The shipping industry is currently one of the vital aspects of industrial business, especially in the current Covid-19 pandemic era. Delivery of goods, both products and foodstuffs, can be done quickly by using courier services that can be accessed through online media such as personal gadgets, namely computers and smartphones. One of the features of GO-Jek Indonesia is a courier service called Go-Send, the problem that arises is that there is competition in the same line of business, causing consumers to have many choices when making deliveries. Measuring the level of loyalty makes researchers interested in measuring Go-Send users' perceptions of the level of customer loyalty as measured by e-service quality and customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative method using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and a sample of 109 respondents was obtained which was then measured using the Structural-Equation-Modeling (SEM) method with a 95% confidence level. The results of this study indicate that Go-Send user loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by customer satisfaction and the level of e-service quality.

Dalam pembelian laptop banyak hal yang bisa dijadikan parameter penilaian untuk mendukung suatu keputusan. Dalam hal ini, seseorang bisa memiliki parameter yang berbeda dengan orang lainnya. Terdapat permasalahan dimana seseorang rumit dalam menentukan laptop mana yang akan dipilihnya. Banyaknya spesifikasi, harga, dan tipe laptop yang bervariatif membuat pembeli bingung untuk menentukan pilihannya. Metode Fuzzy Tahani pada sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan bisa memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Dengan memberikan input kriteria laptop pada sistem oleh pengguna, sehingga pada proses akhirnya, pengguna akan mendapatkan daftar laptop yang direkomendasikan berdasarkan kriteria masukannya.

Pada saat ini keberadaan ponsel sebagai salah satu alat komunikasi adalah suatu benda yang tergolong primer bagi banyak orang. Hampir setiap orang yang kita jumpai pasti memiliki dan memanfaatkan alat komunikasi ini. Hal ini menyebabkan semakin tingginya permintaan pasar atas kebutuhan alat komunikasi ini. Dengan tingginya permintaan pasar atas kebutuhan alat komunikasi ini, maka muncul berbagai jenis dan merek ponsel beserta fitur-fitur yang berkembang mengikuti perkembangan Teknologi Informasi saat ini. Selain itu perlu dibangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang menggunakan fuzzy sebagai alternatif membantu memberikan rekomendasi pilihan ponsel yang sesuai dengan keinginan calon pembeli. Pada implementasinya, agar memudahkan calon pembeli/pengguna sistem ini, penyampaian informasi tentang kriteria yang di inginkan menggunakan bahasa sehari-hari yang hasilnya disajikan berupa daftar peringkat atau ranking list.

Purchasing an item from a supplier is an important element for companies to procure goods. Because in a purchase there are so many things that must be considered such as the quality of the goods, the quantity of the goods, the prices of the goods, and many other attributes of the goods which later the goods will be resold to the customers. One company that has a business process/purchase cycle to suppliers is PT. Fuboru. But until now PT. Fuboru in the process of purchasing to suppliers and management of goods in the warehouse still uses the manual method, namely by recording purchases/procurement of goods using books and purchase notes, often loss occurs because the storage of purchase notes is still in the form of archives, causing the absence of systematic purchase data records. This causes problems in service to customers because if there is an error in calculating the stock manually / not computerized, then if there are goods that are out of stock, the procurement of goods will not be carried out immediately, it will take time in the process of procuring goods to suppliers. So that a system is needed that can facilitate the Warehouse and purchasing department to place an order for goods and monitor the stock of goods in the Warehouse. In this research will be made a web-based purchasing information system at PT. Indonesian Fuboru. The information system created can store data on supplier purchase transactions made and management of goods in the warehouse of PT. Fuboru Indonesia. In addition, it can facilitate PT Fuboru Indonesia in monitoring the purchase and management of goods in the warehouse. The research uses the waterfall software development method and uses the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language. By using the waterfall software development method, it can facilitate researchers in building information systems because the system is carried out in stages starting from gathering requirements to implementation. Each stage is carried out optimally before the next stage so as to minimize errors

GPIB (Gereja Protestan di Indonesia bagian Barat) adalah bagian dari GPI (Gereja Protestan Indonesia) yang dulunya bernama Indische Kerk. Saat ini GPIB sendiri memiliki 326 gereja yang bernaung dalam kelompok musyawarah pelayanan (Mupel) GPIB. Salah satunya adalah GPIB Bahtera Hayat Surabaya. GPIB Bahtera Hayat Surabaya yang berkedudukan di daerah Surabaya bagian Utara memiliki jumlah anggota jemaat sekitar 663 jiwa. Pada saat merebaknya kasus Corona Virus Diseases 2019, atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan COVID-19 di Indonesia, khususnya di Surabaya pada awal bulan Maret tahun 2020, berdampak pada pelaksanaan Ibadah Minggu di gereja tersebut. Banyak anggota jemaat yang menjadi khawatir untuk hadir beribadah dan memilih untuk tidak mengikuti Ibadah Minggu di GPIB Bahtera Hayat Surabaya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut GPIB Bahtera Hayat Surabaya mencoba untuk mengembangkan konsep baru untuk pelayanan ibadah minggu mereka dalam bentuk live recording dan live streaming.
