Human resources are an important factor in a company. The psychological climate that employees experience through the company environment will have an important effect on the readiness for change that will be faced by employees. A good psychological climate that results from the corporate environment will make employees better prepared for any changes that occur. This study aims to determine the psychological influence on readiness for change in employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. This research is an influential quantitative research. The sample taken in this study is the office employees of the directors of PT. Perkebunan Nuantara III (Persero) Medan, so the sample in this study was 87 people. Based on the results of the study, it shows that R = 0.506 means that there is a relationship between the psychological climate and the readiness for change by 50.6%, which means that it has a high enough relationship. Meanwhile, R square of 0.256 means 25.6% variance of readiness for change office employees of the board of directors of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan which was corrected by climate psychology, the rest by other factors. The aspect of perceived meaningful contribution and the aspect of management support is the aspect of the psychological climate which has a significant and positive effect on readiness to change.For the F test, the significance is 0.000 <0.05, so in accordance with the basis for decision making in the F test it can be rejected that it is accepted or in other words the simultaneous psychological climate of the readiness for change employees.
This study aims to examine whether there is an influence of the use of Instagram social media on narcissistic tendencies carried out by students in the Bachelor of Pharmacy study program at Sari Mutiara Indonesia University in Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted at the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University in Medan. The research subjects were students of Sari Mutiara Indonesia University in Medan with a sample of 42 people. The sampling technique of this study was purposive sampling. Data collection tool in the form of Instagram social media scale and narcissistic tendency scale. Test the validity of the instrument using the Corrected Item-Total Corelation test. Instrument reliability test was calculated using Alpha Cronbach formula. Data analysis uses a simple regression technique to test hypotheses with a significance value of 5%. The results showed that there was an influence between the use of Instagram social media on narcissistic tendencies in the students of the Bachelor of Pharmacy study program at Sari Mutiara Indonesia University Medan in the amount of 14.9%. The regression line equation is Y = 58,440 + 1,115 X. The conclusion of this study is that the use of Instagram social media for undergraduate students of Pharmacy Program at Mutiara Mutiara University in Medan Medan is in the high category, narcissistic tendency in the students of the S-1 Pharmacy Study Program at Sari Mutiara University Indonesia Medan is in the low category.
This research was conducted by the number of students who could not graduate on time, the researchers were interested in finding the factors that caused the decline in student interest in completing the final assignment. This study aims to determine the factors behind the completion of the study for students of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia Pharmacy Study Program. Comparative causal research is a type of research in which research is conducted to determine the causes or reasons of differences in group behavior or individual status. The population in this study were students of the Medan USM-Indonesia pharmacy student study program, who were completing a final assignment or totaling 275 people. In this study the sampling was 15% of the population as follows: 15% x 275 = 41.6 rounded up to 42 people. Data collection techniques use indirect communication techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis. From the results of the study, the average pharmaceutical study student has the motivation to graduate on time, which is as many as 4 respondents or 9.5% availability of less available sources as many as 25 respondents or 59.5% poor quality as many as 30 respondents or 71.4% of peer groups do not support as many as 10 respondents or 23.8% so it can be concluded that motivation to graduate on time, ability to write scientific papers, availability of resources, thesis guidance quality and peer environment are factors that can influence the late completion of studies for students of the Pharmacy Study Program at Sari Mutiara Indonesia.
Panca Baku Abdi (PABAKU) Stabat Private Vocational School, which is located at Jl. Pringgodani No. 813, Karangrejo, Stabat District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. With the status of ownership of the foundation, and accredited B. is shaded by the principal, Mrs. Sri Ramadhani and Mrs. Susi Linawati as the operator, with a learning schedule that is held in the morning.PABAKU Stabat Private Vocational School consists of 8 classes, and is divided into 3 majors, namely; Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR), Computer Network Engineering (TKJ), and Office Administration (ADP).This type of research is a quantitative research with a number of subjects of 80 students, selected by purposive sampling, from the subject data collected using a scale of interest in learning and juvenile delinquency. The results showed that the correlation value was -0.259 (P> 0.05), the linear value was 0.122 (P> 0.05). This means the results of the study are linear. The data were analyzed using the nonparametic correlation analysis technique and the results obtained were r = -0.259 and a significance value of 0> (0.05), this states that the relationship between learning interest and juvenile delinquency is accepted which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, there is a relationship between interest in learning and juvenile delinquency.
This research is motivated by some examples of cases that occurred in SMK Panca Abdi Bangsaku (PABAKU) which there are students / I in SMK PABAKU who do cases from 2012-2016 school year case examples are Fight Teachers, fights between students, smoking in school environment, watching porn and absent movies are on the rise. This suggests that students / I have not been able to improve their emotional intelligence that can impede the process of social interaction with their friends. This study aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with the quality of social interaction of students, know the emotional intelligence of students, and to know the quality of social interaction of students in SMK PABAKU. This research uses quantitative research approach. The population in this research is 265 with sampling technique is Random Sampling 72. The result of rxy correlation test is 0.612, where the hypothesis test r shows that the price of r count 0.612> r table (df = n-2; 72-2) 0.195. It means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected or there is a relationship of Emotional Intelligence with Social Interaction of students in SMK Panca Abdi Bangsaku Stabat-Langkat. The conclusion of the result of this research is there is correlation of emotional intelligence with quality of social interaction of student. It is suggested to students / I to be more active in activities that are inside school and outside school, for further researcher can add insight, and for institution able to develop and support activity at student / I SMK PABAKU.
