Abstract. Purpose: to substantiate, work out and experimentally prove modified test for assessment of students' with health problems functional potentials. Material: in the research students and girl students of 18-20 years' age (n=522) participated. According to the worked out modification of test during 30 seconds student ascended on bench (h=43 cm) and descended from it. Then pulse was measured three times. In total the test took 4 minutes. Results: For working out the scale for interpretation of the received results we assessed new 30 seconds' modification of Harvard step-test for validity. First, for this purpose all students fulfilled modified step-test. Then after full restoration (after 20 minutes) they fulfilled its three minutes' variant. Correlation analysis of the received results showed the presence of average correlation between two samples (r=0.64). Conclusions: application of this modified variant permits for pedagogues to completely assess functional potentials of students with heath problems.
Purpose:the systematization of modern strategies for regulating the motor activity of preschool and school-age children. The criteria for assessing motor activity taking into account the individual characteristics of children and sociocultural conditions are considered. The adaptive strategy of regulation of the motor activity of a growing person in modern educational space is substantiated. Material:10 theses and more than 80 papers published in specialized journals of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus were analyzed. In the article is used quantitative approach, which has research and descriptive character. This approach includes methods for examining documents. The identification of studies over the past 50 years has been carried out. The analysis of normative program-methodological materials, educational standards, exemplary educational programs and the results of their own research was carried out. These studies substantiated various approaches to regulating and forming positive dynamics of motor activity in preschool and school-age children. Results:Three strategies for regulating motor activity were identified: biological, value-social and biosocial (adaptive). Their compliance with the level of scientific and methodological knowledge and domestic experience is established. The limiting factors have been established and ways of transforming the system of physical education at different levels of education have been concretized. The modern adaptive strategy of regulation of the motor activity of preschool children and younger schoolchildren is substantiated. The expediency of its introduction into the educational process is shown. This creates a favorable environment for the physical development of children. Conclusions:The adaptive system for regulating motor activity should take into account: the interests and opportunities of children at all levels of the educational system; regional sports traditions; sociocultural and climatic conditions. It is extremely important to recreate the playing space of childhood. This contributes to the formation of an active position in relation to the physical culture of the individual.
Purpose:to check up experimentally adapted test for assessment of heart workability of students with heath problems. Material:in the research girl students and boy students of 18-20 years age (n=487) participated. The procedure of test was as follows: during 45 seconds students fulfilled torso rising from lying on back position. During this procedure pulse was measured three times. Total time of test fulfillment was 2 minutes. For working out the scale for the received results' interpretation we assessed new version of Ruffier's test for validity. For this purpose 487 absolutely healthy tested students fulfilled, first, adapted test. Then, after complete recreation (in 20 minutes) they fulfilled commonly accepted test with squatting. Results:it was found that with the help of adapted test it is possible to objectively assess heart workability of students. Correlation analysis of the received results showed average correlation (r=0.73). Conclusions:application of adapted Ruffier's test permits to assess heart workability of students with health problems.
Purpose : analysis of the main causes of the declining interest of students to the systematic physical training and sports. Material : The study involved 448 students (150 boys, 298 girls) conducted a questionnaire survey. Level of motor activity of students was determined using pedometers. Results : It was found that the transition of students in special medical groups inevitably entail a significant reduction in motor activity (it is almost 2 times lower than that of students of the main group of health). Notes the negative trend of increasing the number of students of both sexes who consume alcoholic beverages. Marked decrease of free time students because of the need to work. Conclusions : It is suggested to use a system of specific forms of organization of work and methods of influence that meet humanistic principles "to encourage, rather than compel." The function of such methods of influence should be to achieve the restructuring of the motivational sphere of students, the adequacy of their purpose activity.
Abstract. Purpose: To give scientific foundation and experimental proof of physical culture-health related technology for prophylaxis of respiratory system disorders. Material: in the research students: girls (n= 43) and boys (n=40) participated. In process of academic physical culture classes students practices: dozed health walks )as warming up), respiratory exercises by methodic of A.N. Strelnikova and G. Childers (which were used as main corrective mean of respiratory system's functional state), health swimming (for motor functioning intensification) outdoor games (as mean of active leisure). Results: The conducted research witness about general positive influence of the worked out technology of disorders' prophylaxis on students' somatic health. The technology was constructed on the base of synthesis of the most effective means of health related physical culture. In its basis we put generalized data about their impact. Main characteristic of this technology is its orientation on definite health improvement tasks in compliance with peculiarities of trainees' contingent. The technology permits to present its content and orientation as integral mean of strengthening of organism's functional potentials as well as ensuring of high effectiveness of students' educational process. It permits to significantly reduce impacts of respiratory system's disorders. Conclusions: The worked out technology permits to present its content and orientation as integral mean of strengthening of organism's functional potentials.
