The increase in traffic flow that occurs in addition to causing traffic jams has an impact on air pollution and sound pollution . Noise caused by traffic can cause health problems in humans who are exposed to it and can be achieved in stages from physiological disorders, communication disorders, balance disorders, and deafness. Noise that occurs in the school environment that will interfere with learning activities and student comfort. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels in the SDN Pasar Lama 1 Banjarmasin and to know the composition of the traffic flow that passes through Jl. S. Parman, Banjarmasin City. The data needed in this study is primary data, namely traffic volume data and the exact data at the observation location. Traffic data and data are taken simultaneously for 1 day at 08.00 WITA -10.00 WITA, with a time span of 10 minutes. The intensity is taken in the study room at a distance of 50 meters from the road. The tools used in this rese arch are hand counter, stopwatch, and sound level meter. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the total traffic volume on JL S. Parman is 17,810 smp/hour with a motorcycle percentage of 66.47%. While the highest value was obtained at 68.88 dB and the lowest was 61.24 dB. From this result, it is located in a location that exceeds the standard stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment No. 48 of 1996 is 55 dB. Additional handling of the school environment is needed to help control levels that occur by adding natural or artificial barriers. This is done so that what happens does not affect the comfort of students in learning activities. Handling can be in the form of artificial barriers and natural barriers.
Zona selamat sekolah (ZoSS) merupakan suatu program pemerintah yang dimulai pada tahun 2006. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas khususnya anak-anak sekolah. Beberapa sekolah di Kota Banjarmasin yang berlokasi di tepi jalan utama salah satunya adalah SDN Karang Mekar 1. Karena berada pada lokasi dengan lalulintas tinggi sehingga mempengaruhi keselamatan anak-anak sekolah saat pergi maupun pulang sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari Zona Selamat Sekolah ditinjau dari kecepatan pengendara saat mendekati dan melewati Zona Selamat Sekolah, perilaku penyeberang khususnya anak sekolah, perilaku pengantar, serta fasilitas pelengkap ZoSS. Pengamatan dilakukan pada saat jam berangkat sekolah dan jam pulang sekolah. Dari hasil penelitian, berdasarkan kecepatan pengendara, sebanyak 73,84% pengendara melalui Zona Selamat Sekolah dengan kecepatan lebih dari 30 km/jam sehingga Zona Selamat Sekolah dikategorikan tidak efektif. Berdasarkan tingkat perilaku penyeberang dan perilaku pengantar tingkat kepatuhan berada dalam 80-100% sehingga dapat dikategorikan efektif. Transportasi memiliki banyak dampak terhadap lingkungan, keadilan sosial, ekonomi, budaya, penggunaan lahan, dan bentuk perkotaan terutama dalam pengembangan transportasi. Sehingga di dalam mengurangi dampak yang dihasilkan maka dapat dimulai dengan menerapkan suatu konsep sustainable transportation atau transportasi berkelanjutan yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan cara yang lebih baik dan sehat dengan mengurangi dampak sosial dan lingkungan dalam praktik mobilitas masyarakatnya. Konsep Sustainable transportation sebagai pendukung konsep transportasi berkelanjutan melalui pemilihan sarana transportasi yang lebih ramah lingkungan, yakni dengan mengakomodasi kendaraan tidak bermotor atau sepeda. Pemilihan moda transportasi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari tentu saja kembali lagi kepada individu masing-masing. Bagi manusia Self-esteem atau harga diri sangatlah penting dalam kehidupan manusia itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable perpindahan moda transportasi serta melihat besarnya peluang perpindahan moda transportasi pribadi ke sepeda untuk masyarakat Kota Banjarmasin yang memiliki sepeda dilihat dari self-esteem. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pengambilan kebijakan mengenai transportasi berkelanjutan khususnya di Kota Banjarmasin. Berdasarkan analisis data, didapat nilai r_hitung berada diantara 0,4-0,599, artinya terdapat pengaruh hubungan antara variable X (perpindahan moda transportasi) tehadap Y (self-esteem). Hasil analisis R2 sebesar 0,12. Artinya 12% perubahan variable self-esteem (Y) dapat diterangkan oleh variable (X), sedangkan 88% dijelaskan variabel lain diantaranya Self-esteem (Y) dan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
Abstrak UM Banjarmasin memiliki dua buah kampus yang terletak di Kota Banjarmasin dan di Kabupaten Barito Kuala dengan jarak antar kampus kurang lebih 11,2 km. Rute Kampus 1 – Kampus Utama UM Banjarmasin, sekarang ini belum dilalui oleh jalur transportasi umum, karyawan, dosen, dan mahasiswa selama ini masih menggunakan angkutan pribadi untuk menempuh perjalanan. Total waktu tempuh yang diperlukan untuk sampai ke Kampus Utama kurang lebih 30 – 45 menit jika tidak terjadi macet, belum lagi kondisi jalan ke Kampus Utama yang tergolong rusak karena sering dilalui oleh angkutan berat. Karena adanya permasalahan inilah, maka dilakukan perencanaan tariff angkutan umum rute Kampus 1 – Kampus Utama UM Banjarmasin. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan pimpinan UM Banjarmasin dapat menentukan kebijakan guna memberi kenyamanan bagi para dosen dan karyawan dalam melakukan aktifitasnya. Tarif yang ditinjau dalam penelitian ini dilihat dari Vehicle Operational Costs, Ability To Pay Dan Willingness To Pay. Pengumpulan data berupa angket disebar kepada karyawan, dosen, dan mahasiswa UM Banjarmasin. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, didapat nilai tarif dasar angkutan sebesar Rp. 5.203,69 orang/hari, sedangkan berdasarkan perhitungan Ability to Pay didapat nilai sebesar < Rp. 69.000 dan Willingness to Pay sebesar Rp. 5.000 – Rp. 9.999. Abstract UM Banjarmasin has two campuses located in Banjarmasin City and Barito Kuala Regency with a distance between campuses of approximately 11.2 km. Campus 1 route – UM Banjarmasin Main Campus, currently has not been passed by public transportation routes, employees, lecturers, and students so far still use private transportation to travel. The total travel time required to get to the Main Campus is approximately 30 – 45 minutes if there is no traffic jam, not to mention the road conditions to the Main Campus which are classified as damaged because they are often traversed by heavy transport. Because of this problem, a public transportation tariff plan for the Campus 1 - Main Campus UM Banjarmasin route was carried out. With this research, it is hoped that the leadership of UM Banjarmasin can determine policies to provide comfort for lecturers and employees in carrying out their activities. The rates reviewed in this study are seen from Vehicle Operational Costs, Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay. Data collection in the form of questionnaires was distributed to employees, lecturers, and students of UM Banjarmasin. Based on the results of the analysis, the basic transportation fare value is Rp. 5,203.69 people/day, while based on the calculation of Ability to Pay, a value of < Rp. 69,000 and Willingness to Pay Rp. 5,000 – Rp. 9,999.
The problem of waste in Lok Rawa Village so far has not been completely solved, apart from the absence of a garbage collection site in the village, public awareness of not littering is still very low. In addition, there is still a lack of knowledge about how to treat household waste. One solution or alternative that is efficient is waste processing by sorting organic waste produced by local residents and processing it into compost. With this activity, the people of Lok Rawa village know the negative impact of using inorganic fertilizers, namely the occurrence of soil pollution. The community also knows the benefits of using organic fertilizers, one of which is compost from household waste, which can help the community's economy and also help overcome environmental pollution. In addition, the composting program also provides knowledge to the community to manage household waste into compost independently.
