The cloud computing system has a significant role in the distance education field, because it is an important tributary of virtual education, especially mobile and blended education. Perhaps, the only challenge that must be overawed is the comprehensive coverage of rapid access to the Internet. So, the student can benefit from the applications that we will call from now and onward cloud computing services. There is no need to establish evidence to emphasize the importance of employing technological innovations to develop educational practices for developing educational curricula in Iraqi universities, but it is vital to employ technological innovations in the educational process, and this must be related to overcoming the problems facing the educational process. Therefore, employment should not be for technological dazzling that often accompanies technological innovations, but employment must be a function of urgent needs or demands. In this study, the educational process concept, with its multiple cloud inputs and outputs, was discussed how the education crisis could be overcome in all its institutions by resorting to how to employ the electronic cloud in distance education. This study also examined all the specifications of that environment and the possibility of their application in colleges and educational institutions.
The study examined the impact of the use of the Mozabook application for digital education in enhancing the performance of electronic-learning to ensure strategic educational success and the urgent need to use E-learning to increase and enable scientific knowledge to confront the exceptional circumstances that afflict the world in general and Iraq in particular for the spread of the Corona epidemic and its harm to society and home quarantine. Therefore, the diversity of software ap-plications available to teachers and students reflected the tremendous development and unique potential to achieve the goals of E-learning of what increased of knowledge of community awareness of how to use modern E-learning tools and in a way that ensures accuracy in use and awareness of its effective role in spreading education among the student community. The study aims to find better methods to deal and to prefer the role of digital education as in creating a knowledge-ability that meets the requirements of the educational process from methodological content, educational method and study tools such as blackboard, notebook, drawing tools and scientific, engineering, chemical, biological, geo-graphic and historical laboratories and other requirements that attract the student and his eagerness to study in this Digital education, so an application that works with three-dimensional technology was chosen with the availability of all audio, visual and sensory means to increase the interaction and desire of the student for the scientific subject, which is the educational Mozabook application. The study included test of major hypotheses, which leads to knowledge and determination of whether there is a correlation relationship, or an effect with significant moral, each according to its location for the application of the Mozabook digital educa-tion and E-learning. The two researchers selected academics and students as a field of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for practical application based on the use of the questionnaire and the benefit of analyzing its results after its treatment using a number of statistical methods such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, regression coefficient and path analysis.

It has become impossible to do without mobile devices, because of the attractive features they have and the multiple advantages they provide in teaching mathematical, medical, and engineering sciences in universities of our study relied on comparing the most important educational platforms with the best operation for managing virtual classes and the auxiliary tools they contain, including adding materials, assignments, tests, and electronic attendance records with archiving classes and migrating students to the advanced stages, as it relied on the electronic administration mechanism. All of these procedures take place through the availability of the Internet.
With the spread of global markets for modern technical education and the diversity of programs for the requirements of the local and global market for information and communication technology, the universities began to race among themselves to earn their academic reputation. In addition, they want to enhance their technological development by developing IMT systems with integrated technology as the security and fastest response with the speed of providing the required service and sure information and linking it The network and using social networking programs with wireless networks which in turn is a driver of the emerging economies of technical education. All of these facilities opened the way to expand the number of students and solve the problem of accumulation, collection and analysis of data by storing it with large, expanded and automatically interconnected databases between university places and departments to provide services adapted to the desire of demand. This research dealt with a sample from of the academic’s opinions and students. The sample is 319 questionnaires. It concluded that each of the infrastructure, devices, Internet of things, smart classrooms, and administrative database, with the presence of the fifth-generation network and its equipment, have a statistically significant correlation with technical education technology.
