Data of national commission of women (2005) in 2005 shows that there has been 455 cases of domestic violence, domestic violence is either physical or non physical, done actively or in a passive way (not done), desired by the perpetrator, and no adverse effect on the victim (physical or psychological). The effect can be seen from the daily victims of domestic violence. Self care is one of daily activities of the victim. There are various reasons for the lack of self care physical fatigue and loss of consciousness.The study is aimed to determine the influence of domestic violence on the level self care. This is a non experimental study using cross sectional approach. The samples consist of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique is Chi Square.Analysis of the data indicated a significant count of p=1.000 physical abuse, p=1.000 psychical abuse, p=1.000 economic abuse, p=1.000 sexual abuse. p > 0.05 means that there is no significant effect among the physical, emotional, economic, and sexual domestic violence with the level of self care. While the results of p count of domestic violence with self care show p 1.000 or p > 0,05. Keywords: Domestic Violence, Self Care.
Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen kelas tinggi di Sekolah Dasar dalam implementasi pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas tinggi sekolah dasar negeri 76/IX Mendalo, Muaro Jambi sebanyak 3 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian berupa teks tentang manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran tematik sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan guru kelas tinggi SD Negeri 76/IX Mendalo, Muaro Jambi memiliki kemampuan manajemen kelas dengan katagori baik. Pembelajaran tematik diimplementasikan melalui manajemen kelas yang baik. Tiga komponen manajemen kelas terpenuhi, yaitu: manajemen fisik, sosio-emosional, dan organsasional. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah dalam implementasi pembelajaran tematik hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah manajemen kelas. Guru kelas tinggi SD Negeri 76/IX Mendalo, Muaro Jambi memperhatikan manajemen kelas dalam implementasi pembelajaran tematik.
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational learning and organizational stress on the performance of creative industry SMEs with the creativity of its owners/actors as mediator. Type of data used in this research was primary data, namely in the form of questionnaires and partly done also with interviews directly. Data analysis technique used was path analysis method. The population of this research was the owners of SMEs located in Palembang City under the guidance of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of South Sumatra Province based on data of 2016, which is classified as creative industry SMEs in the area of Palembang City as much as 65 SMEs. The sampling technique was census method. Based on that number, the returned questionnaires only 63 questionnaires from 65 questionnaires distributed. The results of research stated: first hypothesis is accepted where there is influence of learning organization on creativity of SMEs actors, with the influence of 0.705 (70.5%); second hypothesis is rejected, there is no influence of organizational stress on creativity of SMEs owners. Third hypothesis is accepted, where there is influence of learning organization on performance of creative industry SMEs, with the influence of 0.229 (22.9%). Fourth hypothesis is accepted, there is influence of organizational stress on performance of creative industry SMEs, with the influence of 0.229 (22.9%). Fifth hypothesis is accepted, where there is influence of creativity of SMEs owners on performance of creative industry SMEs, with the influence of 0.254 (25.4%). Sixth hypothesis is accepted, where there is influence of learning organization on performance of creative industry SMEs through creativity of SMEs owners as mediator variable with total effects of 0.589 or 58.9%. Seventh hypothesis is accepted, where is influence of organizational stress on performance of creative industry SMEs through creativity of SMEs owners as mediator variable, with total effects of 0.219 or 21.9%.
This study aims to (1) Determine the marketing strategy of Bank Syariah Mandiri in increasing sales of pension products, (2) The strengths and weaknesses of the marketing strategy of Bank Syariah Mandiri in increasing product sales. The result of this research is that the marketing strategy is the marketing activities carried out by the Bank’s management in order to achieve the marketing target. This marketing Strategy is structured based on what should be done, who does, and when to do it. The marketing strategy used by Bank Syariah Mandiri in increasing sales of pension products is by using an approach and promotion strategy. This approach to customers can enhance Bank Syariah Mandiri’s long-term growth and maximum customer satisfaction. After carrying out the approach process, the next stage is the promotion strategy. Promotion is an activity that aims to convey information about pension products to customers, so that the pension product is known and can encourage customers to use it. Promotion is also very useful for providing information about the advantages or disadvantages of these retirement products.
