The purposes of this research are: 1) Analysing the development of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings at PT Bank BRI Syariah, Branch Office Sukabumi; 2) Analysing the effect of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings simultaneously upon the profit of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumia: 3) Analysing the effect of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings partially upon the profit of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumi. Research method has applied associative research method. Research data has applied financial data of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumi for the periode of 2014 up to 2015 using classical assumption test, multiple regression, F test and T test. Result of the research has determined that overall murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings have been increasing. In 2015 earnings increasing had reached 125 % more than the previous year and the most contribution is given by murabahah earnings. Variable of murabahah earnings, mudharabah earnings and ijarah earnings simultaneously have been affecting positively and significantly the Profit. And partially murabahah and ijarah earnings have positively and significantly affected the profit, nevertheless, variable of mudharabah earnings has not affected significantly the profit.Keywords : Murabahah earnings, Mudharabah earnings, Ijarah earnings, profit Bank BRI Syariah, Branch office Sukabumi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh komitmen, kompetensi dan motivasi usaha baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil menegah makanan di Kabupaten Cianjur. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 53 orang pelaku usaha yang diambil dengan teknik proposional random sampling. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriftif verifikatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa variabel komitmen, kompetensi dan motivasi usaha secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Usaha mikro kecil menegah makanan Kabupaten Cianjur. Variansi kinerja usaha mikro kecil menegah dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel komitmen, kompetensi dan motivasi usaha sebesar 71,4 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,6 persen dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.Kata Kunci : Komitmen, Kompetensi, Motivasi Usaha, Kinerja, Usaha Mikro Kecil Menegah
Consumer behavior will determine their decision making in the buying process. The approach to the decision making process that gives a specific description on the reason why consumers behave in certain ways was conducted by: 1) formulating structural variables that affect external and internal factors towards perception; 2) formulating structural variables of perception towards attitude and preference; 3) formulating structural variables of attitude and preference towards consumer behavior on typical food products of Bandung and Cianjur. The survey research method and form of research were verification, while the sampling method conducted was the simple random sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data quality testing performed were the validity test and the reliability test. For the path analysis research model, data transformation from ordinal to interval was previously conducted using the method of successive interval. Results of the study revealed that consumer external and internal environmental factors together have a positive effect towards consumer perception. The effect of consumer external environmental factors are greater than the consumer internal environmental factors towards consumer perception. The more mature consumers are, either from the aspect of their way of thinking or educative factors obtained from education and insight, the more developed are their perception towards food products. Consumer perception has a positive effect towards consumer attitude and preference. The variable of consumer attitude and preference has a positive effect towards consumer behavior in consuming typical regional food products.

Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 208 responden. Metode Successive Interval digunakan untuk mengubah skala ordinal menjadi skala interval. Model penelitian ini ialah path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Intellectual Capital, Manajemen Keanggotaan dan Partisipasi Anggota secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing.
