<p>The purpose of this study is to describe the confidence of junior high school Dewi Sartika and know the factors that contribute to adolescent self-confidence. This research uses a quantitative approach in the form of correlation. The populations in this study are students of SMP Dewi Sartika Class VII and VIII, amounting to 256 students. The sample of the study amounted to 156 people determined using the technique of Proportional Random Sampling. The instrument is adapted from a self-confidence instrument with a value of a reliability coefficient of 0.884. Data analysis used descriptive analysis of norm criteria and hypothesis test using double regression with SPSS program. The result of research is most of the confidence of adolescents are in medium category, and optimistic aspect is an aspect which most contribute to teen confidence that is equal to 23, 04%.</p>
Abstract:This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of information services using blended learning methods to improve students' motivation. The study used a quasiexperimental design types of non equivalent control group. Sampling using purposive sampling with sample 22 in the experimental group and 23 control group. The instrument uses Pengukuran Motivation to learn Scale (SPMB). The study findings revealed that 1) the level of student motivation experimental group in the pretest middle category while, at posttest at the high category, 2) the level of student motivation control group at pretest and posttest same which are in the moderate category, 3) there is a difference significant student motivation experimental group before and after treatment of information services using blended learning methods, 4) there is a significant difference in students' motivation experimental group treated with the information service blended learning method with the control group. Based on these results it can be concluded that the service information using blended learning methods effectively improve students' motivation.Keywords: Motivasi Belajar; Layanan Informasi; Blended Learning.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi efektivitas layanan informasi dengan menggunakan metode blended learning untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan kuasi eksperimen jenis desain non equivalent control group. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 22 orang kelompok eksperimen dan 23 orang kelompok kontrol. Instrumen menggunakan Skala Pengukuran Motivasi Belajar (SPMB). Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa1) tingkat motivasi belajar siswa kelompok eksperimen pada pretest berada pada kategori sedang sedangkan, pada posttest berada pada kategori tinggi, 2) tingkat motivasi belajar siswa kelompok kontrol pada pretest dan posttest sama yaitu berada pada kategori sedang, 3) terdapat perbedaan signifikan motivasi belajar siswa kelompok eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan layanan informasi menggunakan metode blended learning, 4) terdapat perbedaan signifikan motivasi belajar siswa kelompok eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan layanan informasi dengan menggunakan metode blended learning dengan kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka disimpulkan bahwa layanan informasi dengan menggunakan metode blended learning efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.
Naskah ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pembahasan tentang pengaruh adiksi game online terhadap masalah mental emosional remaja dan peran layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam penanganannya. Adiksi game online adalah ketergantungan individu secara berlebihan terhadap game online dengan ingin melakukan secara terus-menerus yang pada akhirnya menimbulkan efek negatif pada fisik maupun psikologis individu. Individu yang memperlihatkan gejala kecanduan game online mengarah pada masalah mental emosional di antaranya adiksi game online dapat menyebabkan distorsi waktu, kurang perhatian, hiperaktif, tindakan kekerasan, emosi negatif, dan perilaku agresif. Peran bimbingan dan konseling diperlukan untuk mereduksi adiksi kecanduan game online pada remaja melalui pelayanan konseling di antaranya; konseling individual dengan menggunakan teknik rasional emotif terapi dan k.onseling kelompok dengan pendekatan Cognitif Behavior Teraphy (CBT).
