Abstract-- This study aims to examine the effect of innovation in infrastructure on visitor satisfaction at Ponggok Umbul tourist attraction, Klaten. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique is carried out through questionnaires using non probability sampling techniques to 100 respondents in Umbul Ponggok tourism object, with taking using incidental sampling techniques. The collected data is tabulated and then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. From the results of calculations using SPSS 16, the results show that infrastructure facilities have an influence on the satisfaction of tourists visiting Umbul Ponggok with a value of 5.78%, and 94.22% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. And from the results of the T test it is known that the significance results are 0.016 or <from the probability value of 0.05, this result shows that the innovation of infrastructure means has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Ponggok Umbul attraction, Klaten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan teknik non probability sampling untuk 100 responden di objek wisata Umbul Ponggok, dengan pengambilan menggunakan teknik sampling insidental. Data yang dikumpulkan ditabulasi dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 16, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas sarana dan prasarana memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Umbul Ponggok dengan nilai 5,78%, dan 94,22% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dan dari hasil uji T diketahui bahwa hasil signifikansi 0,016 atau < dari nilai probabilitas 0,05, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi sarana dan prasarana memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di objek wisata Umbul Ponggok, Klaten. This research examines how regional tourism management has a business strategy to be able to maintain the continuity of the tourism business after the COVID-19 pandemic by empowering the role of Penta Helix. The local community must care and have the awareness to maintain tourism destination development through a good branding strategy. Penta Helix still maintains the survival strategy of the tourism community in a global competition that must be increasingly competitive. Based on an intensive study of the impact of the corona covid-19 virus which is empirically related to unique and region-specific cultural attitudes that must be maintained. This study uses a qualitative research type in accordance with the variety and breadth of research objects in marketing branding management. In addition, through post-Covid-19 research, it is hoped that strategic innovations can be created to build tourism competitiveness advantages as expected.
Edelweis tourism village is one of the tourist villages located in Pacitan Regency, East Java. This tourist village is still in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park area. This tourist village has the main tourism potential, namely the Edelweiss flower or eternal flower. In this research, using descriptive analysis which is qualitative in nature. The data obtained were then analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of this study, the development strategy of Wonokriti Village as an Edelweiss tourism village is obtained, including holding activities related to the Edelweiss flower, making this village a center for educational tourism, especially edelweiss flowers, developing tourism supporting infrastructure, holding hospitality training for human resources involved in management. This research aims to determine the right strategy in developing ecotourism-based Pine Grenden Forest in Magelang City. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using observations, interviews, and questionnaires. This research using non probability sampling technique with a sample of 100 people in the Grenden Pine Forest. The sampling method in this study uses incidental sampling. Data collected were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study obtained several strategies that can be applied by the managers of the Grenden Pine Forest, such as (1) making instagramable photo spots and showing the characteristics of the Pine Grenden Forest, (2) in collaboration with the Mount Merbabu National Park to make educational tours related with the introduction of Pine Trees and Merbabu animals, (3) manufacturing of Grenden's distinctive tourism products, such as food and souvenirs, (4) planting trees and capturing endemic Merbabu animals.
