In its development, students support to continue their studies to higher education by considering the money spent by parents of students who want to go to college. The population in this study were all students of class X Accounting and Financial Institutions sponsored by 143 students. Data collection techniques use questionnaire, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the test results it is undeniably related to student motivation and parents' money towards the interest received by the study in the high school at Palembang State Vocational School 1 This result is strengthened by the value of Fcount 257,013 > Ftable 2.715 or Sig Fcount 0.000 <a = 0.05. Higher success, student learning and parents' money will be even greater towards the interest in continuing their studies to higher education at Palembang State Vocational School 1.Keywords: Motivation to Study, Parent Income, and Interest in Continuing Study to Higher Education
Magnesium oxide (MgO) is a ceramic material that has potential in the medical and industrial fields, where MgO can be obtained from natural dolomite which has a composition of 21.9% MgO and 54.3% CaCO3. However, MgO from dolomite has not been studied much so that this study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of the holding time of calcination on the synthesized MgO phase. The MgO synthesis method uses the Leaching method, which is dissolving dolomite with HCl and stirring it at 75 ° C for 45 minutes. After that, it is filtered where the results of the filtrate are added with ammonia until the solution reaches pH 12 and a precipitate is formed. Furthermore, the precipitate was filtered and dried at 90 ° C for 6 hours, and calcined at a temperature of 800 ° C with a variation of the holding time of 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 16 hours, and 20 hours. The calcined powder was characterized by XRD and FTIR. The results showed that the optimum MgO main phase was formed at a holding time of 8 hours at a calcination temperature of 800 ° C and had a nanocrystallite size of 20.12 nm. FTIR results show that the MgO synthesized with a holding time of 8 hours has functional groups Mg-O, Mg-O-Mg, C = O, alkene groups, and H-O-H in the wave number range of 4000 cm -1 -500 cm -1 .
This research aims to explain the influence of financial performance towards therate of sukuk listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013 to 2015. Independent variables used is the ratio of return on assets, current ratio and growth as a proxy for financial performance, and the dependent variable used is sukuk rating. The analytical method used in this study is Multinomial Logistic Regression. The results of this study showed that simultaneous financial performance significantly affect the rating sukuk, and individually there are two models produced. In the first model, the ROA and CR have positive influenceon the idA rating compared to the idAAA rating. In the second model, the ROA and CR also have positive influence on the idAA rating compared to the idAAA rating.

This study examines the work stress role in mediating the effect of workload and work balance on employee performance of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Aceh Province (Bappeda Aceh) during the covid-19 pandemic. The population was all employees at Bappeda Aceh, totaling 209 people. The sampling technique uses the census method. The model was tested using Structural Model by AMOS application. The survey was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was still hitting the end of 2021 to early 2022. The results shows that when covid 19 occurred, workload positively affects the work stress of Bappeda Aceh employees, work balance negatively affects the work stress of Bappeda Aceh employees, workload negatively affects the Bappeda Aceh employee performance, work balance positively affects the Bappeda Aceh employee performance, work stress negatively affects the Bappeda Aceh employee performance, work stress partially mediates the workload effect on the Bappeda Aceh employee performance, and work stress partially mediates the work balance effect on the Bappeda Aceh employee performance. From these findings, it is explained that the model for improving the Bappeda Aceh employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic is a function of reducing workloads and increasing work balance so that they can reduce employee work stress. In other words, a decrease in workload during the COVID-19 period can play a role in reducing work stress so that it can improve performance, and improving work balance during the COVID-19 period, it can also reduce work stress and will have an impact on improving performance.
