One way to evaluate student learning outcomes is through question processing. However, nowadays evaluations are usually carried out using conventional methods such as a paper-based test. Even though often in the implementation of evaluations, students feel less enthusiastic about their work. This study aims to identify students' enthusiasm in solving questions through the Quizizz platform. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class XI Science 4 Senior High School 1 Tahunan. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method because shows a description of the students' enthusiasm for using the Quizizz platform as a tool for solving trigonometric questions. To analyze the enthusiasm of students in solving questions through the Quizizz platform, was carried out in three stages: 1) distributing a questionnaire with 25 question items via Google Form based on five indicators that measure enthusiasm (Response, attention, concentration, willingness, and self-involvement), 2) questionnaire data analyzed based on the answer score for each question item. Based on the research results, student enthusiasm in learning evaluation on trigonometric material through the Quizizz platform got a percentage of 62.38%. So that the Quizizz platform can be an alternative for teachers in evaluating student learning outcomes to create an atmosphere of evaluation that is fun and interesting for students to follow which will increase student enthusiasm in participating in learning evaluations.
Upaya pengendalian diabetes mellitus tipe-2 dapat dikontrol melalui pola makan, salah satunya yaitu dengan modifikasi jenis makanan yang selain memenuhi kebutuhan gizi juga dapat mengendalikan kadar glukosa darah. Pisang kepok dan kacang hijau memiliki kandungan pati resisten, serat pangan, protein yang cukup tinggi, dan indeks glikemik rendah sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan pembuatan cookies untuk penderita diabetes mellitus tipe-2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan gizi, pati resisten, indeks glikemik, beban glikemik dan daya terima cookies tepung pisang kepok termodifikasi enzimatis dan tepung kacang hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap satu faktor dengan perbandingan variasi pisang kepok termodifikasi dan tepung kacang hijau masing-masing dengan persentase sebesar 85:15; 75:25; dan 65:35. Kandungan gizi dianalisis dengan metode uji proksimat. Analisis indeks glikemik dan daya terimanya juga dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Formula terbaik dianalisis dengan metode de Garmo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formulasi terbaik didapat dari cookies dengan formulasi 85% tepung pisang kepok termodifikasi enzimatis dan 15% tepung kacang hijau dengan nilai hasil tertinggi sebesar 0,599 dengan kandungan karbohidrat 45,72%, protein 5,62%, lemak 18,53%, air 11,22%, abu 3,70% , serat pangan 15,18%, pati resisten 13,67%, indeks glikemik 33,20 dan beban glikemik 4,19. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah kandungan zat gizi cookies tepung pisang kepok termodifikasi enzimatis dan tepung kacang hijau dapat ditentukan dengan baik dengan menemukan formula terbaiknya, yaitu 85%:15%. Analysis of Nutrients Content, Resistant Starch, Glycemic Index, Glycemic Load and Acceptability of Modified Kepok Flour (Musa paradisiaca) and Mung Bean Flour (Vigna radiata) Cookies Type 2 diabetes mellitus can be controlled through diet, one of which is by modifying the type of food that helps fulfilling nutrient-needs and control blood’s glucose levels. Kepok banana and mung bean contain high resistant starch, dietary fiber, protein, and low glycemic index so it can be used as an alternative ingredient in making cookies for people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This study aimed to analyze the nutrients content, resistant strach, glycemic index, glycemic load and acceptability of cookies from enzymatically modified kepok banana flour and mung bean flour. The completely randomized one-factor experimental study with ratio of modified kepok banana : mung bean flour i.e. 85:15; 75:25; and 65:35. Nutrient content was analyzed by proximate methods. The glycemic index and glycemic load were also analyzed as well as acceptability test. The best formula was determined by the de Garmo method. As results, the quality of nutrient content, resistant starch, glycemic index, glycemic load and acceptance, were achieved with formula of 85% modified kepok flour and 15% mung bean flour resulting high yield value of 0.599. the best cookies formula contained carbohydrate of 45.72%, protein of 5.62%, fat of 18.53%, water of 11.22%, ash of 3.70%, fiber of 15.18%, resistant starch of 13.67%, glycemic index of 33.20, and glycemic load of 4.19. As conclusion, all treatment was successfully revealed and generated the best formula or 85%:15% for the ratio of modified kapok flour and mung been flour.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, in human life there have been many influences in the field of education—both in the form of systems and characters, as well as the learning media used. Every time there is a change, it is sure that there will be an innovation regarding learning media which is, of course, IT-based. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the Quiziz application media in Islamic Religious Education subjects in improving student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 7 Malang. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods, with data collected through observation, documentation and questionnaires. Data sourced from this study were taken from students and students of class X SMA Negeri 7 Malang. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that: (1) learning media using the Quizizz application can be applied in teaching and learning activities because the Quizizz application is an interactive and fun application in which there are various features such as quizzes, surveys, games and discussions. (2) in its application, learning media using the Quizizz application is quite liked by students. (3) from the results of this study, the researcher feels that learning media using the Quizizz application is very effective and can increase the motivation and desire of students to understand and explore the subject matter given by the teacher, especially Islamic Religious Education subjects.
