This study aims to describe the errors and the causes of errors in solving mathematics word context problem in the topic of absolute value. Based on Newman’s Error Analysis terms of  student’s lerning styles. Error analysis must continue to be carried out so that teachers know the types, causes, and solutions to overcome student errors. This type of research is descriptive qualitative.The research subjects of class X MIA 1 SMAN 1 Janapria academic year 2020/2021 were selected by purposive sampling. To deepen the research results, 2 students were selected from each type of learning style. Data collection techniques used are learning style questionnaire, diagnostic tests, and interviews. Data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the  results of the data is (i) students with visual learning style and audits mostly made errors in stage of transformation, process skill, and encoding. While  students with kinesthetic learning style mostly made errors in stage of comprehension, transformation, process skill, and encoding, (ii) the causes of mistakes for both students with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles are that students less understanding of the prerequisite lessons, cannot make mathematical models, and not know the steps to solve problems.

Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah seperti apa manajemen pelaksanan proyek pengaspalan ini khususnya ditinjau dari segi anggaran biaya yang di pakai, dan waktu yang di butuhkan untuk dapat menylesaikan pekarjaan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan metode perpustakaan (library research)  karena data-data diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung dilapangan dan juga melalui studi dokumen dan buku-buku, dianalisis secara kualitatif sedang data yang berupa angka-angka dianalisis secara kuantitatif.  Hasil penelitian ditunjukan bahwa pekerjaan akan menghasilkan  jalan yang berkualitas dan terselesaikan sesui waktu yang ditentukan  apabila  pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai dengan manajemen yang baik, dan juga sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis sehingga dapat  berjalan dengan lancar. Pihak kontraktor seharusnya menyadari sepenuhnya akan arti waktu yang diberikan kepadanya untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Untuk itu, sudah selayaknya kontraktor mengoptimalkan pekerjaan  sehingga biaya dapat terealisasi dengan baik  dan pekerjaan terselesaikan dengan waktu yang tepat.

Radio as the oldest and most familiar communication media tool in the world continues to survive amidst many new media such as the internet. Radio up to now is still believed to be an information and communication media tool favored by many people because it has an important role in disseminating information about information about education, entertainment or other advertisements and events. To convey this information needed Human Resources (HR) is needed, namely broadcasters. In selecting the radio broadcaster must meet the requirements or criteria, so that they are chosen to be broadcasters. One solution to these problems is right by using a Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (SPK) can help radio stations in making decisions on the selection of good radio broadcasters and increasing the efficiency of the decision. The promethee II method is one of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods which means that it determines or sequences in a multicriteria analysis, this method is known because the concept is efficient and simple, in addition to solving problems related to multicriteria, others.

Teenagers are the most important heritage that determines the future. It is well known teenagers needs guidance in ensuring their physical and mental growth. Drug abuse is not a fundamental problem in the community, but has become a very complex problem that requires prevention and an active community role that is carried out consistently and professionally. Circulation and abuse of drugs currently occurs not only in big cities in Indonesia, but also in villages. The method of application in this activity is by lecture and question and answer. This community service activity method uses the seminar method. The socialization was held on August 9, 2022 in the Naumbai Village Office Hall attended by a set of villages, Naumbai Village youth and Indra Wahyudi as BNN counselors as presenters. In the material, it was emphasized that various important points will occur if we avoid from drugs and how to deal it.
