Perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan berpotensi mengakibatkan kerusakan lingkungan dan berdampak pada kondisi kesehatan masyarakat. Sampah adalah sesuatu yang tidak lagi digunakan atau dibuang yang berasal dari sisah kegiatan manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor penyebab perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan data penelitian digunakan dengan metode indepth interview. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan masih sangat tinggi di masyarakat dengan persentase sebesar 69%. Perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan pada masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yakni faktor sarana dan prasarana yang tidak tersedia dengan persentase sebesar 63%, kemudian tingkat pendidikan yang rendah sebesar 57%, dan kurangnya dukungan pemerintah desa dalam pengolahan sampah. Berdasarkan dari hasil survey masyarakat Desa Kluncing tahun 2019, perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan masih sangat tinggi yakni sebesar 69% dari total keseluruhan populasi. Berdasarkan hasil survey di Desa Kluncing tempat pembuangan sampah (TPS) tidak tersedia di lingkungan masyarakat dengan persentase sebesar 63%. Masyarakat Desa Kluncing membutuhkan sosialisasi serta penyuluhan mengenai proses pengolahan sampah agar dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dalam melakukan pengolahan sampah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah, dan dukungan pemerintah desa berupa penyediaan tempat pembuangan sampah (TPS) dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan.
Public places have the potential for disease transmission, environmental pollution, or other health problems, so sanitation is needed to create a clean environment in order to protect public health from the possibility of disease transmission and other health problems. Brawijaya Terminal is one of the public places crowded with the public to carry out transportation activities. The purpose of this research is to identify the general description of Brawijaya terminal sanitation in 2019. This research is a descriptive study with an observational approach that uses observation and interview methods to collect data. The instrument used in this study refers to the terminal sanitation inspection sheet instrument. The research instrument contains 5 variables, including the outside, the waiting room, sanitation facilities, occupational health and safety, and support. The results of the Brawijaya terminal sanitation research with 5 variables indicate that the Brawijaya terminal as a whole has met the terminal sanitation requirements with a total score of 1675 and is classified as good, namely 76.13%. For Brawijaya terminal sanitation to be maintained and to be even better, it is necessary to increase the sanitation variables which include latrines and urinals, hand washing facilities, and disposal of rainwater and dirty water.
The marketing mix is a marketing strategy used by hospitals to maximize service delivery to patients. The purpose of study was to analyze the effect of the 7P marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, process, people, physical building) on patient satisfaction in the hospital. The method of writing literature review begins with selecting topics, determining keywords to find journal references. The databases used include Google Scholar, Elsevier, Portal Garuda, Shinta. Reference searches are limited from 2016 to 2020. The keywords used are "Marketing mix, 7p Marketing mix, Hospital, Patient Satisfaction". This study sought a reference list of studies, which included 85 studies taken from the search. A total of 25 articles in cleaning and there are 7 articles included in the discussion. Selection of journals selected based on inclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria in this research is an analysis of the effect of 7P Marketing Mix on Patient Satisfaction in the Hospital. Of the 7 studies reviewed, one study explained that the 7P marketing mix had a significant effect on patient satisfaction as evidenced by statistical tests with p value = 0.00 <? = 0.05.
