ABSTRAKKetika seseorang telah didiagnosa menderita HIV/AIDS, maka dia akan mengalami perubahan dalam hidupnya seperti perubahan perilaku, perubahan sosial, dan perubahan psikologis. Perubahanperubahan tersebut dapat menjadi beban atau tekanan mental yang disebut dengan stresor psikologis bagi penderita HIV/AIDS. Pada kondisi seperti ini penderita HIV/AIDS memerlukan banyak dukungan, salah satunya adalah dukungan spiritualitas. Aspek spiritualitas dan doa tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam kehidupan setiap orang, baik dalam kondisi sehat ataupun sakit. Aspek ini berhubungan erat dengan proses penyembuhan khususnya pada pasien HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali pengalaman spiritualitas doa pada pasien HIV/AIDS dengan pendekatan teori Calista Roy. Desain penelitian mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sebanyak empat partisipan bersedia menandatangani informed consent dan berpatisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menceritakan pengalaman spiritualitas doa mereka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan menggunakan alat bantu pengumpul data berupa pedoman wawancara, catatan lapangan dan telaah dokumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Collaizi (1978) dan menggunakan bantuan software QSR Nvivo versi 10,0. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap tujuh tema yaitu: (1) proses berduka pada penderita HIV/AIDS, (2) dukungan keluarga pada penderita HIV/AIDS, (3) nilai HIV/AIDS bagi penderitanya, (4) cara mendekatkan diri pada Tuhan, (5) hakikat doa bagi penderita HIV/AIDS, (6) harapan terhadap kehidupan, dan (7) harapan terhadap pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang pengalaman spiritualitas doa pada pasien HIV/AIDS terkait dengan perbedaan jenis kelamin dan agama, perlunya peningkatan mutu pelayanan asuhan keperawatan secara holistik terlebih pada aspek spiritual dan perlunya menumbuhkan sikap caring dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien. Introduction. Burnout is a symptom that is often experienced by nurses, especially in the operating room, intensive unit and emergency room. Burnout is characterized by fatigue of heavy workloads, lack of control and appreciation, unfair treatment as employees, lack of social support at work, and conflict of value values that cause Emotional Exhausting, Depersonalization, Personal Accreditation. Coaching implementation by mentors to the implementing nurses is expected to reduce burnout. Methods. This study aims to analyze the description of the differences and influence of coaching implementation by mentor to the executor nurse burnout at Siloam Hospitals Group. Research uses quantitative methods with quasi experimental designs, pretest-posttest control group and causal research. The sample in the study was chosen by consecutve sampling in all respondents included in the inclusion criteria. The sample in this study amounted to 117 nurses, who were divided into 2 groups ie inetrvensi group with 88 respondents and control group with 29 respondents. Coaching implementation is given within 12 weeks with the frequency of meetings 3-4 times. Results. The results of this study showed that there was a decrease in burnout before and after intervention with paired t test in the intervention group and control group, with value (p = 0.002). Conclusion. The results of the intervention analysis on the implementation of coaching training simultaneously have an effect on motivation, workplace, age, gender, education and work experience simultaneously with a contribution of F 3,316 with a significance number of 0.005 <0.05. This study recommends the need for further research.
The study was conducted from March until June 2021. The number of nurses involved were: 39 first nurses and 33 second nurses. The research data were analysed using SPSS program version 25. The implementation of IDC on 5895 injected medication affected right time (p=0.000) and right documentation (p=0.041) in preparation of medication. IDC has a partial or simultaneous effect with the characteristics of the first nurse on the right dose and right time in preparation of drugs (p = 0.000). IDC also affects the right dose, right time and right documentation in administration of injected medication (p<0.05). The characteristics of the first nurse's education had a partial effect on right documentation in preparation and administration of drugs, and right time in administration of injected medication (p<0.05). Nurses' work experience also had a partial effect on right documentation in administration of injected medication (p= 0.001). IDC implementation reduces ME < 5%.
Tujuan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi inovasi digital terhadap kinerja perusahaan dilihat dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif dan bersifat kausal. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 147 orang karyawan PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yakni simple random sampling. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi digital dan kinerja perusahaan dikategorikan baik. Hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan inovasi digital terhadap kinerja perusahaan dilihat dari perspektif keuangan, perspektif konsumen, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang. Disarankan agar perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kualitas sistem ERP dengan cara melengkapi fitur, meningkatkan standar sistem, melakukan perawatan sistem, memperbaiki tampilan sistem ERP, meningkatkan proses bisnis internal dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran.
Introduction. Organizational culture is a set of values that must be understood by all individuals involved in organization where achievement of a conducive organizational culture depends on many factors. Organizational culture that is not conducive in implementation of the hospital service system, is observed as one of the factors causing nurse turnover which can be detrimental to the hospital. This study aims to explore the thematic relationship of the influence of organizational culture with nurse turnover. Methods. The Mixed-Methods concurrent triangulation study (a balanced mix of quantitative and qualitative) with the independent variables are characteristic of organizational culture, socialization process of organizational culture and the role of managers in organizational culture. The sample in this study were 232 nurse respondents and 15 participants consisting of nurses, head nurse and the head of the installation at a hospital in South Jakarta. Results. Regression test results showed a significant influence between the characteristics of organizational culture (ß=311, p = .000), the role of managers in organizational culture (ß=240, p = .006) while the process of socializing organizational culture obtained significant results but does not have an effect on nurse turnover (ß= 101, p = 210). The results of qualitative analysis found five themes related to the characteristics of organizational culture, four themes about the socializing process of organizational culture, three themes related to the role of managers in organizational culture. Conclusion. It is important for nurse managers to pay attention to the creation of good organizational culture characteristics, the implementation of orientation socialization processes, and the assessment of consistent career paths for all individuals in hospital organizations.
