Integration of vocational, high schools and manufacture contributes to qualified personnel for the regional oil industry effective training. So this article is aimed at the model development of vocational, high school and manufacture integration in the regional system of vocational education. The basic approach to the structural-functional model development of vocational, high school and manufacture integration in the regional system of vocational education is an integrative one, taking into consideration the integrated system "vocational school-high school-manufacture" components in their unity and cooperation, giving it the integrity and structural and functional stability. Structural-functional model of vocational, high school and manufacture integration in the regional system of vocational education includes functional-target, organizational-structural, content, process and result components.
The relevance of the stated problem is caused by the fact that the development of academic mobility of students and carrying out the program of mutual exchange and training of students and teachers in other higher educational institutions of Russia and the whole world, are one of the indicators of educational autonomy of the university. In this regard, this article reveals the conditions of formation, expansion, improvement of academic mobility of students, the conditions for a stable regulatory framework and the development of academic mobility conditions to prevent the brain drain. Proceedings of the article are of value to the heads of international departments and teachers of higher educational institutions of professional education, as well as valuable in the development of recommendations on the policy-making in the field of international education and the integration of the Russian professional schools into The Common Education Space.
Socio-educational support in the process of education modernization should exhibit humanitarian nature, flexibility, non-violent and "non-intrusive" character of the educational process that can directly relate to the needs and interests of its members. The heightening attention to every member of the educational process marks the idea of socio-educational support of the specialist's professional development top-priority. In this regard we have identified and described the content of the socio-educational support of a future specialist professional development in higher school that involves creating favorable conditions for personal development, social self-determination and professional establishment of the subjects of education in particular organizational and pedagogical forms, as well as successful possessing necessary competencies in the process of teachers' and students' interaction.
