This paper discusses good criteria for a supply chain performance measurement model and their level of importance. The criteria were obtained from results of previous research findings and recommendations from several researchers. The criteria are divided into two categories, namely efficient and effective. To examine which criteria can be used to assess a supply chain performance measurement model, a survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to supply chain actors from different industry fields (both manufacturing and services) in Indonesia using random sampling techniques. Data analysis using pairwise comparisons with an analytical Hierarchy Process model showed that efficient criteria were more important than effective criteria. Efficient criteria consisted of three sub-criteria: the amount of data is not too much and low cost and output is presented in a simple form. Effective criteria consisted of the criteria in the order of importance as follows: clarity, validity, comprehensiveness, responsiveness and dynamics. Further research is needed for developing a model that meets these criteria
Warehouse performance measurement is needed to improve performance of logistics system. In order to improve warehouse performance, it is necessary to identify Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Different warehouses have different KPI, therefore this research aims to identify the most important KPI of warehouse so that warehouse manager can determine corrective actions in their warehouse efficiently and effectively. In this research, 25 KPI of warehouse are identified in five warehouse activities based on Frazelle model. The most important KPI are then determined in each warehouse activity using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Warehouse performance are measured and final score is determined using SNORM. Improvement steps are proposed base on benchmarking among warehouses. Warehouse performance measurement is conducted in 5 construction’s material warehouses located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. From this study, it is found that most important KPI for receiving is productivity (receive per man-hour), KPI for put away is cycle time (put away cycle time), KPI for storage is utilization (% location and cube occupied), KPI for order picking is cycle time (order picking cycle time) and KPI for shipping is productivity (order prepared for shipment per man-hour). Improving warehouse performance could be done by comparing warehouse performance with the best performance among peer group.
Abstract. Hospital Information Systems (HIS) has been widely used in Indonesia. This implementation in hospital needs comprehensive, integrated information system designed to manage all the aspects of a hospital's operation. One of the factors that currently plays an important role in the successful HIS's application is the user factor. The hospital can evaluate HIS from user factor, so that it becoming better, perfect and can support the objectives, vision and mission of the hospital. This study aims to use the Modified Technology Acceptance Model created in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and tested using the software Amos 20 to determine the variables that most influence in HIS's application using in several hospitals in Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to employees of D grade hospitals in Sleman district. The results from this study are seven variables that may influence the user in using HIS (Subjective Norm, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, User Satisfaction, Behavior Intention to Use, Attitude Toward Using, Actual System Usage) and significant or insignificant relationship among them.
This research discussed the design of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sustainable warehouse for leather manufacturing industry. A thirty four indicators are found from literature study and validated by experts using likert scale. A number of 30 KPIs are declared valid then suggested to be KPIs for sustainable warehouse for leather manufacturing industry. The KPIs consisted of 12 economical indicators,10 social indicators and 8 environmental indicators. To find out the priority of each KPIs, then their importance weight are identified using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) by sending AHP questionnaire to experts. The result shows that Economical factor is the most dominant factor (0,4796) followed by social factor (0,4055) and environmental factor (0,1150).The KPIs and its weight can be used as guidance for leather manufactures to increase their sustainable performance.
