ABSTRACT UD Sido Muncul factory is a rice milling business that produces rice for consumed which in its production is inseparable from the risk. These risks cause a disruption in the production process and also cause losses such as the cessation of the production process so that it cannot meet demand. To manage the risks that occur, the Fuzzy Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Fuzzy FMEA) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods are used. The risk identification use the production process flow in general, namely raw material (input), production (process), and finished product (output) factors. From the results of FMEA fuzzy data processing, a total of 25 risks and priority risks from each factor were found, those are; the risk of competing rice buyers (894) very high; the risk of damage to the prime mover 883 very high, and the risk of competing suppliers of rice (748) high-very high. To mitigate the risks priority, 7 alternative strategies were developed. The priority mitigation strategies were chosen for each risk factor; the partnership building strategy (0.731) for input risk factors; routine engine maintenance strategies (0.637) for process risk factors and the product quality maintenance strategy (0.637) for output risk factors. Risiko tersebut menyebabkan terganggunya proses produksi dan menyebabkan kerugian seperti terhentinya proses produksi sehingga tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan. Untuk dapat mengelola risiko yang terjadi digunakan metode Fuzzy Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Fuzzy FMEA) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Identifikasi risiko menggunakan alur proses produksi secara umum yaitu faktor bahan baku (input), proses produksi (process), dan produk jadi (output). Dari hasil pengolahan data fuzzy FMEA didapatkan total 25 risiko dan risiko prioritas dari setiap faktor yaitu risiko pesaing pembeli padi (894) very high, risiko kerusakan pada motor penggerak utama 883 very high, dan risiko pesaing supplier beras (748) high-very high. Untuk memitigasi risiko prioritas maka dikembangkan 7 alternatif strategi. Adapun strategi mitigasi prioritas yang terpilih untuk setiap faktor risiko yaitu strategi menjalin kemitraan (0,731) untuk faktor risiko input, strategi pemeliharaan mesin secara rutin (0,637) untuk faktor risiko process dan strategi menjaga kualitas produk (0,637) untuk faktor risiko output. <p><em>Borneo Project is a new business in the field of ordering services of various types of clothing. In doing its marketing strategy Borneo Project relies on marketing through friendship, word of mouth from one to another one and using social media as a marketing tool. This has not had a much positive effect on sales in Borneo Project. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the marketing strategy that can be applied in Borneo Project.</em></p><p><em>Determining the strategy carried out in three stages: an input stage, matching stage, and the stage of the decision. The input stage is done by using Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE). In the IFE matrix, obtained a total score of 2.407, while the EFE Matrix obtained score of 2.831. Based on internal and external factor analysis then matching phase with IE Matrix method and SWOT Matrix. The final stage was the decision stage used QSPM method. QSPM is used to evaluate alternative strategies obtained in the SWOT Matrix, then rank them. The first rank is the strategy of applying for credit funds, seeking investors or business joint venture partners and seeking financial assistance from corporate CSR with the acquisition of power score Pull of 5,824. Alternative strategies are prioritized to be applied is to ask a credit fund, seek a joint venture partner and investor or business and are looking for financial aid CSR.</em><em></em></p><strong><em>Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Borneo Project, QSPM</em></strong>
Stress in chickens due to rising cage temperatures is a problem that is often faced by breeders, especially broiler breeders. Research with the title "temperature and humidity control system for broiler chicken coops", has formulated the research problem as follows; how to make an automatic control system to maintain the temperature and humidity of the ras broiler chicken coop to keep it stable using Arduino Uno ATMega328. In this tool it has been set, if the temperature is ≥ 30º C then the water pump will turn on, and the water pump will turn off when the temperature is ≤ 29º C. Based on the results in this study, the temperature and humidity control system succeeded in helping farmers keep the temperature of the ras broiler chicken coop remained stable, so that farmers' production can be increased. In addition, this system also helps efficiency in terms of time and labor, because this system works automatically.
memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis karena terletak di kawasan Universitas Mulawarman yang berada di jantung kota Samarinda. Namun, posisi yang strategis dan layanan yang variatif ini tidak diiringi dengan banyaknya pasien yang berobat di Klinik Universitas Mulawarman, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap strategi pemasaran Klinik Universitas Mulawarman. Strategi pemasaran dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan. Pada tahap pertama yaitu tahap input menggunakan matrik IFE dan EFE, total skor pada matriks IFE adalah sebesar 3,024 sedangkan total skor pada matriks EFE adalah sebesar 2,636. Tahap kedua dilakukan tahap pencocokan menggunakan matriks IE, sehingga didapatkan matriks IE berada pada sel IV yang berarti tumbuh dan membangun. Selanjutnya dilakukan tahap ketiga yaitu tahap keputusan menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Dari alternatif strategi yang ada dilakukan perhitungan Total Atractive Score (TAS) menggunakan matriks QSPM didapatkan alternatif strategi terbaik adalah memanfaatkan lokasi yang strategis serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk menarik pelanggan dengan nilai TAS sebesar 6,371. Sarana dan prasarana yang memadai serta lokasi yang strategis karena dekat dengan civitas akademika Universitas Mulawarman dapat dimanfaatkan bagi pemasaran Klinik Universitas Mulawarman.
Roti Gembong Kota Raja is a company engaged in the culinary field with a contemporary concept. Roti Gembong Kota Raja has the term "gembong" because of its puffed texture. The raw materials for producing this bread are wheat flour, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, milk, butter, water, and others. This study aims to select the appropriate raw material suppliers for producing the bread. Assessment of supplier performance is for wheat flour and sugar. The wheat flour suppliers are suppliers "A", "B", and "C", while the suppliers for the sugar are suppliers "X", "Y", and. "Z". Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to the HRD of Roti Gembong Kota Raja. The obtained data were processed using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and Rating Scale methods. The ANP method can be used in decision making to calculate the weight of the criteria and sub-criteria of suppliers, while the Rating Scale method can be used to get the right order or priority of suppliers for wheat flour and sugar. There had 5 selected criteria and 18 sub-criteria in the selection of raw material suppliers for wheat flour and sugar. The results of data analysis using the ANP method showed the criteria weight that has the highest limit value on the raw materials of wheat flour and sugar, namely customer satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the final total performance of the wheat flour supplier with the Rating Scale showed that supplier B has the highest final performance score of 3.48162 with the high-performance category. Meanwhile, the final total performance of the sugar supplier showed that supplier X has the highest final performance score of 3.55081 with the high-performance category.
