Toponimi atau penamaan (naming) menarik dikaji dari sisi linguistik dan budaya karena dengan adanya toponimi misal toponimi suatu tempat dapat menghasilkan cerita sejarah penamaan karena suatu nama tempat dari suatu budaya akan menghasilkan cerita dan sejarah masa lampau dan mengandung lapisan makna. Berlandaskan hipotesis Sapir-Worf bahwa penggunaan bahasa mempengaruhi cara seseorang berpikir dan berperilaku yang salah satunya pada penggunaan struktur bahasa karena dari struktur bahasa yang digunakan terus menerus dapat mempengaruhi cara seseorang berpikir dan berperilaku sehingga akan ditemukan cara pandang dan budaya masyarakat setempat. Tujuan penelitian adalah diperolehnya deskripsi struktur bahasa toponimi jalan di Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian deskirptif. Data dan sumber data bersumber dari dokumentasi hasil penelitian toponimi nama-nama jalan di Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik catat dan introspeksi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik pilah. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat tujuh belas toponimi nama jalan di kota Bengkulu, struktur bahasa yang digunakan berbentuk kata dan majemuk dengan kecenderungan menggunakan kata majemuk.
The purpose of this study is to describe the construction of invective clause markers in old age participants. The research method is qualitative. Data and data sources are insults derived from Bengkulu Malay language informants. Data collection methods and techniques through listening and introspection. The method of listening uses the basic techniques of tapping techniques outlined in the advanced technique, which is a free trial of competent involvement (SBLC), record, and record. Stages of providing data through three activities, namely collecting, selecting, and structuring. Analytical methods and techniques use contextual analysis, peer review, and distribution or distribution. There is a construct of marking invective clauses on parental participants: namely: 1) based on the position of the elements of the clause shows that the invective tends to be within the invective core clause, 2) based on function analysis, invective tends to occupy the predicate function (P) which is positioned in front of the subject (S) i.e. position (PS), 3) the use of the second persona pronominal as a mark of curse clauses indicates the tendency of invective use in intimate / intimate participants, 4) the use of clits - it is that the curse clause functions to emphasize imperative sentences and reinforcement designations in cursing sentences so that the utterances become coarser and the level of emotional expression of anger becomes higher. Abstract-Cliticss(clitics) -lah in Bengkulu-Malay Language (BMB) is a bound form which phonologically has its own pressure, can not be considered as a bound morpheme, has no word features, and is not bound to a particular word class. Clitics -lah tend to be enklitik. From the used of clitics -lah appear to tend to be attached to clause units.In Bengkulu-Malay Language (BMB) the researcher found many form of swears which are followed by clitics-lah (attached) then the researcher was interested to investigate the form, characteristic and the used of -lah in constructing swear of Bengkulu-Malay Language. The research method is qualitative in the form of writing data with the method of distributional study which is in line with theoretical understanding of Ferdinand De Saussure about his structural the whole unified theory. The source of the data comes from libraries reference which were derived from three(3) sources. The form of -lah in constructing swear of Bengkulu-Malay Language always bound in another form of word, so it could be defined that -lah is not an afix and is also not a word but it is called as clitics because it could not stand alone by itself. The function of clitics -lah is as a displayer of substance which is in it word itself with the characteristics, such as: it could not stand alone by itself, it has no meaning, it is bound to the previous substance, it rises altogether with the form attached to itself and it has a position as enklitik, it also can be attached with more than one of word classes. The used of clitics -lah tend to be attached to the predicate of the sentence. The used of clitics -lah is as a pressure if it is attached to another word. In Bengkulu-Malay Language, the swear which is followed by clitics -lah become rougher and can give more pressure on the pronoun, so that it becomes more clearly the emphasis on the intended person.Keywords-Swear, Bengkulu-Malay Language, clitics -lah, form, function, used I. The current study aims to describe the form and function of a phatic marker in Bengkulu Malay. The data were taken from the spoken language of Bengkulu Malay language, which consists of phatic utterances. The data were collected using the observational and conversational method. The analysis was done using contextual analysis, distributional method, and pragmatic identity method. The result shows there are two forms of phatic in Bengkulu Malay, they are particle form, including nah ‘nah’, yak ‘yah’, ay ‘ai’, way ‘wai’, awu ‘ya’, woy ‘woi’, wey ‘wei’, hoy ‘hoi’, and clitic form, including -lah and ‘lah’.

Hal ini dikarenakan minat baca tidak selalu tinggi. Situasi yang berbeda juga berpengaruh. Memberikan buku sesuai usia atau memaksa siswa membaca buku yang tidak mereka minati dapat secara langsung memengaruhi suasana hati siswa. Kecintaan membaca yang ditumbuhkan sejak dini dapat menjadi landasan bagi berkembangnya budaya membaca di kemudian hari. Kualitas membaca siswa sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan akademik dan kehidupannya. Dengan kondisi yang demikian, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mampu menawarkan dan menghadirkan kegiatan-kegiatan menarik yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kecintaan membaca pada siswa dengan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi khususnya melalui literasi informasi melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat.
