Islamic Religious Education aims to form the Islamic personality of students in accordance with Islamic law who believes and upholds monotheism.Many methods in learning can be used to help educators achieve the goals of education, but rarely use works of art or practice using these works of art in terms of learning Islamic religious education, one of which is the art of calligraphy Calligraphy art is included in the fine art of writing beautifully where the writing is adjusted to predetermined rules. In addition, of course, it has also been explained what the laws of this art are in Islamic law. But what if this art is used for The learning process for the realization of the goals of education will be discussed in this article. This study uses the literature review method, with the aim of describing the urgency of the art of calligraphy in learning Islamic education. This aligraphy can help the learning process of Islamic Religious Education to form Islamic characters in accordance with Islamic law.
The history of civilization during classical Islam experienced significant developments, especially during the Andalusian society. This article aims to describe the Andalusian civilization's glories and its contribution to the renaissance and Aufklarung's birth in the West and its contextualization to advance Islamic education today. This article is a literature research concerning historical literature sources. This study uses a heuristic approach, criticism, interpretation and histography. The analysis and discussion results show that Andalusia has several forms of progress that Western impact progress, which includes several things. First, a civilization which is manifested in thoughts works of art, buildings and literature. Second, education adopted by Western nations through students. Third, a translation which revives the awareness of the use of ratio. As for the current educational context, the Andalusia civilization's implications contribute to an understanding of scientific reasoning, integrating qauliyyah, kauniyah and nafsiyyah logic by forming a learning climate being open to learning Western science without leaving the spiritual element in Islam.
This article seeks to describe how the Tarjih Council transformed from time to time both in terms of decisions, manhaj, sources, techniques and approaches in historical perspectives and their actualization in Muhammadiyah education. Education itself is the most effective and strategic da'wah medium within Muhammadiyah so that the internalization and transmission of ideology, understanding and practicing religious teachings based on the Tarjih decision are absolute. The function of education within Muhammadiyah itself is inseparable from three things: integral scientific development, development of learning innovation and internalization of AIK in the social sphere. Research related to this theme is library research research. The approaches used are historical-analysis and philosophical. The results of the study indicate that in actualizing Tarjih products in Muhammadiyah education, three policy directions need to be applied, which include: first, planting tarjih and ta'did insights to educators and students. Second. Actualization of learning materials in accordance with the problems and challenges of changing times. Third, coaching educators in the AIK field as an effort to strengthen ideology and crystallization of values.
In Indonesia, the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the virtualization of most social and educational activities, including discourse on the dynamics of Islamic education, which is colored by contextual differences in manhaj, ideology, and religious practice. Social media has evolved into a new role as a multicultural public space that reflects the Indonesian people's religious literacy diversity. As a subsystem of national education, Islamic education plays a critical role in internalizing the Indonesian people's competencies. Religious moderation literacy will lead Indonesian people who are multicultural to a more accepting and inclusive attitude while reducing social conflicts. The purpose of this research is to ascertain public sentiment toward religious literacy in Indonesia during the 2020 Covid-19 outbreak. Twitter was chosen as the virtual public space to study in this context because, according to previous research, it is a social media platform widely used by Indonesians to discuss serious topics in education and religion. The researcher employs a type of quantitative exploration as a statistical testing technique. The data collection technique was crawling through open public data associated with Twitter's Application Programming Interface (API). This research generated findings in a word cloud labeling graph containing data on religious moderation participation. The sentiment analysis score obtained is - 0.9183, which is higher than 0.4588 on religious moderation content. The combined score is 0.565, which is higher than 0.333. the results are also contained in a sentiment analysis heat map visualization. The researchers recommend future researchers compare the ratio of religious moderation material on Islamic religious education subjects in online learning.
Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana eksistensi seni kaligrafi dalam pendidikan islam. Tujuan dari pendidikan islam ialah terbentuknya peserta didik yang berkepribadian islami sesuai dengan syariat Islam serta memegang teguh tauhid. Dalam penyampaian pembelajaran tentu diperlukan metode yang beragam dan menyenangkan sehingga pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik, mencapai tujuan pendidikan serta peserta didik paham dan tertarik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran. Pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan pemanfaatan seni kaligrafi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimengerti bahwa eksistensi seni kaligrafi bagi pendidikan islam dipandang sebagai sebuah media yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dengan indah. Dimana nilai-nilai tersebut diantaranya nilai pendidikan aqidah (nilai cinta terhadap Al-Qur'an), nilai pendidikan ubudiyah/ibadah, nilai pendidikan akhlak (perilaku kerja keras, kesabaran, dan optimisme). The purpose of this study is to find out how the existence of calligraphy in Islamic education is. The purpose of Islamic education is the formation of students who have an Islamic personality in accordance with Islamic law and hold fast to monotheism. In the delivery of learning, of course, various and fun methods are needed so that learning can run well, achieve educational goals and students understand and are interested in participating in learning. In learning Islamic Religious Education, one of the learning methods that can be used is the use of calligraphy. The results of this study can be understood that the existence of the art of calligraphy for Islamic education is seen as a medium that can be used to convey the values of Islamic education beautifully. Where these values include the value of aqidah education (the value of love for the Qur'an), the value of ubudiyah/worship education, the value of moral education (hard work behavior, patience, and optimism).
