Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan PHBS pada anak sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan media alternatif permainan ular tangga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan ular tangga terhadap perilaku dalam PHBS pada siswa di SDN Watugede II Kecamatan Puncu Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pre Experimental Design dengan jenis one-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi siswa kelas V sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total populasi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian diketahui perilaku siswa meningkat setelah diberikan permainan ular tangga. Hasil perilaku PHBS sebelum dilakukan perlakuan 18 (42,86%) responden berperilaku baik, dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan 42 (100%) responden mengalami peningkatan perilaku PHBS. Analisis data diperoleh ρ value:0,002 (ρ < α) maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, yang berarti ada pengaruh permainan ular tangga terhadap perilaku dalam PHBS. Disarankan bagi keluarga siswa dan sekolah untuk memberikan permainan ular tangga ini sebagai salah satu cara untuk menstimulasi anak dalam menerapkan PHBS
Relaksasi progresif adalah suatu proses melepaskan ketegangan otot untuk mengembalikan keseimbangan baik pikiran maupun tubuh. Salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya hipertensi pada lansia adalah stress atau ketegangan jiwa itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh relaksasi progresif terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pra eksperimen dengan one group pre post-test design. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh lansia yang mengalami hipertensi berjumlah 26 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 16 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar tekanan darah dengan kategori ringan berubah menjadi normal (68,8%) dari total responden dengan nilai signifikan p=0,001<α=0,05, hal ini berarti ada pengaruh relaksasi progresif terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi di UPT PSLU Jombang Pare Kediri. Diharapkan bagi responden dapat mengaplikasikan metode relaksasi progresif secara mandiri dan sebaiknya dilakukan dengan metode non farmakologis terlebih dahulu, karena apabila terlalu sering menggunakan metode farmakologis seperti pemberian obat antihipertensi ditakutkan menimbulkan suatu dampak ketergantungan terhadap obat-obatan dan bila digunakan dalam jangka panjang ditakutkan dapat mengakibatkan beratnya sistem kerja baik jantung dan ginjal.

Cases of pregnant women who are HIV-AIDS positive have increased from 2017-2020. More than 90% of HIV-infected infants are infected by HIV-positive mothers. Transmission can occur during pregnancy, during delivery and during breastfeeding. This service aims to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about preventing HIV transmission from mother to child. The method used is to provide health promotion to 15 pregnant women. Health promotion was delivered with the theme of preventing HIV transmission from mother to child through booklets. The results of the counseling showed that there was a significant increase in the understanding of pregnant women about preventing HIV transmission from mother to child from 43.5% to 80.25%. Based on these results, it is expected that the knowledge of pregnant women about preventing HIV transmission from mother to child will increase so that it can affect the attitude of pregnant women to the problem and ultimately be able to reduce morbidity and mortality in pregnant women.Keywords: pregnant women, health promotion, prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV (PPIA) ABSTRAK Kasus ibu hamil yang positif HIV-AIDS meningkat dari tahun 2017-2020. Lebih dari 90% bayi terinfeksi HIV tertular dari ibu HIV positif. Penularan tersebut dapat terjadi pada masa kehamilan, saat persalinan dan selama menyusui. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan promosi kesehatan kepada 15 ibu hamil. Promosi kesehatan disampaikan dengan tema pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak melalui media booklet. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pemahaman ibu hamil tentang pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak 43,5% menjadi 80,25%. Berdasarkan hasil ini diharapkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak semakin meningkat sehingga dapat mempengaruhi sikap ibu hamil terhadap masalah tersebut dan pada akhirnya mampu menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian pada ibu hamil Kata kunci: ibu hamil, promosi kesehatan, pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak (PPIA)
Learning outcome is the ability of students in doing tasks assigned by lecturers, appearance or behavior in executing its task, attitudes, methods used in doing the task. The factors that most influence the outcome of learning is Locus Of Control factor. Internal Locus of Control is the extent to which a person expects that a strengthening or the results of their behavior depends on their own behavior or personal characteristics. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between locus of control with learning outcomes in reproductive health subject in the second semester students of Midwifery Study Program (D. III) of FIK University of Kadiri.Research's design used was correlational analtic research. The population of this research were all of the Midwifery student (D. III) enrolled in the second semester of University of Kediri in total of 53 students with a technique namely total of population obtained 53 sample. Research's instrument used was questionairre. Research's results were then analyed by using spearman rank The results of the research carried out showed that most of Locus Of Control students of D III majoring in Midwifery in the second semester of Faculty of Health Sciences University of Kadiri included in Locus Of Control Internal. The results of the analysis showed that there are average relationship and positive direction (+) between Locus of Control and most of the learning outcome of the subject of reproductive health in the students of second semester (D III) Faculty of Health Sciences of University of Kadiri year 2015. Based on the research's results it is epected to gain more attention for more research to be carried out and study several matters affecting the process of learning-teaching so that it would be more optimal in addition to locus of control factor.
