This study aims to determine the planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of superior class education programs at MTsN 2 Medan. This study uses a qualitative method. This type of qualitative method used is naturalistic interactive, namely research on natural reciprocal relationships. Based on this qualitative approach, according to the researcher, it is very relevant because it aims to find out how the implementation of superior class program education management at MTs N 2 Medan. There are five findings in this study after data reduction/exposure is carried out, namely: the superior class program planning is the policy of the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion. Second, organizing superior classes is carried out by establishing/holding an exceptional coordinator, a superior class program coordinator. Third, the implementation of the addition of subjects related to and the addition of tutoring. Fourth, supervision of the superior class program at MTs N 2 Medan was carried out by cooperating with the principal of the madrasah and the superior class coordinator. The last, the evaluation of the flagship class program is carried out (once a month) by tutoring in collaboration with the madrasah.
This study aims to see the extent of the implementation of Islamic communication at SMP Plus Ulul Ilmi Medan and the obstacles faced in the implementation process. The research method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation based on the required data. The results showed that: (1) the vision and mission and motto of the school became the basis for the implementation of Islamic communication in the school environment which refers to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. (2) Theimplementation of Islamic communication in verbal and nonverbal learning that is implemented in speech and deeds. (3) there are two obstacles in the implementation of Islamic communication. These obstacles are caused by two factors, namely: internal factors caused by the school's HR qualifications are not in accordance with the scientific competencies charged; external factors in the form of lack of attention of parents in supervising and directing their children and the busyness of parents at work which has an impact on the lack of attention to children.
This research was conducted to get an overview of the performance system at MTs Miftahul Falah Diski where the madrasa foundation is actively carrying out its activities despite the covid 19 pandemic in order to improve teacher performance during the covid 19 pandemic. The research approach that is more appropriate to use is a qualitative approach that is the reason why researchers choose the approach method qualitative has a natural background as a data source. The results of the research on performance system planning for teachers during the covid 19 pandemic Miftahul Falah Diski. Organizing the performance system by dividing tasks to the deputy head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah to improve performance in terms of input and output at the madrasa. Implementation of the online meeting performance system plan, individual coaching and guidance. The madrasa performance system evaluation activity to determine the teacher's teaching performance becomes measurable for the implementation of further actions to promote learning.
