Research on the moral values of Javanese culture needs to be done because this study it will reveal and explain various kinds of Javanese culture, especially the culture which has moral values in it. For some people, culture is only a tradition left by their ancestors, then passed down from generation to generation, and needs to be preserved. Yet every Javanese culture has its own history, meaning, and value. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The approach used is the library research approach or the library method. Javanese culture is a culture originating from Java. If we go back to history, of course, Javanese culture is not far from the influence of Hinduism, animism, and dynamism. Some Javanese cultures that still exist today are used by the community: salametan, tedak siten, wayang, manners, bancaan weton, politeness, and many more. Among all Javanese cultures, some of them have moral values. This is what needs to be applied and maintained by every parent in educating children's morals. Besides introducing Javanese culture to children. Parents have invited their children to maintain Javanese culture through Javanese cultural moral values. By implementing character education through Javanese culture, then we have preserved Javanese culture and practiced moral values in it in everyday life.
Humans are essentially creatures who cannot live without the help of others. All activities and activities carried out must have interference from outside parties. School, is a place that has many goals and togetherness with the wider community. Teachers become second parents at school. all that is conveyed orally, exemplified from behavior and habits. The author wants to make observations to an Integrated Islamic school at SMPIT Ar-Raihan Bantul about the relationship between teacher exemplary as a leader and role model in an effort to develop the characteristics of students. The research design used descriptive qualitative analysis, observation as a data collection technique. In the leadership carried out by the Prophet Muhammad, there have been many steps that have been taken by him as this has become a direct example and role model for his followers. As a religious leader, the Prophet has exemplified the attitude of a true leader. The teacher must have a personality of character. The term that is often used in the world of education is integrity. Regarding the implementation of the role model strategy to build the characteristics of students, it was also carried out at the SMPIT Ar Raihan school as explained by Mr. Damhuri Batubara S.Pd.I, namely, by making the teacher himself a good role model or role model for students and instilling values. Islamic values.

According to James Banks, the notion of multicultural education is education for people of color. Basically the strategy in learning management is very connected with the strategy of organizing or combining in the delivery of learning. Religious teaching with a multicultural approach is closely related, even highly recommended to be applied in the world of education in Indonesia.
Social competence is the competencies that must be possessed by teachers or educators. The existence of investigating this social competence aims to reveal again about effective communication carried out by teachers with students or the community as a form of actualization of teacher competencies in an Islamic perspective. The method used in this research is in the form of qualitative analysis with a library research approach or library method. Social competence can be interpreted as a teacher's performance in speaking and communicating with students, fellow teachers, and the surrounding community in an effective and interactive manner. A teacher must have good social competence in carrying out their duties and roles. Without good communication skills, of course, the implementation of the education process and daily life will not run effectively and not as expected. Teacher social competence is divided into two, namely: teachers in the school environment and teachers in the community. If a teacher can develop their social competence, it will be easier to carry out their duties and responsibilities. Effective communication will be created by a teacher who has good social competence.Keywords: communication; social competence; Islamic perspective. AbstrakKompetensi sosial adalah salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru atau pendidik. Adanya penelitian mengenai kompetensi sosial ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kembali mengenai komunikasi efektif yang dilakukan guru dengan peserta didik ataupun masyarakat sebagai bentuk aktualisasi kompetensi guru dalam perspektif islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni berupa analisi kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research atau metode kepustakaan. Kompetensi sosial dapat diartikan sebagai suatu kinerja guru dalam bercakap, dan berkomunikasi dengan para peserta didik, sesama pendidik, maupun dengan masyarakat sekitar secara efektif dan interaktif. Seorang guru harus memiliki kompetensi sosial yang baik dalam menjalankan tugas dan perannya. Tanpa adanya kemampuan komunikasi yang mumpuni, tentu pelaksanaan proses pendidikan dan berkehidupan sehari-hari tidak akan berjalan efektif dan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kompetensi sosial guru dibagi menjadi dua, antara lain: guru dalam lingkungan sekolah dan guru dalam bermasyarakat. Jika seorang guru dapat mengembangkan kompetensi sosialnya, maka akan lebih mudah dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab. Komunikasi yang efektif akan tercipta dari seorang guru yang memiliki kompetensi sosial yang baik.Kata kunci: komunikasi; kompetensi sosial; prespektif islam.
