-6 years) in the Orchid Room of the Regional General Hospital of Tabanan Regency is in the high category.
Latar Belakang:Remaja atau masa pubertas merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak ke masa dewasa.Remaja merupakan mereka yang berada di rentan usia 10-19 tahun. Pada tahap ini remaja pasti akan mengalami suatu keadaan yang dinamakan menstruasi. Banyak gangguan menstruasi yang biasanya menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan fisik bagi seorang perempuan yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas mereka.Salah satu gangguan menstruasi ini biasanya menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan fisik yaitu dismenorea. Dismenorea merupakan kondisi dimana rasa yang sangat sakit di bagian perut dari mulai perut bagian bawah yang terkadang sakitnya bisa meluas sampai ke bagian pinggang, punggung bawah dan paha Tujuan:Mengetahui hubungan antara disminorea dengan aktivitas belajar pada remaja putri di SMK Negeri 1 Tabanan tahun 2020. Metodelogi:Menggunakan teknik total sampling, jumlah respondensebanyak 37 orang remaja putri. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SpearmanRank.Hasil penelitian menunjukan 17 responden (45,9%) mengalami disminorea sedang dan sebanyak 18 responden (48,6%) mengalami aktivitas belajar cukup. Didapatkan nilai p value sebesar = 0,003 dngan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,9 yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara disminorea dengan aktivitas belajar pada remaja putri. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara disminorea denga aktivitas belajar pada remaja putri, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,9 yang artinya terdapat kekuatan hubungan yang kuat dan menunjukan hubungan yang positif.

Caring is a maintainingrelationships with mutual respect for other accompanied by feeling of belonging and responsibility. Caring behavior is an emotional support in providing nursing care to protect patient, enhance human dignity, and it was the care wich made a diffrence from other profession. Turpose to know description caring behavior of nurse at Pediatric Care Unit Method: this study was a descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The responden was chosen based on total sampling which were 13 samples by using observation sheet. Result: This study showed that caring behaviot of nurse at Pediatric Care Unit 13 nurse (100%) was in good category, with sub variable according to five dimension of Swanson theory that is maintaining belief with mean 57,7%. Sub variable knowing of nurse (100%) was in good category with mean 92,3%, sub variable being with was good category 13 nurse (100%) with mean 96,5%. Doing for behavior so as in good category 16 nurse (100%) with mean 98,5% and enabling behavior in good category 16 nurse (100%) with mean 80%. Background: Lack of knowledge about menarche is one of the causes of anxiety disorders in young women because not all young women know about menarche or menstruation and how to deal with it. Objective: to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about menstruation and the anxiety level of young women in facing menarche at SD Saraswati Tabanan Method: Using Correlational Analytic design with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The subjects in this study were 58 grade V students at SD Saraswati Tabanan Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire sheet. The statistical test used in this study is the Spearman-Rank Test. Results: Most of the respondents had a good level of knowledge with a mild level of anxiety as many as 19 respondents with a percentage of 76.0%, a sufficient level of knowledge with a moderate level of anxiety as many as 17 respondents with a percentage of 70.8%, a lack of knowledge with a moderate level of anxiety as many as 9 respondents with a percentage of 100%. Based on the results of the Spearman-Rank correlation test, it was found that the value of p = 0.000 where p <0.05 which means there is a relationship between the level of knowledge about menstruation and the level of anxiety in facing menarche at Saraswati Tabanan Elementary School Conclusion: the level of knowledge about menstruation is related to the anxiety level of early female adolescents in facing menarche, therefore parents and the environment of early female adolescents are expected to provide good information in order to reduce the anxiety level experienced by early female adolescents
