Human resources are an important factor in a company. The psychological climate that employees experience through the company environment will have an important effect on the readiness for change that will be faced by employees. A good psychological climate that results from the corporate environment will make employees better prepared for any changes that occur. This study aims to determine the psychological influence on readiness for change in employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. This research is an influential quantitative research. The sample taken in this study is the office employees of the directors of PT. Perkebunan Nuantara III (Persero) Medan, so the sample in this study was 87 people. Based on the results of the study, it shows that R = 0.506 means that there is a relationship between the psychological climate and the readiness for change by 50.6%, which means that it has a high enough relationship. Meanwhile, R square of 0.256 means 25.6% variance of readiness for change office employees of the board of directors of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan which was corrected by climate psychology, the rest by other factors. The aspect of perceived meaningful contribution and the aspect of management support is the aspect of the psychological climate which has a significant and positive effect on readiness to change.For the F test, the significance is 0.000 <0.05, so in accordance with the basis for decision making in the F test it can be rejected that it is accepted or in other words the simultaneous psychological climate of the readiness for change employees.
Thesis is a very crucial thing because the thesis is an indicator of the understanding of the knowledge they apply, because the thesis is a requirement for graduating students from a college so that the thesis is very important to do. The difficulties faced by students in the process of completing the thesis often have a negative impact. Writing a thesis is viewed negatively because it is a tough task for students and it can be stressful. There are many things that can be done to help anticipate and reduce the stress problems faced by students who are preparing their thesis, one of which is a sense of humor. Humor can trigger the laugh reflex, and laughter can also be the best medicine for dealing with stress. This study aims to determine the effect of a sense of humor on self-stress in students who are writing a thesis at the Faculty of Psychology, University of North Sumatra. This is quantitative research is influential. The samples taken in this study were students of the Faculty of Psychology of North Sumatra who were compiling a thesis, so the sample in this study was 83 people. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it shows that the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.102 and it is explained that the percentage of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is called the coefficient of determination which is the result of squaring R. This means that the sense of humor provides an effective contribution of 10.2% to the self-stress experienced by students who are writing their thesis. While the rest is influenced by other factors not examined. Based on the table above, the significance value of the sense of humor variable (p = 0.000) is smaller than 0.05, meaning this variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely self-stress. It is also found that the regression coefficient is -0.421, the number is negative, so it can be said that sense of humor (X) has a negative effect on self-stress (Y). The calculation results obtained the value of F = 4.881 and p ( Sig). = 0.033. If the p-value < 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted (Field, 2009). In this study, the p-value (0.033) <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted.
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kinerja pada pegawai dinas ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Langkat. Menggunakan metode kuantitif dengan sampel jenuh. hasil menunjukkan nilai korelasi 0,182 yang menunjukkan bahwasanya beban kerja memiliki hubungan yang sangat lemah dengan kinerja pada pegawai dinas ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Langkat
Narcotics can make people who use it forget everything important in their lives such as forgetting who they are, the people closest to them, far from their religion and worship and losing what is the meaning of life that they have trusted before using narcotics. Therefore, religious or religious guidance is highly prioritized in a rehabilitation institution to regrow the meaning of life of the narcotics user who was lost due to a wrong decision for using narcotics which made him far from religion and also far from the meaning of life. This study was conducted with the title religiosity relationship with the meaningfulness of life on drug users who are undergoing rehabilitation at the Bhayangkara Narcotics Abuse Prevention Rehabilitation Institute (LRPPN-BI) Medan with a sample of 30 people, this study was conducted using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS Version 22 program. The results showed there was no relationship between religiosity and the meaningfulness of life of drug users who were undergoing rehabilitation with a very weak / low correlation category (no correlation).

The advancement of community mindsets demamd that every organization to improve service Standaar for its costomers, such as government organizations that move on government duties. This study aims to determine how the relationship between self-control and counterproductive work behavior at PT. Agra Bumi Niaga (ABN) Aceh. This study uses the correlation method which is astudy that points to the concept of interrelation between several variables, the simplest correlation involves only two variables. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Agra Bumi Niaga totaling 168 employees with a sampel of 118 employees. Data collection techniques used by questionnaire media, and interview method. Data analysis techniques in this study used correlation regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between self- control and counterproductive work behavior at PT. Agra Bumi Niaga Aceh. Relationships that are categorized as strong /high correlation, this can be proven based on the results of the calculation of the correlation test with a significant value = 0,907. The higher self-control in employees, the lower the counterproductive work behavior of eployees at PT. Agra Bumi Niaga Aceh. Thereby in anticipating low self-control and high counterproductive employees, PT ABN Aceh is expected to provide seminars on self-control in its employees so as to improve self control and improve control themselves in a working envioronment in order to make to make a positive impact on themselves and others.
