The article presents the results of the research in which a didactic model for the independent management of knowledge with a professional approach is elaborated as a theoretical contribution. The didactic model contains the representation of the essential characteristics of the process aimed at activating learning towards independent knowledge management, with a dynamic character, based on dialectic relations of coordination and subordination among the subsystems and components that integrate it. It has a systemic nature that integrates the subsystems: Procedural cognitive conditioning, Cognitive logical reconstruction, and Cognitive regulation, from whose relations, dynamized by the research method of reflexive cooperation, and the resulting quality is the professional relevance of this process. In the logic followed for its elaboration, the relationship between the components of the teaching-learning process (objective, content, form, method, evaluation) is systematized in the first place, as an expression of its dynamics; in addition to the unity of the instructive, educational, developmental; the theory-practice link, the unity of the cognitive and affective, as well as the requirements for a developmental teaching-learning process.
La investigación tuvo como objetivo la evaluación de la Dirección Estratégica y sus consecuencias en la Gestión Administrativa dentro del Centro Educativo Particular “Cap. Moroni” del cantón Quevedo, Los Ríos, Ecuador. Se aplicó la investigación exploratoria para analizar a la Dirección Estratégica como una herramienta esencial para optimizar los servicios educativos, ya que al empezar la indagación no se contaba con antecedentes o datos similares, es decir, se tenía cierto grado de desconocimiento del tema, logrando al final los datos necesarios para realizar una exploración de mayor profundidad.
Los resultados muestran que las debilidades y amenazas administrativas están disminuyendo las posibilidades de obtener al final de los procesos educativos, una educación de calidad y por ende la situación economía interna se ve afectada. Como muestra se menciona que: una población considerada de docentes y empleados (55%) desconoce la Misión y Visión de la Institución y, según los padres o representantes legales (51%), los trámites o servicios educativos son poco eficientes.
Seguidamente se concluye que una Dirección Estratégica fundamentada en varios modelos con algunas variaciones será de beneficio para toda la comunidad educativa que recibe los servicios educativos permitiendo una interrelación laboral de calidad en la institución educativa
El objetivo de esta investigación, es demostrar los beneficios del trabajo colaborativo; destacando las ventajas sobre las técnicas tradicionales utilizados para originar aprendizaje significativo en los alumnos o los participantes en el desarrollo de un curso o una sesión de aprendizaje en el área de Matemáticas. En la actualidad, a nivel nacional, consta un incremento importante por la calidad formativa educacional en los diferentes procesos educativos. De esta manera, se realza mayormente la calidad humana, profesionalismo, vocación y la responsabilidad con que los docentes alinean a los estudiantes en la producción de conocimientos y destrezas para beneficio de la colectividad. Se destaca los cinco componentes del aprendizaje colaborativo.
The need to solve the theoretical-methodological deficiencies in the teacher's training in the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration that limit their professional pedagogical performance constitutes the scientific problem of this research, which aims to develop a strategy to strengthen the teacher's preparation in educational work. The research process has its theoretical-practical basis in the dialectical method as a general method and theoretical, empirical, and statistical-mathematical methods have been applied. The theoretical contribution is a model that reveals the dialectical relationships in the teacher's preparation in a technical and professional training context. The practical contribution is a strategy that orients the actions of the teacher's preparation process in the educational work in the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. The scientific novelty of the research is evidenced by the formative-pedagogical implication of the professionals in the process of continuous training of the teacher of the Bachelor's degree in Business Administration that appears in the relations of the model at the Quevedo State Technical University.
