Software quality testing is one of the stages in SDLC (systems development life cycle). Software or application testing can’t ensure quality free of bugs or errors, but can provide trust and assurance to the application at some level. Software of freight forwarding, from the development, implementation and testing of this application can achieve some desired objectives by the user that is to help transportation services become more effective and efficient, providing convenience in terms of data and information process. With the use of the application compared with the process of recording manually is facilitate the decision makers to be able to monitor transactions and reports in a short time. To design and implement reliable Information Systems (IS) of freight forwarding and avoid bugs or errors, comprehensive testing is required based on the ISO 9126 method, which includes attributes such as aspects of functionality and Maintainability. Testing an application or software is an activity to check if the actual results match the expected results and to ensure that the application is bug-free. IS of freight forwarding services is appropriate and able to become software in the desired by the user consisting of input, process, and output.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat tentunya menyebabkan data yang terdapat di insitusi pendidikan semakin meningkat. Hal ini akhirnya menimbulkan inovasi baru dalam dunia pendidikan yaitu dengan kemunculan Big Data. Nilai dari Big Data itu sendiri terletak pada hasil analisa dan peramalan atau perbuatan yang berasal dari hasil analisa dan peramalan tersebut. Dalam jurnal ini, akan dijelaskan mengenai usulan penggunaan Analisa Big Data untuk menganalisa tingkat keberhasilan siswa dalam menempuh mata kuliah, yang terdiri atas analisa pembelajaran, analisa akademik dan analisa proses. Pengolahan data-data dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan tools Power OLAP dengan memasukkan data nilai siswa. Dengan pemanfaatan Analisa Big Data, maka dapat diperoleh wawasan mengenai tingkat keberhasilan siswa sehingga mendukung analisa peramalan dan meningkatkan decision making berdasarkan data-data yang ada dan dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja keberhasilan siswa dan institusi.

Abstrak—Kemajuan teknologi informasi sudah menjadi kebutuhan dan meranah hampir ke setiap aspek kehidupan, salah satunya di perguruan tinggi. Universitas XYZ merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang sudah mengedepankan sistem informasi sebagai fasilitas pelayanan bagi mahasiswa Universitas XYZ dengan menyediakan sistem KRS online. Penerimaan dan penggunaan sistem KRS online oleh mahasiswa Universitas XYZ diukur menggunakan model UTAUT yang dapat menjelaskan minat mahasiswa dalam penggunaan sistem informasi dan perilaku penggunaan berikutnya. Sistem KRS Online yang baik akan meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap sistem layanan akademik yang disediakan Universitas XYZ. Penerapan sistem KRS online tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan metode UTAUT dengan 4 konstruk utama yaitu performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions dengan tujuan agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas sistem informasi akademik yang dimiliki oleh Universitas XYZ. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas XYZ terhadap penerapan sistem KRS Online.

PT Hema Indonesia is manufacturing company established in 2001 and has continued to grow. Nowadays the company has supported business processes in various companies, such as the use of information systems. The purpose of this research is to get an overview of the performance of information systems in order to determine the extent of maturity level which is currently running, with a few aspects to consider such as effectiveness and, efficiency. Implementing IT governance, however, is a challenge to organizations. To ensure IT alignment with business goals use standard COBIT. The analytical tool used is the standard procedure COBIT issued by ISACA. In this paper the method to be used is COBIT 4.1. Coverage of Audit IT Domain are Plan Organize (PO), such as PO4, PO5, PO7 and PO8. The conclusion that can be drawn from the research that has been done is IT governance at the company has been done, although still run optimally within each IT process contained in the sub domain average on level repeatable and defined proses.

Technological developments have changed human behavior, including the behavior of junior high school students. Now generally junior high school students are already very active in using mobile phones, including using this Android Behavior, making the idea of students of the University of Bunda Mulia, major Information System to development interactive learning media based on Android, which are considered not boring, and more effective for improving student quality. In designing the media a set of Android applications was created called Scan Evenku to Support Learning Event Registration. Learning media which are the work of students are software that can be installed on mobile phones, like interesting games. The application has been tested by RPTRA Darma Suci Penjaringan, North Jakarta. From the results that have been tested, the application was warmly welcomed and the students seemed enthusiastic to use it.
