The study was carried out to analyze public relations management at IAIN Curup Bengkulu in improving digital information systems; this topic is critical to discuss because it is to know the progress of educational institutions following the challenges of education 4.0. The type of research applied is descriptive qualitative, with the support of literature and news that shows the facts that occur in the field. Data collection was carried out using interviews, documentation, and observation. So from this technique, the researchers found data that aligned with the research topic. Public relations in tertiary institutions is a supporting wheel for quality progress in the education system. This is seen through his authority to establish connections with the community to various partners who follow the contribution of improvement in the quality of education. Public Relations of IAIN Curup Bengkulu in following the digital information system can be seen from the publication activities carried out through the Website, Youtube, and Social Media Applications. In addition, public relations efforts to improve the image of the institution can also be determined from activities: campus branding, agency marketing, and increasing cooperation networks with various partners. Digital branding needs to be improved by the public relations department of IAIN Curup Bengkulu to support the digital marketing program. Improvements must be considered, including providing media and more engaging content to prospective students. The study results show that the public relations service system at IAIN Curup Bengkulu has so far been beneficial in providing information and implementing educational marketing. The targeted information system is also primarily implemented via the internet. So this category shows that public relations activities have effectively moved information systems.
Weak allocation and procurement of funds in educational institutions, affects the educational process. The reason is that the budget is the main means of supporting and carrying out activities in education. The school committee is an organizational body that is held to support solutions, provide considerations, and complete the results of coordination through its role in communicating the institution by providing a positive image to the community and partners. One of the committee's roles as a supporting agency is to support procurement activities and the allocation of school budgets. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, which then uses interview and observation data analysis techniques. The purpose of the study focused on social conditions in the role of the school committee's supporting agency in financing education. Research that has been carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Al-Ittihadiyah Al-Islamiyah (MIS AIAI) identified the following results: 1) the role of mobilizing the education financing budget with good management functions, 2) the committee carries out monitoring and evaluation to determine the level of effectiveness of the implementation of activities carried out, 3) Monitoring and evaluation is carried out by the committee (MIS AIAI) by holding committee meetings between the community and the school, and 4) The role in organizing the education budget is also pursued through visits to people who are in the capable category to support the education process.
Family education is a solution to condition the crisis of character values in the now progressive generation. The implementation of an educational civilization development organization is now a hope for the future of every individual's life. The Muslim Brotherhood Organization (Salimah) is an organization that is engaged in transferring knowledge and skills as a form of community service. The study used descriptive qualitative methods with the method of collecting observational data on an object of research and supported by information from sources (research subjects). The purpose of the study was to find out the role of Salimah in providing educational values to the community. The results found that the role of the program that was echoed by Salimah in encouraging education for the community was "Salimah's Education House". The activities carried out include the Salimah Multi-Business Cooperative (Kossuma), Communities (Sabil@, KEP, KPSPL, KOB), Forum Silatururahim Majlis Taklim (Forsil MT), Association of Muballighoh Salimah Indonesia (IMSI), Salimah Education House, (Sister, Serasi, PAUD, TKIT, BSQ Senior School), Disaster and Disaster Management Post (P2MB), Salimah Management Leadership Training (PKPS),BQS Program (Baitul Al-Qur'an Salimah), Moral Education (special parenting for women), the Elderly School Program, and the Orphans and Duafha Development Program (P2AYD). Constraints in implementing the program include human resources and budgetary resources that help develop the realization of the Salimah program.
Sistem manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan harus diimplentasikan sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ditetapkan. Perihal tersebut penting di perhatikan oleh masing-masing sekolah untuk memperoleh keaktifan alokasi dana pendidikan. Untuk memperoleh data, kegiatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang diuraikan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan yaitu, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Sehingga memperoleh informasi yang relevan sejalan dengan lingkup dan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengawasan manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan oleh kepala sekolah di SMA Ma'arif Wadaslintang sudah berjalan efektif dan akuntabel, searah dengan prinsip-prinsip yang tertuang dalam manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan pada pengarahan dan pengawasan yang dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah. Pengarahan yang dilaksanakan yaitu dengan tiga cara diantaranya: 1) kepala sekolah tentu mengusahakan kelengkapan fasilitas yang berhubungan dengan administrasi sekolah , 2) melaksanakan pengawasan/evaluasi kinerja bendahara, 3) memberikan motivasi kinerja. Bendahara menyatakan dalam mengadakan kelengkapan failitas tersebut kepala sekolah tidak hanya memberikan fasilitas berupa alat kinerja tetapi juga terkait kemajuan pengelolaan data-data. Kemudian pada upaya pengawasan, kepala sekolah melaksanakan pemeriksaan (auditing) keuangan. Pemeriksanaan tersebut terdiri, pemeriksaan sistem pencatatan (accounting) dalam pengeluaran dan pemasukan dana pendidikan serta melakukan pengukuran kinerja tim keuangan sekolah. Jadi pengawasan kepala sekolah terhadap manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan adalah upaya untuk memeriksa, memantau, dan membimbing organisasi.