Patient safety is important because people have easy information and hospitals reports related to medical errors. Patient identification is the most important causes in patient safety incidents. In 2019, 12 near misses due to misidentification of patients in the inpatient, laboratory, and pharmacy at the private class D hospital in Blitar. This prompted the authors to conduct case study and analyse the causal factors of the problems. The method used in this research is descriptive and case study approach. Identification of the root problems was done by observation and interviews with implementing inpatients room's nurses using observation sheets. Determination of the root problems is determined through two-stage focus group discussion (FGD) using a fish bone diagram. Six root problems was found that affect the low compliance in the implementation of patient identification in inpatient installations, they are low supervision and supervision from the leadership, no resocialization regarding patient identification, small number of patients, lack of safety culture, lack of supporting tools, and patients' willingness to be served quickly. Knowing the root factors that affect the officers' compliance is essential so supervision methods that are appropriate to the conditions of the hospital can be conducted.Keselamatan pasien penting saat ini karena orang memiliki akses informasi yang mudah dan banyak laporan rumah sakit terkait dengan kesalahan medis. Kesalahan identifikasi pasien merupakan salah satu penyebab paling penting dalam insiden keselamatan pasien. Tahun 2019 terdapat 12 kejadian nyaris cidera karena kesalahan identifikasi pasien pada ruang rawat inap, laboratorium, dan farmasi di RS swasta Kelas D Kota Blitar. Ini mendorong penulis melakukan studi kasus dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab masalah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan pendekatan studi kasus. Identifikasi masalah akar dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan menerapkan perawat ruang rawat inap menggunakan lembar observasi. Penentuan akar masalah ditentukan melalui dua tahap diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD) menggunakan diagram tulang ikan. Ditemukan enam akar masalah yang mempengaruhi rendahnya kepatuhan dalam pelaksanaan identifikasi pasien di instalasi rawat inap, yaitu rendahnya pengawasan dan pengawasan dari pimpinan, tidak ada sosialisasi mengenai identifikasi pasien, sejumlah kecil pasien, kurangnya budaya keselamatan, kurangnya alat pendukung, dan kesediaan pasien untuk dilayani dengan cepat. Mengetahui akar masalah yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan petugas sangat penting sehingga metode pengawasan yang sesuai dengan kondisi rumah sakit dapat dilakukan.
Effective communication is crucial to support nurses in providing excellent service, including a caring attitude towards patients to help facilitate their needs and to realize patient satisfaction. The purpose of this literature review was to describe the impact of effective communication on the improvement of the quality of excellent service and patient satisfaction in outpatient departments. This review was conducted by searching published articles on Google with selected keywords including “effective communication,” “excellent service” and “patient satisfaction.” The search was limited to publications between 2009 and 2019. The result of the study showed that effective communication can significantly impact the improvement of excellent service quality, thereby increasing patient satisfaction with the health care they receive. The study recommends a collaboration between the HR and the Head of Nursing to conduct effective communication training. Nurses are expected to be able to improve their effective communication skills with patients, and further studies are needed to dig deeper into the impact of effective communication on improving the quality of excellent service and patient satisfaction.
