This study aims to analyze internal and external factors and formulate alternative development strategies that are appropriate for Mbambingan Mount Kelud Drug Education Tourism. The type of research used in this study is qualitative and quantitative. The sample in this study were 30 tourist visitors (accidental sampling) and 5 tourism management people (purposive sampling). Data analysis used is SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Mbambingan Mountain Kelud Drug Education Tourism Forest has 5 main focuses of the program namely education, conservation, herbal preservation, community empowerment, and improvement of public health. Internal factors include human resources, marketing, production, finance, research and development and information systems with a total IFE score of 4.19. External factors include the economy, society, technology, competitors and disasters with a total EFE score of 4.36. the most preferred alternative strategy with the highest TAS value of 6.652, namely Cooperation between government agencies and similar companies in tourism-promoting activities, then in second place with a value of 6.554, which is more developing natural potential and managerial human resources, and in third place with value amounting to 6,208 namely by performing maintenance and repairing infrastructure to achieve satisfaction in service.
The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence and the right strategy in developing the Wonosalam durian agro-tourism area. The location of the study was carried out in the village of Wonosalam, Wonosalam District, Jombang City. This research was conducted for (two) months, namely between February - March 2019. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken directly from the research location of the Durian Wonosalam agrotourism area through direct observation at the site, interviews with the government, community shops, and filling out questionnaires. Respondents were selected by 20 people to fill out the research questionnaire as follows: Government (3 people), namely the Head of the device and the Office of Tourism Staff of Jombang (2 people) Community Stores (2 people), Tourist managers (3 people). And Visitors (10 people). Secondary data is data obtained through agencies related to this research, both tabulation and descriptive. The analytical methods used are SWOT and QSPM analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the alternative strategy for developing the right durian Wonosalam agro-tourism area is the SO Strategy, namely the strategy of agro-tourism development by maintaining the existing tourism power and development strategy by increasing promotion to related parties and outside regions through seminar seminars or utilizing technological developments the highest value of attraction is found in strategy 1 (SO) with total attractiveness (TAS) of 6.164. by exploring the potential and actions of tourism preservation that exist as a characteristic possessed by the Wonosalam region with a variety of attractions that are owned, Optimizing the superiority of tourism remains quality so as to attract tourists.
The purpose of this study are: (1) to know the effect of land area to the production of sugarcane farming business at Ngadiluwih-Kediri; (2) To know the effect of capital on sugarcane farm production at Ngadiluwih-Kediri; (3) To know the influence of labors on the production of sugarcane farming business in Ngadiluwih-Kediri; (4) to know the influence of land area, capital and labors simultanously to production of sugarcane farming business in Ngadiluwih-Kediri; (5) to know the most dominant influence of variable land area, labor and capital to the production of sugarcane farming business in Ngadiluwih Kediri. Population used in this research is sugar cane farmer in Ngadiluwih-Kediri Regency. This study uses Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. This technique is used when the population has non-homogeneous elements and is taken randomly, but proportionately. By utilizing Slovin formulations in the sampling with the accuracy of 10% obtained 95 respondents. This study uses instruments that have been developed by previous researchers. The instrument used is a questionnaire with Likert scale 5 for each research variable. The results showed that: (1) Labor has a positive influence on the production of sugarcane farming in Ngadiluwih Kediri Regency. (2) Capital significantly has a positive influence on the production of sugarcane farming in Ngadiluwih Kediri Regency. (3) Land area significantly has a positive influence on the production of sugarcane farming business in Ngadiluwih Kediri Regency. (4) Together labor, capital and land area have a positive effect on the production of sugar cane farming business in Ngadiluwih Kediri Regency. (5) The result of dominance test analysis to know the effective contribution shows that capital has the most dominant contribution in influencing the production of sugarcane farming business in Ngadiluwih Kediri Regency.
This study aims to examine the effect of the motivation of agricultural extension workers, extension workers as facilitators and extension agents as educators on the socioeconomic and technological behavior of rice farmers in Sutojayan District, Blitar Regency. The study uses mixed methods with Concurrent mixed method, which combines quantitative and qualitative data at one time. The number of samples taken was 50 samples which were incorporated in GAPOKTAN, Sutojayan Sub-District, Blitar Regency. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique, namely sampling is deliberately chosen based on certain criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection using questionnaires with llinkert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of agricultural extension on the socioeconomic behavior and technology of rice farmers. The regression equation is Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3, where a = Intercept, b = regression coefficient, X1 = motivation ability of extension workers, X2 = extension workers as facilitator, X3 = extension workers as educator and Y = farmer social economic and technological behavior. simultaneously agricultural extension influences the socioeconomic and technology behavior of rice farmers in Sutojayan Subdistrict, Blitar Regency, while partially the extension worker's abilities motivate, extension agents as facilitators and extension workers as educators influence the socioeconomic and technological behavior of rice farmers in Sutojayan District Blitar Regency Multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 20,074 + 0,900X1 + 0,761X2 + 0,901X3 with determination (R2) 51%.
Magetan Regency which is located in the western end of East Java Province geographically has the potential in agriculture in the development of horticultural commodities namely oyster mushrooms. Oyster mushroom cultivation in Magetan Regency is relatively new with supporting factors such as affordable raw materials; cultivation techniques that are easy to learn; and humidity factors that support but have weaknesses, one of which is capital; farmer's motivation and tenacity; and the absence of technology application. Based on these conditions, this study aims to: (1) Identify and analyze internal and external factors that influence the development of oyster mushroom agribusiness in Magetan Regency (2) Formulate alternatives and recommend priorities for the development of oyster mushroom in the Regency Magetan. This research uses SWOT analysis and Process Hierarchy Analysis (AHP). The results showed the influential factors that obtained the highest score factors were organic crops, limited capital, motivation and persistence of farmers, public awareness of healthy food, weather and pests. Whereas the alternative that has the highest three priority values is to increase the number of baglogs along with the quality of the baglog quality of mushroom seeds, the application of appropriate management and human resources, and expand the reach of market share and the use of technology in marketing.
