Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan absensi fingerprint, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT. Wings Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang di peroleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder yang di peroleh dari data PT. Wings Surabaya.Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan PT. Wings Surabaya.Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dilihat secara parsial dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa: 1) absensi fingerprint tidak berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan, 2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan, 3) kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan, 4) Selanjutnya dalam uji pengaruh secara simultan dengan uji F menunjukkan bahwa absensi fingerprint, motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan dapat bermanfaat kepada semua pihak terutama dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan.
Group dynamics provide an overview of the activities of farmer groups in cultivating the jajar legowo system. Group dynamics are analyzed based on group goals, group structure, task function, group coaching, group cohesiveness, group pressure, group work effectiveness, and hidden intentions. The purpose of this study was to determine the group dynamics in applying the Legowo row planting system on rice farming. The research area was determined purposively in Ambulu sub District. Determination of the research sample was carried out by simple random sampling on farmers and farmer group managers who planted rice using the Legowo row planting system. The number of research respondents was 65 people consisting of the group leader and group members.The results showed that 98.8% of all members stated that the dynamics of the farmer groups were at high criteria. The high dynamic of farmer groups because it got high criteria in some indicator such as group goals, group structure, task function, group coaching, group cohesiveness, group pressure and group effectiveness indicator while group atmosphere and group pressure indicator got moderate criteria regarding to the farmer’s groups dynamics on rice farming using legowo row planting system.
One of the touris destinations which recenltly developed massively is the Payangan Beach. This tourism destination develops quite rapidly, this condition allows a social change among the society. The location of the research using purposive method. This research using case study method. The informants are chosen by using purposive sampling. The data collection is conducted by using interview, non-participatory observation, and documentation study. The data analysis is conducted by using Miles and Huberman’s method. The result of this research reveals: (1) there are internal factors includes the finding of a new destination and external factor is the environmental change to cause the social changes to happen. (2) the pushing factors of the social change are open stratification of the society, people respect, and the future orientation. (3) The inhibition factor to alter the social change to happen is the limited capability of human resources. (4) the process of the social change which starts from the change channels. The next stage of the process of social change is the adjustment conducted by the institutions and society. Budidaya tanaman sayur masih memiliki peluang pasar sehingga berpotensi untuk terus dikembangkan. Desa Sukorambi Kecamatan Sukorambi Kabupaten Jember merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar dalam produksi sayur-sayuran di Kabupaten Jember. Budidaya adalah sub sektor hulu yang harus diperhatikan karena menentukan keberhasilan keseluruhan sistem. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perilaku petani dalam berusahatani sayur dengan menggunakan perspektif Teori George Homans. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penentuan daerah penelitian secara purposif, pengumpulan data dengan Teknik indepth interview, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data secara interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat dua macam jaringan yang dimiliki oleh petani sayur yaitu jaringan individu dan jaringan kelompok; (2) Petani sayur tidak bertindak secara rasional sepenuhnya tetapi senantiasa berfikir untung rugi yang berkaitan dengan alasan berbudidaya tanaman sayur, membuat benih sendiri, menggunakan pupuk kimia, menyewa lahan; memasarkan sayurnya ke tengkulak atau langsung ke Pasar Tanjung; (3) Informasi yang dimiliki petani berasal dari petani lain, media massa dan tengkulak untuk mengembangkan alternatif guna memperhitungkan untung rugi yang meliputi, pemilihan komoditas, membuat pupuk dan pestisida organik dan melakukan pemasaran hasil; (4) Keterbatasan petani dalam budidaya sayur adalah keterbatasan pemilikan lahan, lahan yang relatif sempit, keterbatasan pupuk bersubsidi, keterbatasan relasi dengan tengkulak dan keterbatasan sarpras dalam berusahatani sayur; (5) Menjadi petani sayur menjadi pilihan, sebagian petani yang melakukan pemasaran kepada tengkulak atau pedagang tidak hanya masalah keuntungan tetapi etika.
Workers in the rubber factory PTPN XII Kebun Mumbul there are male and female workers who have differences, both biologically and genetically. These differences will form a role that can be seen from the activities of workers and families. The labor income which is relatively low compared to the expenditure of family needs every month makes the family of rubber factory workers implement a survival strategy to meet the family's living needs. This study aims to determine: (1) the gender role that is found in the families of rubber factory workers in PTPN XII Kebun Mumbul, (2) the survival strategies of rubber factory workers' families in PTPN XII Kebun Mumbul. Determination of the research area using a purposive method, namely PTPN XII Kebun Mumbul Rubber Factory. The method of determining informants is done intentionally or purposive sampling using certain considerations. The data used are primary and secondary data using data collection methods such as interviews, observation and document study. The data is then analyzed using Gender Framework Analysis (GFA) and Miles and Huberman analysis. The results showed that 1) The role of husband and wife in the rubber factory worker family there are productive, reproductive and social roles. The productive role is played by husband and wife, the reproductive and social role is played by the wife. In emik's view, it is common and common for wives to work, the gender issue that exists in rubber factory workers' families is that the workload is heavier. (2) Survival strategies carried out by rubber factory workers 'families, namely (a) alternative self-help subsystems, actions taken with abilities, businesses or resources owned by rubber factory workers' families to work both husband and wife, (b) Frugality by means of saving and minimizing expenditure, and (c) Networking strategies by utilizing social networks in the surrounding environment.
