ApstraktPredmet ovog rada je tržišna privreda i dešavanja u privredi, koje naglašavaju poseban značaj marketing komunikacija kako u samoj organizaciji tako i van nje. NEW PARADIGM OF HUMAN RESOURCES AbstractEconomy and human society are in a process of dynamic transformations. Thus, management of human resources is also changing. In the most successful companies, from the aspect of development and innovations, the main task of human resources is to discover, employ and use creative individuals with whom will be made creative teams. The working and financial output of the mentioned "business stars" can be thousand or ten thousand times higher than the output of a single worker.
Successful operation of modern business systems, in today's market conditions, means access to quality resources necessary for the functioning of the company, as well as the successful operational and strategic management of resources, aimed at achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore, this paper deals with the importance of links between strategic management system and integrated marketing communications as well as their implementation in a market-oriented organization.
ApstraktGlobalizacija svjetskih tržišta je dovela do toga da su preduzeća suočena sa sve većom turbulentnošću tržišta i potrebom prikupljanja informacija da bi što efikasnije koristile svoje ograničene resurse. Zato je neophodno da svako preduzeće izvršava kvalitetno istraživanje tržišta radi prikupljanja informacija o stanju na tržištu i smanjenje rizika za uspjeh poslovnih odluka. Ove kvalitetne informacije su neophodne za optimalno korišćenje resursa preduzeća. Optimalnost korišćenja resursa se može obezbijediti putem metoda linearnog programiranja, prije svega simpleks metode. Ovaj rad želi napraviti spoj između istraživanja tržišta i optimalnog korišćenja internih resursa.Ključne riječi: istraživanje tržišta, kvantitativne metode, linearno programiranje, simpleks metoda, fleksibilnost USAGE OF QUANTITATIVE METHODS IN MARKET RESEARCH AbstractGlobalization of global markets have led to the development of turbulent markets where it is indispensable to have high-quality information in order to efficiently use scarce resources. Therefore, it is necessary that every company conducts a qualitative collection of information about the status on the market in order to minimise the risk of making wrong decisions. This high-quality information is indispensable for optimal use of company's resources. The optimal use of resources can be achieved by applying methods of linear programming, especially simplex method. This paper wants to make a bridge between market research and the optimal usage of internal resources.
In this paper we will discuss the problem of trade's impact on the environment, protection and threats to the cultural property. Man and all the other living beings are mutually related with the entire inanimate and living nature that surrounds them from the beginning of their existence. This interaction of man-living environment is the basis of the whole modern law of environmental protection. With each new discovery (starting with the tools needed for working the land and the invention of the wheel all the way to the modern computer technology) man fulfills an increasing part of the eternal desire to reconcile his needs and nature. In developing this work, we noticed the problem: "what is the impact that the trade has on the environment?". Today, every citizen of the planet Earth is worried about environmental pollution because the consequences of it are seen daily, through the air we breathe, the water and the food that we consume and through pollution and radiation that we are exposed to, also the consequences of environmental problems are manifested through the shortage of natural resources, extinction of plant and animal species, and disturbance of the global ecosystem and biogeochemical processes.
