This research was conducted to analyze the effect of capital structure, liquidity, interest rates and exchange rates in influencing company value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Sampling technique using a purposive sampling method the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2016 -2019 resulted in 37 companies that meet the criteria. Data analysis was performed using regression panel data with E-Views program 10 and a significance level of 5%. The results of the test were obtained that the capital structure influence significantly restricted a p-value of the company, liquidity does not have a significant effect on firm value, the interest rate does not have a significant effect on firm value, and the exchange rate stated with the middle rate has a significant negative effect on firm value.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi (POS) X1, kepuasan kerja (SAT) X2 dan komitmen afektif (AFC) X3 serta dampaknya pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Y Pegawai Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, dan Informasi Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan model persamaan SEM (Structural Equational Modeling) untuk menguji hubungan/pengaruh antar variabel. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 160 orang.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, besarnya pengaruh langsung sebesar 34.81%. Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif pegawai, besarnya pengaruh langsung sebesar 14.44%. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif pegawai, besarnya pengaruh langsung sebesar 20.25%. Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai, besarnya pengaruh langsung sebesar 5.76%. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai, besarnya pengaruh langsung sebesar 9.61%. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai, besarnya pengaruh langsung sebesar 6.25%.
This study aims to identify factors that influence of job performance and career development at the Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Defence. Data were collected from 65 respondents using self-administration questionnaires, and path analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results show that work experience, competencies, and training directly affect performance, but only work experiences that directly affect career development. Finally, performance directly affects employee career development. Implications and suggestions are explained in the paper.
