This project aims to improve business strategies to increase profits and sustainability in the era of business competition. The data that we use to answer the discussion of this study is sourced from some literature published in several journals such as books, procedures at other times. We then analyzed the data using a phenomenological approach, a method for exploring the data and then analyzing it under an in-depth interpretation approach to the coding system and evaluating analysis to provide the data as findings to answer high-quality questions. The data search is carried out by procedures and electronically with a keyword system. Based on the existing data and the discussion, we can finally conclude that the results include strategies to increase profits and business continuity in this competitive era is the ability instead of moving a business to understand the business world, study business strategies, understand and know the business competition system and have extensive knowledge of business that is run in an era full of intense competition. Hopefully, these insights to be a good input material to support future studies.
The purpose of this study is to discover and explain the effects of Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision Process, as well as to discover and explain that the Brand Ambassador variable has a partial effect on the Purchase Decision Process. An explanatory research type and a quantitative approach are used in this study. A total of three variables were examined in this research: Brand Ambassadors (X1), Brand Image (X2), and the Purchase Decision Process (PDP) (Y). Tokopedia customers were asked to fill out an online survey as a means of obtaining data. The sample used in this study amounted to 116 respondents with the respondent's criteria, namely respondents knew E-Commerce Tokopedia and had shopped online through E-Commerce Tokopedia. Descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis are utilized as sampling methods. The results demonstrated that the purchase decision process (Y) was highly influenced by both the Brand Ambassador (X1) and Brand Image (X2) variables at the same time. Then, the influence of Brand Ambassador (X1) and Brand Image (X2) variables on the Purchase Decision Process is partial and significant (Y).
The Influence Of Career Development And Organizational Culture, On Organizational Commitment With Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variable In PT Jasa Raharja Main Branch East Java. This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive verification approach. The number of samples is 65 respondents. Analysis of the data used is by using SPSS. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires through google form to employee at PT Jasa Raharja Main Branch East Java. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results show that (1) Career development has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, (2) Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Career development has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (4) Organizational Culture has no significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, (5) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, (6) Career development has an indirect effect on Organizational Commitment, (7) Organizational Culture has no direct effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction is able to mediate Organizational Culture with organizational commitment .
Betta fish cultivation has been established since 1996 starting from the formation of the Karya Mina fish cultivator group in Ketami Village, Pesantren District, Kediri City. These cultivation activities continue to develop so that in 2022 the City of Kediri was confirmed as a Fisheries Village for Ornamental Fish Cultivation by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. With the existing potential, the right strategy is needed in developing the Betta fish business. This research was conducted at Betta fish farming business locations covering 6 groups of fish cultivators in Ketami Village, Pesantren Village, Bawang Village, and Jamsaren Village, Pesantren District, Kediri City, using qualitative methods. Based on the SWOT analysis, it is known that the appropriate development strategy is the SO strategy. Further analysis uses QSPM to determine the priority of the existing alternative strategies. The main alternative strategy was found, namely Optimizing information technology for Betta type variants, production quantity, and cultivation techniques. The second alternative strategy is to open the market with various types and prices of betta. And the last alternative strategy is to utilize government support, other parties, and institutions for business development.
The hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri is a place that gives the service to individual’s health with hospitalized service, regular service and emergency service. The Hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri is a hospital with class C that has capacity 205 beds. Bed Occupational Rate (BOR) for 4 years lately is around 52,5%. The operational expense of hospital is totally from the patients so that the position of customer is very important. This research Design Uses Correlational Analysis Survey Design by approaching Cross Sectional. It uses the population of all for long hospitalized patients that had got service in Hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri, and their number is 125 patients with 55 patients as the sample, it is taken by using the technique of purposive sampling. The collection of Data uses the questioner. The data of Research was analyzed by Moderated Regression Analysis Test. there are 3 variables that become research material, from the 3 variables studied, there are a total of 23 question items. From each question item, both independent and dependent, it turned out to have a correlation probability value below 0.005 or the Service research variable data (X), General patient satisfaction (Y1) and BPJS patient satisfaction (Y2) at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City were declared valid. . From the results of the questionnaire obtained after being processed, it can be seen from the highest average value obtained in empathy from service providers, which is 3.69 which means the attitude of nurses and doctors is good when responding to questions from patients' families and hospital visitors. While the lowest average is 2.85, which is from the time of the doctor's examination according to the schedule. This explains that many patients are dissatisfied with the doctor's schedule for not being on time. There are two kinds of service rates at the Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City, which results in differences in treatment for general patients and BPJS patients who seek treatment at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City. There is an effect of service rates on general patient satisfaction and BPJS patients at home. Muhammadiyah Hospital Ahmad Dahlan, Kediri City. Although there are differences in treatment and service, there are differences in satisfaction between general patients and BPJS patients at the Muhammadiah Ahmad Hospital. Dahlan, Kediri.
