This research attempts to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila ideology amid current digitalization. One of the markers of this digital era is the erosion of space and national boundaries for every citizen. Indonesia's large population can be a strength or weakness of the Pancasila ideology. For this reason, systematic steps are needed to make the values of Pancasila remain as a way of life for the Indonesian. This type of research is normative research that uses literature as a primary data source. The presentation of the data is conveyed by a qualitative descriptive method. The conclusion of this study is the need to strengthen Pancasila ideology in the digital era through efforts to reaffirm the fundamental values of Pancasila to society in general and the younger generation in particular. To ground the values of Pancasila, it is deemed necessary to involve millennial participation through digital influencer programs and the development of digital literacy based on Pancasila values and the doctrine of national values.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian di bidang manajemen pemasaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis suatu data statistik secara deskriptif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode peramalan kuantitatif (forecasting). Tujuan penelitian adalah dapat mengetahui peramalan produksi gitar model APX500II bulan Januari 2015 pada PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia menggunakan metode forecasting dan QM for Windows. Sehingga hasil produksi gitar sesuai dengan permintaan pasar dan tidak terjadi pemborosan atau kerugian akibat produksi berlebih. Serta dapat mengetahui nilai MAD dan MSE yang paling sesuai untuk meramalkan hasil produksi gitar bulan Januari 2015. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 08 Desember 2014 sampai 09 Januari 2015 selama satu bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke enam metode peramalan yang digunakan, nilai MAD dan MSE yang paling rendah yaitu nilai MAD sebesar 391,0755 dan MSE 246.291,6152. Maka dapat diperoleh nilai peramalan hasil produksi gitar model APX500II untuk bulan Januari 2015 sebesar 1.068.4695 unit.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of production costs and inventory turnover on Net Profit in industrial manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019.This study uses a purposive sampling technique in the sampling method and the sampling that meets the criteria are 9 manufacturing companies. The data used in this research is secondary data.The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables, namely production costs and inventory turnover partially affect net income, and simultaneously production costs and inventory turnover affect net income with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 with an Adjusted R2 value of 0.651 which shows that 65.1% of net income is influenced by production costs, inventory turnover and the remaining 34.9 is influenced by other variables outside of the variables in this study.

Every eligible citizen has the right to vote, even if their economic, social, or geographical situation makes it hard for them to do so, as is the case for coastal communities. However, the participation of coastal communities in elections are political right and must be realized by the state, as mandated by the law. This study aims to see what the participation of coastal communities in Bintan and Kota Tanjungpinang Regencies is like and how the concept of reconstruction of the electoral law in increasing the involvement of coastal communities in simultaneous elections in Indonesia. This study is normative legal research with a statutory, moral, and conceptual approach. Findings suggest that the participation of coastal communities in Bintan Regency and Tanjungpinang City only concerns voter participation in exercising their voting rights. Moreover, the regulation of community participation in the electoral law is minimal. So it is necessary to have a concept of electoral law construction to increase the involvement of coastal communities in simultaneous elections in Indonesia by adding rules that provide opportunities to communities, especially coastal communities.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the application of the concept of justice based on the Qur'an’s interpretation in the construction of the Indonesian legal system. This research paradigm was the form of constructive design with analytical descriptive research specifications. Approach method used juridical empirical approach, it was used to view social symptoms related to the law and practice of legislation in Indonesia The focus of the problem in this paper was the different treatment between general inmates and corruption inmates in services and facilities in the prisons. Even in just one correctional institution, there are differences in room facilities between one another despite the fact that there are corrupt prisoners. It means that there is an injustice of the officials or authorities in giving the rights to prisoners. From the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) based on the Qur'an’s Interpretation, justice must be given to everyone without exception, including orders to be fair to the holders of power; 2) there are several components of the Indonesian legal system that still must be considered in the effort to uphold justice including the legal concept, the establishment of law, the form of law, and the application of the law. It is needed to revamp the intended system components, so that a system can run according to its purpose.
