Tourism is one of the sources of Original Regional Revenue that is quite promising, when it is managed professionally. With regard to funds, the presence of foreign investment is a very possible solution. From the collected data, in the Regency of Magelang, the presence of foreign investors in tourism is still very little, while such potential is wide open for development. For this reason, this research is entitled "The Policy of the Regional Government of Magelang Regency towards Foreign Investment in Tourism". This study aims to find out how the Regional Government Policy of Magelang Regency in regulating foreign investment in the tourism sector as well as knowing its implementation and also the driving factors and obstacles in the implementation of foreign investment cooperation in tourism.This study is a normative juridical study that uses primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. Data collection is done using library research techniques, observation, interviews and online data search.Based on the results of this study indicate that the Regional Government Policy of Magelang Regency to increase foreign investment, especially in the tourism sector, is still very lacking because there are few foreign investors who invest in Magelang Regency. Based on the driving factors and constraints that exist, the prospect of foreign investment manifested by Magelang Regency Tourism towards the labor sector is very promising because it can open opportunities for employment opportunities for the people of Magelang Regency, and improve the economy in Magelang Regency. However, there are limitations to the Policy of the Regional Government of Magelang District in certain areas regulated by Presidential Regulation Number 58 Year 2014 concerning the Spatial Planning for Borobudur and Surrounding Areas and also the issuance of Regents Regulations governing Foreign InvestmentKeywords: Policy, Foreign Investment, Tourism
Tahun 2017-2019 dijumpai pelayanan daring Disdukcapil belum diminati oleh masyarakat Kota Magelang dalam melakukan permohonan. Adanya Permendagri Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 Tentang Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Secara Daring diharapkan dapat berguna dalam mengoptimalkan pelayanan daring sebagai upaya mewujudkan tata pemerintahan yang baik dilihat dari teori efektivitas hukum antara lain faktor hukumnya sendiri, faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana atau fasilitas pendukung, faktor masyarakat, faktor kebudayaan, dan prinsip good governance yang terdiri dari prinsip profesionalisme, akuntabilitas, transparansi, pelayanan prima, demokrasi, efektivitas, efisiensi, supremasi hukum, dan dapat diterima oleh seluruh masyarakat. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1). Bagaimana efektivitas Permendagri Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 tentang Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Secara Daring khususnya di Disdukcapil Kota Magelang dalam rangka mewujudkan good governance, 2). Apa hambatan dalam pelaksanaan sistem pelayanan administrasi kependudukan melalui daring dan bagaimana solusinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis empiris, serta analisis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sifat deskriptif. Adapun data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer maupun data sekunder. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan daring belum efektif diterapkan dalam mewujudkan good governance mengingat terbatasnya sumber daya manusia, masih perlunya pembenahan sarana dan fasilitasnya, serta bentuk sosialisasi kepada masyarakat yang belum maksimal. Kesimpulan dari efektif tidaknya penerapan Permendagri Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 adalah belum efektif dilihat dari data pemohon pelayanan yang semenjak 2017 hingga 2019 kurang diminati masyarakat, sedangkan pada tahun 2020 setelah memasuki pandemi Covid-19 layanan daring menjadi banyak diminati karena adanya paksaan kebijakan sosial yang mengharuskan masyarakat untuk melaksanakan permohonan dokumen kependudukan secara daring.

Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah (PRM) Kalinegoro mengelola tanah wakaf sebenarnya sudah lama. Namun, sampai saat ini masih memiliki kendala terkait proses sertifikasi tanah wakaf yang dikelolanya seperti akta ikrar wakaf hilang, para saksi wakaf sudah meninggal dunia, dan keterbatasan informasi terkait ikrar wakaf. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan agar mitra dapat menyelesaikan proses sertifikasi tanah wakaf yang dikelolanya. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pendampingan sertifikasi tanah wakaf di PRM Kalinegoro ini menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Apraisal (PRA) sehingga masyarakat lebih aktif dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi, langkah-langkah yang dilakukan yakni persiapan pengabdian, pelaksanaan pengabdian, dan penyajian hasil pengabdian [SELESAI]. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian ini mitra mampu melakukan pendaftaran sertifikat tanah wakaf dan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait proses pendaftaran sertifikat tanah wakaf sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku [SELESAI]. Kegiatan ini sangat penting dilakukan agar dapat membantu mitra dalam melakukan pendaftaran sertifikat tanah wakaf dan dapat meningkatkan profesionalitas nazhir wakaf.
