In the field of archive depots, the West Java Province Village and Community Empowerment Service offers inactive archive management as one of its services. The West Java Province Village and Community Empowerment Service is responsible for keeping, organizing, and safeguarding archives that have been in the processing unit for more than two years. The goal of this research is to help archivists manage inactive archives more effectively and efficiently. Material gathering tactics included interviews and the addition of inactive archive data based on data collected in each field. Software is designed using the waterfall process. According to the findings, there are a number of issues that impede the archive management system that still employs the manual method. As a result, in this study, an inactive records management information system was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Visual Basic programming language with the.NET framework 4.0 and Ms. Access as the database. An approach for testing applications is called black box testing. The goal of this application is to make archive administration more effective and efficient.
The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as the Ombudsman) is a state institution (independent) that has the authority to oversee the administration of public services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the completion of reports/complaints from the public by using unsupervised learning techniques in machine learning. The data source used is the statistical report/public complaints based on the classification of the reporter and how to submit it in each provincial regional office (simpel.ombudsman.go.id). The unsupervised learning techniques in machine learning that are used are clustering (k-medoids) and classification (C4.5) which are part of data mining. k-medoids is tasked with mapping community reports/complaints based on provincial regional offices. The results of the mapping will be classified to get the range of values from the existing mapping. The calculation process uses the help of RapidMiner software. The distribution labels used were 4 clusters namely the percentage of completion of the “very good” report (C1) of 9 provinces; percentage of “good” report completion (C2) of 10 provinces; percentage of completion of “lacking” reports (C3) of 11 provinces; percentage of “bad” report completion (C4) of 3 provinces. The Davies-Bouldin Index value on the map is 0.530 (optimal). The results of the mapping can be information in improving the quality of public services in the completion of the report including the provinces included in the C3 and C4 clusters with the percentage of report completion classification (C4 = 0 - 20.70% and 20.70% > C3 < 47.69%).
The research objective was to evaluate and determine how far the application of information system academic that are running (including management controls and application controls) have been able to provide reliable information and where time and reduce risk to an acceptable level by the Polytechnic also provides recommendations for Polytechnic in order to minimize the risk that existed at themoment. This research describes the IT governance maturity level analysis of the Polytechnic X Academic Information System using COBIT 5.0 framework. This research will find the value of the IT governance maturity level current conditions of STMIK Lombok’s Academic Information System management. This maturity level value as a measure of the alignment of the implementation of the Academic Information System to Improve customer orientation and service and Services. Base on the maturity level average calculation results of Implementation the Polytechnic Academic Information System using DSS Domain are at level 3. The results of this study was to determine the academic of information system applications can provide adequate and reliable information and timely, thus simplifying the management to make sound decisions related to academic policy.
Studi ini bertujuan untuk membahas kegiatan webinar di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha sebagai satu bentuk Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang berpotensi meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat di Indonesia. Pada mulanya, webinar di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha diperuntukkan bagi mahasiswa dan dosen untuk melengkapi pembelajaran di era pandemi. Namun dalam perjalanannya webinar ini tidak hanya diikuti mahasiswa dan dosen Piksi saja namun dari perguruan tinggi lain seperti konsorsium dan AIC. Pembicaranya tidak hanya berasal dari dosen internal sendiri, namun juga melibatkan dosen tamu dan praktisi. Webinar di Piksi Ganesha ini dapat dikelompokkan berdasarkan rumpun bidang ilmu, rumpun informatika, ekonomi dan bisnis, dan kesehatan, dan berdasarkan cakupannya meliputi webinar nasional dan internasional. Sampai bulan Desember 2021, telah diselenggarakan kegiatan webinar sebanyak 58 webinar, melibatkan dosen Piksi sebanyak 75 dosen sebagai pembicara dan 55 sebagai moderator, dan juga melibatkan sekitar 60 dosen tamu dan praktisi dari luar Piksi Ganesha. Banyak manfaaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan webinar ini. Walaupun proses pembelajaran tatap muka sudah bisa dilakukan kembali, diharapkan kegiatan webinar ini masih bisa tetap dilaksanakan.
The management quality of a cafe really needs to be maintained. This is considering that Cafe is one of the fast-growing and promising businesses. This research was conducted in the city of Pematangsiantar. The development of cafes in Pematangsiantar has not been accompanied by developments in modern technology. This makes customers still feel confused and need information to decide to visit a cafe that is in accordance with their wishes. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in choosing the dominant factor in determining the best cafe factor based on consumers from a number of assessment criteria. Researchers used 8 assessment criteria including: (C1) reliability, (C2) responses, (C3) tangible, (C4) certainty, (C5) security, (C6) ease, (C7) credibility, and (C8) understanding needs. The questionnaire assessment was carried out using 7 alternative cafes among 339, A +, Kok Tong, Coffee Cups, Coffee Time, Eldivo and Indis Cafe. The results of the questionnaire were processed and calculated using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the study showed that (C1) reliability with vector eigenvalues (0.231) as the first, second and third rank (C6) Ease with vector eigenvalue (0.141) and (C2) responses with vector eigenvalue (0.130). It is hoped that this research can provide input to the owner in creating a decent cafe atmosphere to be a family gathering place..
