Zakat is obligatory for all Muslims while infaq and alms are sunah. Zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) make distribution of wealth from the rich to the poor people. If the poor people are able to fulfill their basic needs, they can work well and contribute positively to the economy in various sectors. Zakat, infaq, and alms are expected to be one of the alternative policies to increase economic growth. However, to find out whether zakat, infaq, and alms have succeeded in positively contribute to economic growth, research is needed to prove the existence of the influence of zakat, infaq and alms in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of zakat, infaq, and alms on the economy. This study uses a panel regression analysis with driscoll and kraay standars errors. The results of this study showed that zakat, infaq, and alms have positive effect on Indonesia's economic growth.
Astract:The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational climate and personality on job stress and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses all employees Clinical Lab. Prodia branch Menteng is using saturated sample in order to obtain a sample of 50 employees. The approach that is used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Results show that the organizational climate provides a positive and significant effect on the behavior of citizenship. Then the organizational climate does not give effect to job stress. Then type A personality has significant impact on job stress while type B personality does not have a significant impact on job stress. Type A personality does not have a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, while personality type B does not have a significant impact on the organizational citizenship behavior. And the last job stress does not influence the organizational citizenship behavior.Keywords: organizational climate, personality, job stress, organizational citizenship behavior Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepribadian terhadap stres kerja, dan perilaku kewargaan. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Klinik Laboratorium Prodia cabang Menteng, sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan penelitian adalah bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kewargaan, namun iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Kepribadian tipe A berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja, sedangkan kepribadian tipe B tidak berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Kepribadian tipe A tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan, sedangkan kepribadian tipe B tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan. Financial distress is a condition when a company is experiencing financial difficulties, resulting in the company being unable to pay its obligations and leading to bankruptcy. This study was conducted to examine the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), profitability (Return on Equity), and sales growth to financial distress (Altman Z-Score) in retail sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The number of selected samples is 16 companies and has been determined using the purposive sampling method. The data collected is in the form of financial statements for the 2015-2019 periods. The analytical method used is the panel data regression method with the Common Effect model. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, sales growth have a positive effect on financial distress (Altman Z-Score), while return on equity does not affect financial distress (Altman Z-Score).
Pasar tenaga kerja yang kondusif dapat mendorong minat perempuan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam bidang perekonomian. Namun pada tahun 2019, perempuan cenderung bekerja di sektor informal daripada sektor formal, padahal pekerjaan di sektor informal memiliki risiko kerja yang tinggi, perlindungan yang minim, dan keuntungan yang rendah. Dengan menggunakan data Sakernas Agustus 2019, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik perempuan dalam pekerjaan sektor formal dan informal di Indonesia tahun 2019, mengkaji variabel-variabel yang memengaruhinya, serta mengetahui kecenderungan dari variabel-variabel yang memengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan di Indonesia yang berumur tua, tingkat pendidikan rendah, tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan kerja, berstatus pernah kawin dan tinggal di wilayah pedesaan memiliki kecenderungan lebih besar untuk bekerja di sektor informal.
