Manusia sebagai subyek yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam kerja, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan. Kesalahan manusia yang dilakukan mengakibatkan menurunnya tingkat kewaspadaan masinis dan asisten masinis dalam menjalankan tugas. Tingkat kewaspadaan dipengaruhi oleh 5 faktor yaitu keadaan monoton, kualitas tidur, keadaan psikofisiologi, distraksi dan kelelahan kerja. Metode untuk mengukur 5 faktor yaitu kuisioner mononton, kuisioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), kuisioner General Job Stress dan kuisioner FAS. Sedangkan untuk menguji tingkat kewaspadaan menggunakan Software Psychomotor Vigilance Test (PVT). Responden yang dipilih adalah masinis dan asisten masinis, karena jenis pekerjaan tersebut sangat membutuhkan tingkat kewaspadaan yang tinggi. Hasil pengukuran kemudian dianalisa menggunakan uji regresi linear majemuk. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan keadaan monoton, kualitas tidur, keadaan psikofisiologi, distraksi dan kelelahan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap tingkat kewaspadaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan ketika sebelum jam dinas, hasil uji F-hitung keadaan monoton, kualitas tidur, keadaan psikofisiologi adalah sebesar 0,876, sedangkan untuk variabel distraksi dan Kelelahan Kerja (FAS) terhadap tingkat kewaspadaan memiliki nilai 2,371. pada saat sesudah bekerja variabel distraksi dan kelelahan kerja (FAS) terhadap tingkat kewaspadaan memiliki nilai F-hitung 2,953,dan nilai 0,544 untuk keadaan monoton, kualitas tidur, keadaan psikofisiologi. Faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap tingkat kewaspadaan sebelum jam dinas yaitu faktor kualitas tidur, sedangkan untuk sesudah jam dinas adalah faktor kelelahan kerja.
Batik cual is one of the leading textile products in the Bangka Belitung Islands. In their production processes resulted dye pollutan in wastewater. Most batik cual industries use synthetic dyes such as remazol brilliant blue royal which can damage the environment if discharge without further treatment. Electrocoagulation is a method that can be used as a first step in processing batik cual wastewater. In this paper, we analyze the relationship between the number of aluminium electrodes used in the electrocoagulation process and the quality of the water produced and the energy used. Wastewater quality parameters observed included pH level, number of dissolved particles, conductivity level and turbidity. Through this comparison, it can be obtained information related to the key parameters of electrocoagulation to increase its efficiency. The optimum result obtained when using six electrodes in the electrocoagulation process.
Pendahuluan Karies gigi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang paling sering terjadi padamasyarakat Indonesia, baik pada orang dewasa mau pun anak-anak. Karies dengan bentuk yang khas dan paling sering terjadi pada anak dibawah 5 tahun sering kali disebut Nursing Bottle Caries. Terjadinya Nursing Bottle Caries pada anak diakibatkan pola konsumsi susu formula yang kurang tepat seperti cara penyajian menggunakan botol yang dihubungkan dengan lama pemberian, frekuensi, waktu pemberian dan pengetahuan orang tua karena peran serta orang tua sangat diperlukan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan orang tua dengan kejadian Nursing Bottle Caries di Perumahan Pangauban Silih Asih, Desa Pangauban, Kecamatan Batujajar, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan chi square. Sample diambil secara total sampling dengan jumlah 30 responden. Hasil: Hasil uji chi sequare diperoleh hasil dengan tingkat signifikan (0.000 < 0.05) Kesimpulan: Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan orang tua dengan kejadian Nursing Bottle Caries di Perumahan Pangauban Silih Asih, Batujajar, Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
This study aimed to determine the effect of binahong (Anredera cordifolia) leaf extract on the recovery of the estrous cycle of mice (Mus musculus) which has been induced for the extension of the estrous cycle using angsana (Pterocarpus indicus) bark extract. In this study vaginal smear was performed daily at 10.00 WIB to determine the phase of the estrous cycle for 26 days. Mice were divided into 5 groups, each with 6 replicates. The treatments were T1 (positive control), T2 (negative control), T3 (0.8 mg/head/day), T4 (2.4 mg/head/day) and T5 (4 mg/head/day). The data obtained were processed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and followed by the Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at a 95% level of significance. The results showed that the angsana (Pterocarpus indicus) bark extract adminsitration (T2) lengthen (p <0.05) the estrous cycle of mice compared to those of normal mice (T1). The administration of binahong (Anredera cordifolia) leaf extract on T3 and T4 groups mice were followed by shorter (p <0.05) estrous cycle than those of T2, and it were not significantly different (p >0.05) compared to T1 group. However, the higher dose of binahong (Anredera cordifolia) leaf extract (T5) revealed the length of estrous cycle was not significantly different (p >0.05) compared to T2 group. It can be concluded that the administration of binahong leaf extract was able to recover the normal estrous cycle of mice.
One of the common strategies used to minimize the spread of Covid-19 is to wear a cloth mask. Cloth masks have a lower effectiveness value compared to other types of masks but have the potential to be used as an alternative, especially during a pandemic. Smartphone can be used as an initial idea for determining the quality of a cloth mask. In taking pore images, there are factors that have the potential to affect the results of pore size, namely distance, angle of inclination, and light intensity. Taking photos of masks with a magnification application is done with three variations, namely distance, angle, and light intensity. The distance for taking pore images is varied to 3, namely 8 cm; 10 cm; and 12 cm. The image capture angle is varied to 0p; 5o; and 10o. measurement using a distance of 10 cm has the closest value from the measurement results by taking images using a microscope, which is 0.232 mm. In the variation of the angle, the angle that is parallel or 0o to the plane of the cloth mask has a value that is close to the microscope measurement, which is 0.232 mm. The light intensity measured using a lux meter which shows the results of 240 has a value that is closest to taking an image using a microscope, which is 0.221 mm.
